Just popped in to say hi- hope all is well! I will try to catch up tomorrow on what I have missed

Packing up the flat means total chaos and stuff everywhere. Mostly done luckily but knackered and keep getting stress migraines which has meant no DTD as of yet :( not peak quite yet thank goodness.
Doesn’t help that work is also busy so I feel rather overwhelmed. Hopefully once we get to Thursday the move will go smoothly- I actually have to work so will need to go in the office and leave DH to deal with the actual move not ideal but not much that can be done. Will be weird getting the train into work from SE London and then get the train home to the new house in Hertfordshire! Bit bonkers. Going to sleep now and hopefully no more moving related nightmares

@Franklydear yep, she's based this on the boys in her class and how they don't want to play princesses or unicorns so I'm guessing she hasn't yet realised that it'll be a while before a little sister would be interested in any of that either 🙈 and given the 8 year age gap she'll have well outgrown all that by then 😂 they are so funny!

@Minster2012 I think I have everything for pancakes so I'll just have to make them myself 🙈 queue disaster as my baking skills are nonexistent! Not sure I'd know what to do with a boy, I'd definitely forget about their unique ability to pee at you but apparently they are a lot more chilled (temper wise) than girls but I'm not sure I'd be able to keep up with the constant physical activity that I've seen with friends boys, they are a million miles an hour but seem far more reasonable 😂

Hey ladies, I always see your thread and often scroll but just scrolled back and saw about horse getting pregnant and I had to join! I did have a mare that we couldn't get in foal. We tried naturally, AI - fresh and chilled and it was sad as she was super broody 😔 I was actually a DEFRA trained AI inseminator years ago and had to do things from study sperm under a microscope to "collecting it" and inseminating it 😂 My poor fertility consultant looked baffled when I told him as he was trying to explain stuff I understood. I'm due to start IVF soon and have sooooo many in depth questions for the fertility team 😂🙈

@Crazydoglady123 omg you're gonna get a million questions chucked your way purely about how you went about collecting the sperm 🤣

I had my blood test last week for a general health check and all is normal apparently....me? Normal? Haha! They defo have that wrong 🤣 still waiting for the ultrasound results though, apparently they are with the outside agency who review them ...

@hopeful110 no pcos and had normal cycles before mc in April/may 20 last cycle was 112 days . I'm on cd99 today . Got fertility clinic appointment on 28th may
All hormone blood tests and ultrasound been normal so far so I'm at a loss at what's wrong

@Dollybird89 ahhh bless you! Yeah its really hard when everything comes back normal and still no answers :( but it isnt too long til may, hopefully your body does something by cd112 for you!!
I have pcos so my cycles are typically averaging at 146 days! Hopefully if I can start clomid or letrozole I can ovulate every month! 🤞🤞 for us both x

There's a few of us doing IVF and I've done it 3 three times (as well as IVF /surrogacy to my best friend a few years ago which worked first time so ask away!) we just love to chat so don't worry if you drop in and out ☺️but yes how DID you collect the sperm???

The best I could describe my first trimester with DS was 'permanently hungover' @Kirky658 - one of my friends was horrified I was referring to him as the parasite!

Wasn't that I didn't want him, I'd had two losses before he stuck around but maaan I felt rough for a bit!

@Gem176 it’s so good! It got me through my first trimester with DD. I was signed off work for two months because I suffered badly with morning sickness so I just lay in bed feeling sorry for myself and re-watching greys anatomy from the start. Thankfully the blood didn’t make me even more queasy!

@Hopeful110 that's just crazy!! I mean how can they think that's normal then it's mental if you don't get pregnant each time it must be more devastating cos it's not like pol get pregnant each cycle anyway for a number of reasons we know that. Crazy! Yeah I'm ok thank you, still have some hope I may have some egg reserves left to do a fresh ivf round, hoping to find out this week or next the results of my AMH test
