@lucyrp hehe napping for the win!!! We were already in bed after the sex so it was a no brainer... I am going to get dressed in a nice dress and put a bit of tinted moisturiser and mascara and perfume on. Might make me feel a bit cheerier my mood swings have been vile this week. I swear to god I am starting to show a bit already, either that or I've just got fatter 😂 my trousers etc all feel so tight already x

@Justanothercyster sorry you are feeling down, I think the card is lovely and quite romantic, he put time and thought into it. I've heard good things about this chocolate but yet to try.... is it something I should get hold of? Maybe in a few weeks since today I ordered a box each of haribo gold bears and cola bottles 🙈😂

@Vil10 I failed at avoiding google but stuck to NHS website and it wasn't actually anxiety inducing. Showed OH your chocs and he had a good chuckle too!

@lucyrp she definitely did a lot more than ask for a note to be added to her record. The NHS do not refuse care for minor things. This was obviously major, they called security on her. I can just picture the sort of person she is now 🙄

@Franklydear I'm sure she was absolutely delightful hence security being called and them refusing to scan her in future 🙈 she's either blown their reaction way out of proportion or seriously downplayed her behaviour. I'm wondering how she found time to get pregnant if she can't leave this one for 20 mins 🤔 some people really make me wonder.

@Minster2012 honestly so romantic 😂 I'm guessing I might have arsed the sterile sample thing as I have zero symptoms... there was a box for the wee that you couldn't touch and about a million step by step instructions.... obviously I couldn't open the box and accidentally touched the inside and didn't stick to mid steam as I didn't have enough pee in me to dish out amongst the three sample bottles! Who knew piss tests could be so complex 😩 fml!

@Kirky658 you aren't far ahead of me and I'm in the same boat with the jeans now being a little, ahem, snug! I had to get dressed to go for my antibiotics but was straight back into my joggers when I got home 🙌🏻

Mussels to start and steak for main for us tonight..... just gutted that mine will have to be medium at least as I usually like it still mooing 😂 and I better get some 🍆 later... I did a cooked breakfast while fighting the desire to heave this morning 🤣

@Kirky658 I may or may not have brought the duvet down to the sofa after we fell asleep with a blanket on us and woke up freezing 🤣 I don't really do make up unless we're going out for food or shopping etc so seen as we haven't been able to do that for months make ups been a no too. Since I've had lashes I don't really wear it and my skins got really good so I look better off without it most of the time otherwise end up looking too orange 😂 I also can't wear mascara on my natural lashes because they've gone weird since having lashes and can't do strip lashes either so a full fave without anything on my eyes would look a bit odd. I thought I was showing w couple of weeks ago but it's nothing compared to now I've honestly gotten huge over night 🙈x

@lucyrp hehe goals, love that you got the duvet. We've got a big fluffy blanket that my sis in law gifted us last Xmas and it is just amazing to snuggle with.

@Gem176 thank you for bringing pelvic floor to the front of my mind...I must remember to work on them 😬. I used to have a thing where whenever I was at a set of traffic lights I did my pelvic floor...then I moved out of London and got a job within walking distance so my opportunities to squeeze got less...this last year of mostly staying at home has meant I completely forgot to do them for ages at a time. Might have to come up with a new reminder lol.

@Sausage1990 sorry to hear AF is imminent, especially after such a shitty time recently for you. After my loss I started off so determined that first month then when it didn't happen I really struggled to find the mental energy for it all again, it's so disheartening but we all know that on here so I'm just sending hugs and understanding 😢

Whoever was talking about being much more open on here I am too, but it really helps. Sometimes I wonder if I should be more open in real life but it's just not me. But maybe everyone needs an outlet-you ladies are amazing for that and seemingly for so many of us. A ttc crutch when all the focus is on the crotch 😂😂

@2020mission I get you about the updates from those that are pregnant, I used to feel the same, you love hearing the positive news because you know they've struggled too and to know it can happen to them gives you hope, but there will always be the stab of why's it not me yet. I think that will always be the case when it's something you want so bloody badly it hurts.

Love hearing about all the fancy valentines meals and treats, we've pretty rubbish and don't really do valentines lol. Look at you ol sexy legs @Minster2012 on your church pew 😘

@Kirky658 not in the slightest, got quite a shock when she called today to say and nothing showed up on the day of the booking appointment from the dipstick 🤷🏻‍♀️ guess I'll have to take them just in case. Odd as well because nothing was out of range in my bloods either and I'd have thought that something would have shown up there? Also with an infection my blood glucose usually sky rockets and they have been perfect all week. Mystery. Looking forward to photos of this Greek feast!

@lucyrp our local private is no children for diagnostic scans, I think what they call "bonding" scans are the only ones they allow under 16s in to. I just don't understand being that oblivious to your own actions. What did she actually think people were going to say??! Poor love, what a nasty NHS you should have been allocated a staff nurse to care for your baby on arrival so that he was no more than 2 foot from you at any time and this should have been magicked up on the spot when you arrived 🙄

@Franklydear omg that sounds like the neighbour from hell.
I mind when me and hubby first got together and we were in my shared ownership flat, we had a few too many and we're having the drunk rough sex and the lady from downstairs came to the door to check I was ok. I was absolutely mortified. We moved to a house very quickly.

Greek feast! Homemade tomato fritters a la Santorini, lamb koftas, Halloumi and lots of other loveliness. I did dress up and put make up on, DH shirt and chinos, looks so handsome, reminded us of our honeymoon so a lovely evening ❤️ I hope you've all had a lovely day xxx

We have not done anything today, we celebrated last night so have just mooched about the house. Toddler was uncharacteristicly quiet (teething I think) so didn't have to do a lot of entertaining!

I have batch cooked up a storm for the week ahead.

Jealous of @Vil10 your chat about 10 day LP - I seem to do 9 on a good month!

When we started TTCing for number 2 I said that I felt enormously lucky to have DS (had a couple of losses on the way to having him) and that if it didn't work naturally we'd just chalk it up and just have him. I now find myself googling fertility checks and stuff like that (worried about my super short LP!)...I assume it's some sort of biological thing!
