Really fed up of AF showing up month after month now 🤦🏼‍♀️ we've been taking the see what happens but dtd lots approach. But now going into month 7 so We've decided to use the clear blue opk's to see if it gives us a better chance. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Now to just wait for AF to disappear 😀

Any one else ttc #1? 😀

@rosiej95 no nothing! I feel I'm out this month! TTC seems to of taken its effect on my OH and he's just not been in the mood this month which has caused a few fall outs! Maybe we needed a month to rest but I think I may call the GP incase I don't ovualte🤷🏻‍♀️

@Aims1991 did you speak to the gp or get ovulation? I haven't got mine but have noticed it's only really high then peak within a day then low otherwise so not surprised anymore if its nothing then sudden onset of cm etc. I spoke with my gp in general as had enough and she was saying that I'll be referred to fertility in July but it is sounding like I may be in the 16% that don't fall pregnant within the year (although still time) but she doesn't think that I have anything underlying from the sounds of things. Getting day 21 bloods next month so they may get you to do that if you're not sure of ovulation??

Any advice? For the past 9 cycles (if not more) my ovulation has been pretty consistent with the last 5 or 6 happening between day 16-18. I'm a bit miffed as to why im still getting lows but from the looks of the tests my 'peaks' (although not recorded as that) would be more Cd13 and 14. Does anyone think this or think this is a missed ovulation cycle or maybe just not there yet? My cm has been more present during Cd13 but I assumed it was maybe beginning of change but now I'm thinking maybe that was ovulation? Open to thoughts please. Plus any updates on how this month is going for others

Morning @Loops01, agree it looks like you had your peak day 13/14. Quite clear lines to me. Maybe just a day or two early this cycle.

@Loops01 not sure about ovulating this month as it was very strange got a good line one day then nothing ever since🤷🏻‍♀️ also not had a great my with my OH just seem to be at each other's throat so the chances of a BFP are slim 🤣 I've stopped taking folic acid and conceive plus because I want to see if they have impacted it? I started taking them and my period was a bit all over the place too. So a month of to see what's happening won't do any harm

I am the same @Aims1991. I stopped the tabs but didn't actually notice much difference so just went back taking them. I had to talk to DH about support etc from him as he just wasn't getting it but he is a lot better now which helps. Doesn't take the loneliness feeling away completely but having someone else somewhat understand whats going on or not going on more like, helps.

Thanks @AZ1992X but I'm still not sure if it's dark enough to truly say I ovulated. I guess I don't really know why it would go up then stay down but I am not that hopeful this month. If that was ovulation I think we just managed to dtd but don't know if it was enough or early enough! Means a longer tww! Did your lines get darker? Do you have an early scan or anything booked?! How's the symptoms?

@Loops01 I will see how I go not taking them. He's normally really supportive but this month he said he sick hearing about it! Had a chat about it so hopefully he will be ok. I do understand that some months people just get annoyed about it and maybe this was his time🤷🏻‍♀️ but I'm 8 days since I got my strong line and I feel sick as anything just now🤮

That's funny because the last 2 evenings I've felt really sick even though I've not really eaten a lot or anything. I've put it down to emotions. Yeah my mum got annoyed at me saying it's the same thing every time we speak and I said I'm sorry but that's my life. Not like there's much else going on just now due to covid and I can't help it being on my mind all the time. Your OH is probably frustrated too but they don't feel it as much because they don't have to pee on the sticks, feel the faux symptoms then the feeling of blood pouring out of you. Graphic but it's true. It's minging nevermind emotionally devastating!

Lines are gradually getting darker (bottom is today) although don’t seemed to have changed much last 2/3 days, still early days think I’m about 5 weeks now. Going wait till I’ve had appointment with the GP which is around 7 weeks then see when my scan is planned.

Tbf not many symptoms- mainly just starting to get sore boobs and noticing veins showing more on them. Felt very tired yesterday but other than that feel ok.

I am cd17 today. Don't feel any different and took another opk this morning and still faint/low. Would be surprised if positive but I guess if not then I could put it down to low levels or no ovulation. I like to have a reason!

Wow your tests look so good! So happy for you! Can't believe you've not had much symptoms at all really. After everything they say haha. Please let us know how the scan goes! Keeping everything crossed for you!

@Loops01 you never know, I couldn’t find my peak on my tests last month so was certain I was out. So hard to tell with some of these opks.

Crazy isn't it how they make is sound like it's so easy to get pregnant when in reality it's not at all! Thank you for your hope though. It is nice knowing someone get a positive after struggling. I was reading that the easy@home uses a baseline so actually it's pretty normal to have it different from last month. Getting my mmr start of May so that'll be me out the game until ttc end of June. Tempted to track using opks but also tempted just to take the month off!

Been mega busy at work so decided to stop the opk & just go with the flow this cycle, I'm currently cd24 & af due on Monday.
We've managed to dtd every couple of days so hoping it's worked.

I'm really wanting to test but I am terrified incase it's a bfn.
If it's not worked this month we'll be going into cycle 10 😞

That's understandable Rosie. The good thing is that there's been someone on here getting a positive every month. Hopefully someone this cycle too.

