Really fed up of AF showing up month after month now 🤦🏼‍♀️ we've been taking the see what happens but dtd lots approach. But now going into month 7 so We've decided to use the clear blue opk's to see if it gives us a better chance. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Now to just wait for AF to disappear 😀

Any one else ttc #1? 😀

It probably will be a waste of tests as expecting it’ll not be till later but rather be safe just in case the MC has affected my cycle at all and don’t want to miss it. If it’s similar day to my previous cycles then I’ll start later with the next cycles.

@Loops01 I’ve got a GP phone consult on Wed morning about it all, so will see where we get to with that. Will ask for more bloods for sure I think!

@Loops01 I actually think I prefer the easy @ home to the clear blue allthough..... I have deffo become addicted to using them every time I go for a wee 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

@rosiej95 waaayy!!! What CD is this for you now? Glad you're liking them. Yeah if it's high like that you'll peak today or tomorrow and then ovulation! Woop. I'm cd5 today. Not seeing any real effects of soy (not that I would) but not a bad thing! Period pretty much stopped yesterday but still some blood when wipe but nothing that really comes out. If that makes sense. App is saying 15 days til ovulation but that's predicting that this cycle will be 31 days and not 36 as last month. I actually think unless the soy brings ovulation forward by a couple of days or cycle gets back to normal that I'll miss the fertile window due to being away on a work course. Hopefully not!!

@rosiej95 wooohoo! I love seeing that test line finally get dark 😍 I’m like you, I much prefer the easy@home to the CB ones.

@Loops01 great you’ve got no side effects from the soy, I’ve heard bad things about headaches. Fingers crossed it brings forward ovulation too.

I’m due af today and I’ve got aaaaall the signs (including the urge to eat my whole house!) and I wish it would just hurry up and show up. This is one of my least favourite times of all of this - the day before/of af when she’s not quite here yet but you know she’s lurking. Just hurry up already!!

@amy259 eugh I hate that! It's such a miserable time because you know she's on her way but there's stilk a part of you that hopes it's early pregnancy symptoms. You're not out until she actually rears her ugly head!

I bloody ran out of opks without realising and thought I would free style this month and go by pain & cm however I've had no cm which is really unlike me 🤔 only thing I can think is the soy isoflavones from last cycle. Now I might not know if I'm actually ovulating this month 😔

@J1990 oh nooo, that’s so annoying! What cd are you on now? Could you get some on Prime and they’ll arrive tomorrow?

Nah I’m sure I’m definitely out, bfn today (14dpo) and definite af symptoms. I’m like clockwork with a 13 or 14 day luteal phase so it’ll definitely be here tomorrow I’d hope! So ready to move onto the next cycle.

Gahh im sorry :( but soy isoflavones this cycle right?

I'm starting to wonder if I have progesterone deficiency. Anyone else think they might? Symptoms include spotting before period & short luteal phase. I do go through phases of diagnosing myself though..

@J1990 soy this cycle! Which is good because I feel like I’m doing something and also bad because I’ll get my hopes up 😂

I’ve had mine tested so I know I’m okay (well I was that one cycle 😂), is it included in the bloods you’re getting from the doctor?

@J1990 I'm not the best as today was the day we put our cat Lola down. You'd have never known there was anything wrong with her. My heart is broken. It's the right decision though.

My luteal phase tends to be 10 days the last few cycles. I've bought Pregnenolone cream to try at the end of this cycle. I had day 21 bloods but I hadn't ovulated by day 21 and thought I wasn't going to so obvs it was low!! Didn't get the option to have it after either. Gp not been great at all.

I'd keep testing! I had eggwhite cm when I was still getting lows and not ovulating. Apparently the body will continue to produce as if to say you should be ovulating and I'm ready but you're not. I did get loads more ewcm when I did ovulate though but this cycle cm wise was not enough for me to know. Before in the normal cycles I found cm was enough to tell. Hope the tests give you a bit of reassurance.

I'm not sure whether to do soy cd6 tomo or just leave it for just now.

@Loops01 I was just coming on to say I was thinking of you, then I saw your message above - hope you’re all holding up okay ♥️♥️ It’s just the hardest thing.

