@DJmum83 like everyone else has said f*ck them. Absolute bell ends, irritates the life out of me when people throw their opinions about what you should and shouldn't be doing at what time in your life. On the opposite end of the spectrum my MIL thinks we're quote... "being cruel" by not giving our DD a sibling... if it wasn't for covid and not seeing her. I'd have knocked her out by now.

Got my peak so glad to have a break from POAS. Plans like @Vil10 to bonk through TWW, got lots on continuing with never ending house renovation, crazy busy at work, a dissertation and workouts planned so hoping to distract me 😊

Think I had a Valentine's ov day, temp rise and fire nipples today, which is my usual sign of progesterone rising 🤞🏼 my temps have been all over the shop this cycle, I think I need to try myo inositol again.

@Gensola what have your clinic said about your frostie can you go on your March cycle? There's nothing to say you can't stop your meds today but yes my clinic do a full 14 days from the transfer for the test whether it's a 3 day embryo or 5 day but that's FET we've never done a fresh one. I mean if you stop now then your period will come sooner and they are very individual to ppl so your clinic can't say otherwise, last time mine came 3 days after, this time 5 days 🤷‍♀️so they can't say you didn't stop on weds.

@Justanothercyster what are your temps like? I'm only on my second cycle of tracking temperatures so keen to compare with others 😅 I've also had a temperature rise today and I've had a peak OPK so think I ovulated on Valentines too. Early again at CD 10 though 😬

I've started munching these pomegranate seeds and they are absolutely fine and just taste like the POM juice. I can't imagine how many I'd need to be eating to get some real benefits though!

@DJmum83 can't believe family would react like that you'd think they'd just be happy for you and it's not up to them - it's your family and your choice if/when to expand it!

@Minster2012 I don’t want to ignore you but I’m in a bit of a daze after a positive pregnancy test over the weekend. I don’t quite believe it. And I’m aware I’ve not been on the thread for long so don’t wish to be insensitive.

@Juno231 if it wasn't for the spotting I'd have just assumed your body was being a fuck boy as we know they do. But to have spotting and then a longer LP I'm inclined to go with the others ans say possible implantation spotting? 🤞🤞🤞 I know you said you already tested but if it was implantation spotting it might take another few days for anything to register on a test. Your body might just be playing with you but I really hope it's not, I'm staying optimistic for you and keeping everything crossed that you're posting a photo of a pee stick in a few days time!

I had a woman at work today tell me her son's gf is pregnant by accident 😔 As in genuinely they didn't want it. She was on the pill, they both had mild covid so continued to have sex and then she found out she was pregnant. Her doc told her they're finding covid can stop the pill from working. They weren't too happy about it as didn't want a baby right now, keeping it and getting happy now their heads are coming round to it but another one of those punch in the gut stories that you have to stand and listen to while inside screaming why them and not me who's wanted it for ages!?

On a good note tho, today is officially hubby's first day of quitting smoking 🥳 I've been nagging him for ages to stop and told him if we need to go down the IVF route we won't get treatment till he's 3 months quit completely but it was always 'I will once the clinic tell me'. But I think after my meltdown this month telling him I wasn't ttc any more because there was no point if we keep losing them and no point waiting for the clinic as if we do need IVF he's still smoking (even tho I don't have a leg to stand on as I've still got some lbs to shift tho at least I've been actively working on that) I think it's finally given him the kick up the butt to stop. Whether he achieves it or not is another thing but the fact he's now willing to try is enough to make me happy for now 😊

@Juno231 this was cycle 3/4 after a MMC in Sept/Oct. I had no sign that anything was wrong with the last pregnancy at all so the bad news at the 12 weeks scan was so so hard and then it was long 3 weeks with solo repeat scans, failed medical management and surgery eventually. I’m still not believing it. Have only done one test so far but have ordered some digitals. Last pregnancy it took ages to get a 3+ which no I see was a sign something was wrong so crossing all fingers it’ll be ok this time.

@Minster2012 it was many years ago, can you believe is his last year of primary school? Will be finding out in a few days if he got in the secondary we need/want... but I digress, he still reminds me regularly that he wants a brother, not a sister, do it right 🤔🥺

@Juno231 agree ignorance is bliss, if it’s any consolation I still haven’t had af yet and I’m on CD39 now of a usual 28 day cycle. Had some weird CM with a streak of blood in in about 5 days ago but that’s literally it. Feel like my body is being a complete fuck boy and I have also taken tests which were a BFN.

@2020mission oh I wouldn't compare with mine haha pcos actually makes temping pointless but I'm in the habit of it now. Just a very Rocky chart, I've attached a pic of mine from a previous cycle but this one is wayyyy rockier.

@DKDK123 aww bearded dragons are so cute. How long do they live usually? Our tort will outlive us 😂 he'll be a family heirloom.