I am confused from my cycle. So my app was saying a rubbish low ovulation around cd14 but now I'm away for work the last two days (my normal ovulation) I've had lots of cm. I feel like I am ovulating now but not able to test nor dtd. Next month is my mmr booster so that cycle is out too. Its pretty horrible. Just have to think there's nothing else you can do and it will happen at some point. It's difficult. I am cd20 and apparently 6dpo which I am not convinced about but I'll be testing on May 2nd or 3rd to know whether to cancel mmr or not. I am not hopeful. Had a bit of breast pain but it's more random shooting pains than aching. Probably just from the way I was lying haha.

@Loops01 don't think it helps because I feel weird & not sure weather it's down to a bfp or my brain wishing I'm getting a bfp 🤦🏼‍♀️

I've also had that a few times where I've had Ewcm one day & im like this must be ovulation... & then couple days later had it again 🤦🏼‍♀️

How many DPO are you now? I was googling about the cm and apparently its very normal to have after ovulation for a few days but I still think if I was able to do tests then I might have ovulated now. I hear of people trying ovusense which looks interesting but the other part of me is like well as long as you dtd every other day then should be fine? Don't want to keep wasting money!

Totally agree with you on that one.
Back in November there was litrally 5 days that month that we didn't dtd yet it was still a bfn 🤦🏼‍♀️ 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yeah it makes you wonder doesn't it. Its so random. I guess we will see soon what happens! I'm just fed up but it's nice to speak with you girls. Fingers crossed for this month!

@Aims1991 my DH went through something similar, I felt like he wasn’t supportive and was almost uninterested. But it turned out it was actually the pressure getting to him so we had to change tactic haha. It means we do it less (it was the “on demand” he struggled with) but we had months of dtd constantly and still no bfp, so I’m not that bothered by not doing it every second day now!

@Loops01 how are you feeling? Your cycle sounds confusing this round! Fingers crossed that CD13/14 was it and you managed to cover it. I imagine the not knowing is the worst, because you’ll not be really sure when af is due? All of this is hard enough without our bodies playing tricks on us too.

I didn't even cry this time I got a bfn because I have genuinely got to the point of being used to it now 🤷🏼‍♀️

@rosiej95 I’m well thank you! Currently in a good headspace with it all and trying to hold onto that. No more Facebook groups or obsessive googling.

I think it’s cycle 10 for me too, on CD10 so think I’ll ovulate next Friday or Saturday. Just going to dtd as normal (so probably just the weekend 😂) then scheduled sex on peak day only. I think trying to “force it” 2/3 times around ov is off the cards for us from now on - it just wrecks us mentally.

Auch I’m sorry, I know what you mean - I just expect the bfn now. I actually found myself looking at when I’ll be due to ov when we’re on holiday in Aug/Sept and forced myself to stop and be like “Amy stop it, you will be pregnant before then!”.

It's comforting that we are all thinking the same. It's such a lonely feeling most of the time.

I am not convinced I really ovulated cd13/14 but I'm hoping I did since we were able to dtd as not managed after cd16 due to travelling for work. We will see. Had a dream last night that I had a bfp at like 10dpo and I had some odd light cramps through the night/this am but sometimes I wonder if I dream it or if it was just in my head. Its weird. I've somewhat stopped hoping as it makes it easier. It's funny you say that about aug/Sept as I was thinking my next time to find out in pregnant would be July but feel that actually it won't be then. Took to horoscopes last night and the first one said how I'd get pregnant later in the year but my husband finds me morose, sad and depressing. Well the latter is correct so fingers crossed for the prior. I had a feeling thst this month would be it but I don't know if I just get that false hope every month. We are meant to see the SIL in July and I just can't see her looking all lovely with the bump. Just now I won't/can't go which annoys me as its family but I know it would really push me over the edge and that won't help.

@rosiej95 sorry I didn't reply to your last msg. Sorry lovely! How are you feeling today. When is AF due. I'm tempted to test tomorrow or Sunday which would be 9/10dpo according to premom but 5/6dpo according to flo. I didn't enter any positive ovulation jn any app this month as I'd rather not lie to them and myself haha. I am not confident about it all. AF due around May 6th onwards. I think will be with you in cycle 10. Feels never ending. Thinking of you!

@Loops01 I'm allright, I'm fed up tbf really fed up but thankfully I have work keeping me busy.

Enjoying it whenever, using opk, not using opk, not thinking about it much, I don't know what other way we can try now.

I was a bit miffed tbf because I've had cramps the past couple of days, have felt a bit shite & got my hopes up.

AF due Monday, I'm bloated so she'll be coming soon I recon.

I am the same. Ever hopeful despite trying not to think about it and care as much. Only natural. I think I will be joining you as not sure on ovulation but if I do I'll still be here for you! Perfectly normal to just be done. I almost paid for private scans and thought nah cos I don't feel like there's anything wrong. Keep swaying back and forth. Don't know how much I can take of trying different things all the time and nothing working. Positive though is that I have come back to work today after my trip and I might be getting moved in the near future to a dept I'm really interested in and they do better shifts (no nights!)