My fertile cm is rubbish, but I took epo last cycle until ov and it made a big difference so will def do that again.

I would finish the 5 days of soy if you’ve got this far - might as well do the whole recommended dose this cycle so you can decide if it’s for you or not?

@Amy259 thank you. She was my baby. Took this pic today when DH opened the tuna tin! Shame she didn't have the appetite to eat much of it but she was happy.

I will take for the next couple of days then! I'm taking epo too this cycle. Just trying to use up vitamins! Got some vits for DH on prime!

@Loops01 I'm cd18 today & got a reading of 1.45 🎉 so think that'll be my peak??
We've managed to dtd a lot so I'm really hoping we've covered it cause I think my boyfriend wants a rest! 😂 (I've been a woman on a mission this cycle haha!)

I’m okay today, thanks. Af arrived first thing this morning as expected, and brought some cramps and pain along with her so that’s fun!! Ready to move on and do everything possible this cycle!

Thanks everyone. We've buried her today in my mums garden (she's with my old family cats now 😔). It's weirdly such a relief knowing she's at peace as it was very stressful having to make sure she was doing the toilet and feeding her by hand. Sadly life goes on. Glad to hear @AZ1992X you're CD9. Not long til you can see how ovulation is. I wonder if it'll have changed at all? I heard cycles could be longer so maybe ovulation will be later? I'm cd6 so still taking the soy. Last day tomorrow I think @Amy259 is that right? Welcome to cd1, at least you can focus on this next one now. Waiting for AF is horrible. I've found this cycle to pass quite quick already but I think it's because I'm not thinking about it. I'm hoping ovulation is earlier but I have been really sad and really stressed recently. Fertility diet is somewhat out of the window. I'm hoping soy and progesterone will still make this the cycle but I'm actually not expecting it to be. I think I'm just feeling too low recently. Will see what happens! @rosiej95 that's great news about your peak. Are you later than normal? I used to be cd16 or so and now I'm cd25 as of lad cycle. I found vaccine made things longer. Do you know how long your luteal phase is so you know when due/test?

Ahh @Loops01 I’m really sorry you’ve had such a tough time of it recently, it’s just not fair. The soy is supposed to be for 5 days so if you started on CD2 I think CD6 would be your last dose? I’m going for CD3-7 I think.

I’m already thinking about ov and what to do differently etc, so I need to reign that in - I don’t want a month of obsessing but some months I find it so hard to keep under control!

@Loops01 I'll be honest.. All thought I've been ttc for a while I'm not sure about the luteal phase? How do you know how long it is?
Clear blue was giving me a smiley between cd12 & cd14 from memory?
I had a bit of a break from the opk's & then this is the first month using them again.
I've had quite a bit of pain on my right side this evening tho im assuming that could be ovulation related but I've never noticed it before? 🤔

@rosiej95 it’s wild your CB was giving you statics at CD12-14 yet your easy@home say you ovulate on CD19 this month! That’s a big change this cycle?

Your luteal phase is the number of days after ovulation until your period. So if your cycle is 28 days and you ovulated on day 14, your luteal phase is 14 days too. Last cycle i ovulated on cd16 of a 30 day cycle, meaning my luteal phase was 14 days. It should be 10 or more days long x

@Amy259 I know! Which made me think maybe the clear blues didn't work? 🤔
I mean they obvs didn't because I didn't get a bfp 😂😂
I've not done anything different apart from the vaccine 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ahhh so I've been tracking af for over 2 years now I've just looked back & my last 2 cycles were 32 & 30 days I have the odd couple that have been 36 & then one was 26 but this past year I've been pretty regular with it 🤔🤞🏻

@rosiej95 your follicular phase is CD1-ovulation, then your luteal phase is 1dpo-last day of cycle. So luteal phase length is basically however many DPO you get to before af arrives! Mine is 13/14 days long, because I get to 13/14dpo and af comes the next day. Hope that makes sense!

Cd10 - first opk and was 0.25 so quite low.

@AZ1992X fingers crossed you don’t have long to wait. Can you test in the afternoon or are you out at work?
