@Marvellouslymadmum my OH asked how my ovulation testing was going and then started to regret it halfway through my explanation 😂 and can confirm it worked ! Gives me some hope that I might not be out this month even if we only manage this once 🤞🏻

@Canadadarling yay that's good! I'm a bit torn as I'd love to tell him and explain but at the same time he suffers with anxiety and I do not want to make that worse 🙁

@Marvellouslymadmum hmm I would still talk to him if you can because if he's not aware of the facts he might not realise he's doing anything wrong. And maybe make him realise it's not that your making this schedule for you both, it's just biology that's out of your control. If he feels like it's too much pressure perhaps you can come up with an arrangement? eg. You don't tell him when you're ovulating you just instigate sex those nights so it feels like normal to him

I hope something works and that he starts to realise what he has to do!

@SLCxxx omg I also got pg after my smear in january. My smear was just before ovulation. Is this a thing? I might try book another 😂😂😂😂
No sign of ovulation yet on my cheapies but I got the CB one too this month and got flashing smileys yesterday and today. So I'm driving 5 hours tonight to see my OH who's working away 😂😂 pray for ovulation this weekend so I don't waste 10 hours in the car 😩🤞🏻 I was a bit worried I'd ovulated really early like CD 7 but I wasn't really testing then, ovulation has been earlier since mc but really hoping this cycle is back to normal but I am stressing in case I missed it. I never really notice EWCM but had some yesterday and day before - is that right would it normally be a few days before ovulation?!

@justwant2beamum seems like smear tests are the way to go! 🤣 OMG I love it that your driving there and that your FW has worked out to be over the weekend, yay!! I got my static today after 2 days of flashing so I too will be BDing this weekend and you and I shall be in the TWW together!🤗 good luck and have fun 😉😉

@SLCxxx yay for your static! I'm not convinced by my flashing smiley tbh no sign on my cheapies and just have a bit of a bad feeling. But ovulation Sunday/Monday would be ideal 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@justwant2beamum you said you have been getting EWCM so that’s a very good sign your ovulating soon! 12-24 hours after you ovulate your cervix closes so it doesn’t sound like you missed it 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I finally had my telephone call from doctors to discuss low progesterone and estrogen results. The doctor was shit. She hadn't read my notes, didn't give a flying fuck, kept saying "oh bless you", didn't want to entertain any of my questions and told me to ring back and book 21 day bloods again (rather than her book them) to see if another anovulatory cycle. That's fine,I thought they may say that although that date isn't available right now 🤦🏼‍♀️ but I'm feeling really teary and angry that she was just so shitty.

@bez91 that’s terrible! I’m sorry, I can imagine you must be feeling really deflated and thoroughly p*ssed off. Did she say that if your bloods are off again then she will refer you for further investigation?

@Canadadarling I was having a casual chart with oh about my ducks appointment this morning and happened to drop in the fact that it makes it so hard as there's only 3-5 days per month where you can actually get pregnant and he looked at me with a screwed up expression on my face like 'no! what a load of rubbish' and I then had to explain it was actually very true just a few days before ovulation and a couple after and he looked at me with a shocked expression and said well you have to work out when that is then 🤦🏼‍♀️ so all this time when I've been talking about ovulation etc he hasn't had a clue that meant it was time to dtd 😂 I did originally go with the just jumping him bit but it didn't always work. So he now wants me to let him know when the fw is so we can dtd every other day woohoo! Said he couldn't cope with every day lol

@Marvellouslymadmum That's hilarious about your OH. And others who have mentioned partners not knowing about FW. I've got to ask my OH about it when he comes home tomorrow - I'm SURE he knows more, but I've just got to check! 😄

@Marvellouslymadmum I'm glad you got to talk to him and now he understands! That's the same as my oh I would talk about ovulation and he'd ask about it but clearly he didn't know what it meant 😂 I hope they stick to their word and do the job lol 😆

@SLCxxx @Lollipop25 @Marvellouslymadmum thanks ladies GP kind of said they would refer but wasn't clear as she just couldn't wait to get me off the phone, I'll be pushing for it anyway as it's been a year and 2 MCs. The waiting list is probably epic so me and DH going to have a chat about possible private investigations over the weekend just to get a head start. I've found a couple of local-ish clinics

Sorry i know I shouldent be posting here but I can’t quite figure out how to make new thread.. I had mmc at 19/3/21 at 10 weeks seen heartbeat at 8 I was giving medical management to bring on Mc. I got my first period 23/4/21 and lasted 7 days then spotting on the 4th and 5th then turned into like a period ? Am currently still bleeding what’s going on 😕

Hi all

I think my worst nightmare might be unfolding and I think I am having another Ectopic. Feel very scared and devastated.

Have a scan on Friday but not holding out much hope and terrified I might need surgery or have to take the drugs to stop me TTC for 3 months. It almost feels like I am watching someone else go through this all over again. I can’t believe it’s happening. I felt so happy for a week and like life was turning out as it should be.
