@HollieL567 take that Fitbit off now, I had the exact same with mine at 6 weeks, and again at 9 weeks where I was worrying too. Even now at 24 weeks its only 5/6 points higher than pre-pregnancy

On the subject of lube, has anyone ever tried the “tingle” type ones? Only ever used once when DH and I were at uni and never again! Everything fine and dandy until our crotches were suddenly ablaze (not literally, even I’m not that good...), queue a naked race to the shower to get the bloody stuff off!

All your V Day meal plans sound great, we’re getting a takeaway from the local pub, cannot wait! Might even get out of jeans and a hoodie and try wearing proper clothes instead so it’s a real “date”, albeit with a two year old third wheel 😂

Sorry you’re feeling rough @Sausage1990, AF can be a real bitch! Surely you get to have ALL the chocolate and wine this weekend right? Hot water bottle always good for cramps too, I’m trying to avoid ibuprofen but often find a hot water bottle is better anyway.

@haiyaa yes a hot water bottle is a life saver for cramps. I've just hased DH to do mine fresh for me as it's gone cold. I usually avoid painlillers got cramps but this migraine is kicking my arse so I'm about to go in for more painkillers... When it feels like your face is going to split open its ALL about the drugs!!! 😭😖

@DJmum83 I'm getting the sharp pain when coughing, sneezing and some quick movements. Was worried but since it's not crampy the mw isn't worried, says everything is relaxing so any stretching can cause sharp pain but so long as it's not continuous pain then it normal 🤞🏻 it's sort of vertical down the side as opposed to horizontal across the lower abdomen if that makes sense? I'll be around 10 weeks on the 23rd and if all's well then I'll consider telling family. My sil and best friend know but that's it. DD won't be told then as she's only 7, desperate for a sibling and will nip my head constantly 😂 I've got a completely new midwife who is a cousin of my oh, she lovely though and that makes a huge difference! Glad you like yours too 😊

@Juno231 sounds like a lovely day and bonus points to oh for lovely gifts! Went out for coal and nearly froze in the 5 mins I was out. No snow but hasn't really gone above minus temps in over a week and we have fires from muirburning getting out of hand... crazy when my brother is under feet of snow!

@Minster2012 he's had over a year here and six plus months of baby planning to get his finger out of his hole and get on with it (in fairness he's done shit loads in that time just not these two massive jobs) so his panic now isn't getting much sympathy 😂 it's really helpful, my friend can send me a message about getting approved for funding and we can then joke about her desperately waiting for af to start to get on with the cycle rather than me asking what happens next. Doesn't seem like a huge thing but I think it's probably nice not having to explain everything over and over again! I also sent her a crate of Pom juice in prep for a fluffy womb, she loved that 😂

@Kirky658 it's been that long maybe now they don't advise sleeping in parents room for first few months 🤔 been so long it feels almost like first time again 🙈 cracking bundle for £15!

@DJmum83 I find if I feel a cough or sneeze coming on and sort of brace myself it actually helps, but like sneezing or coughing post c section. Maybe that has something to do with why we are getting them now 🤔
