@Sweetbabydust1989 congratulations lovely!! Fingers crossed everything is ok this time and the wait goes quickly. It's good you've spoken to the doctor and EPU. I haven't a clue when I actually ovulated this cycle so haven't got high hopes for myself. So pleased for you though.

Yay congratulations @Sweetbabydust1989 🍾 get on to EPU and see if they can get you in at 6 weeks. If that doesn't work, get onto your local midwife and get them to do it. Don't worry about the twinges, it's entirely normal (but no less stressful!). I'm 17+1 and still get them at times!

@Kate105 I called epu yesterday and they told me to get a referral from my dr so did that yesterday... cramps have pretty much gone and I feel so sick I am still in shock I haven't told anyone yet i don't really no far how I am as those sites keep telling me different dates... how you feeling?? Xx

Okay - have a scan at epu on Saturday when I’ll be 6+1. Super nervous.

They seem to have had no interests in doing my bloods. It’s all very confusing.

Wow congratulations @Sweetbabydust1989, blazing positive! 🔥 I had all those twinges at my ectopic site too, think it’s everything starting to stretch and irritating the scar tissue

@MrsB2019x shocking isn't it that test was done at 15DPO.. oh that's good to hear mine have kinda gone again now I feel really sick kinda like hung over sickness.. how are you getting on?? Xx

Really worrying today mostly over my pains it's not sharp or anything like that I really wish I could see everything is all fine but it's too early I am 4 weeks according to my gp so I am guessing I have to wait another 2 weeks for my first scan this is worse than the 2WW I still haven't told anyone yet and I am constantly knicker watching xx

@Sweetbabydust1989 The more you worry about your pains the worse you’ll feel, I know it’s easier said than done but try and relax a little :) I called up EPU at 5+2 just for advice about the pains and they did my scan then, if you’re still worried you can give them a call? They won’t scan at 4 weeks though as they won’t see anything ☹️ I’m doing good thank you, will be 24 weeks on Friday! 😱

Glad you got the ball rolling @ActonBell @Sweetbabydust1989 I think some EPUs like early bloods, others just wait til 6 weeks and scan... I just had to wait for the scan. Easier said than done, but try and keep busy so you don't stress too much in the meantime xxx

It feels like it’s too good to be true and that if it isn’t ectopic something else will go wrong. I’m suddenly imagining a late miscarriage. Luckily I have a good therapist so I will try to talk through all this.
I am so miserably nauseous now. Great to be having strong symptoms but also ugh.

@Kate105 thanks hun I am all booked in for Tuesday I am petrified constant knicker twitching No cramps or bleeding which is good my arms are hurting today not sure if I should worry xx

@ActonBell snap feeling the same woke up today with 2 dead arms and my brain has gone into overdrive thinking it's an ectopic xx

Hi all, I took a bit of a break from here after last week being a bit of a downer for me. I've also taken it a bit easier this month with OPKs and tracking, I'm trying not to get totally sucked into it, because I don't think that helps. Haven't DTD as much but tbh I'm ok with that.

I've actually been a lot better this week. Got to meet my newborn niece at the weekend. I thought it might be a bit weird but to be honest it was great, i weirdly just forgot everything and loved it. So I think it's helped me decide to take it a bit easier. I think maybe I'd been more disappointed than I was expecting to be after it first month of TTC again and getting the BFN.

@Sweetbabydust1989 gosh what a strong line, congratulations!! 👏🎊🙌. Glad you got booked in at EPU, try to take it easy and distract yourself with anything you can until then. But I can understand the worry, I'm sure I'd be the same.

@Luan82 hope the first IVF appointment goes well. I've heard a few people talk about acupuncture and it doing them the world of good

@Lililou absolutely- you do what's best or you and if that's taking a break then that's good, I understand what you mean- the first month after HyCoSy I was absolutely devastated to see the BFN, much more than I expected to be- it's definitely been a hard process and I agree, getting too obsessive about things isn't good for your body or mind xxx

It's been a while since I've been on the thread! (Had 3 ectopics last year, 2 lost tubes and one complicated ectopic)

Currently in the middle of my first ivf cycle and got 6 frozen embryos! Waiting to transfer in a few weeks.

So feeling less stressed today trying to take it day by day got my app on Tuesday they will be doing a scan and bloods I am really hoping my little one has made it safely to where it should be... I am still experiencing mild period like cramps no sharp pains at all... arm pain has pretty much gone hands aren't as cold today I think I must have some muscle pain hope everyone is well xx

I’m feeling so stressed I feel extra sick today. Can’t concentrate on work. Scan is tomorrow.

Feeling a little worried so no pains just mild cramping but I feel very flushed and tiered like I could sleep for hours temperature is normal so do you think it's a sign of ectopic?? My first one I had nothing like this just serve pain (stabbing pains) my epu is rubbish they wouldn't see me until Tuesday at all and done accept walk ins so having to wait am I just being really paranoid?? My mum is the only one who knows atm just feel like iam on my own not told partner yet was going to wait until Tuesday incase it's miscarrying xx

@Sweetbabydust1989 - those sound like normal pregnancy symptoms to me. Tiredness is definitely normal especially in the first trimester. The size of your blood vessels increases in pregnancy making your feel warmer and I guess that could make you flushed.

It must be hard without your partner knowing. I can imagine you don’t want to get his hopes up. But if you’re going to tell him either way at some point then maybe think about telling him sooner rather than later so that he can support you with how you’re feeling?

@ActonBell thanks hun I am just super sensitive as today was the day my pervious ectopic was confirmed but I was in really bab pain... I am just worried about my pain in my shoulder blade which travels to my hand is that classed as shoulder tip pain?? Xx
