Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Kona84 no worries. I'm desparately hoping it could be some kind of implantation dip.... I missed my ovulation this month so really I could be anywhere between about 9 and 14 DPO

Has anyone else had a BFP and a RHR dip at the same time? If I remember correctly, all your lovely BFPs had lovely big rises too!

@GlassLily I'm sure I've seen a few with low rhr with their bfps! I want to say SmileyT was one of them. Fingers crossed this is it for you!

Even if it isn't a sticky one, it's good progress for me - first ever BFP.

Mine went down the day I got my BFP. Was only by 1 or 2 BPM

@Alicespring thank you for the response! That's a bit reassuring, although mine is down 3bpm, but it's down 6bpm from its highest point this cycle 😫

@Alicespring very different to mine! It will be interesting to see what happens next with my RHR being so odd. Don't know how I'm supposed to relax!

@Moominmiss yes exactly it will just be reassuring for you to see everything in the right place. Very true and if there’s not much to see by 7 weeks there will definitely be a bean in there.

I agree, it just doesn’t feel real until you see inside. Such a nerve wracking time in the beginning. I don’t think your dates will be off. I confirmed ov aswell with bbt and I was only two days out. She did say it’s so hard to measure at this early stage because they’re so tiny.

Ohh I can only imagine how hard that was for you. I’m sure everything is perfect this time for you. Hopefully Sunday will bring you the most amazing news. How are you feeling sickness wise?

@GlassLily I see it!!!!! Crossing everything for you 🤞🤞. Have you tested again today? You so need a FRER! Don’t take much notice I’m HR, it could rise from now. Mines been up and down since ovulation and my BFP.

@Juno231 Wait isn't clear blue the same as FRER? 😳
Updates: lots of cramping and some brown discharge, bit worried AF is about to visit 😟

@GlassLily no clearblue is not recommended for pregnancy tests as the blue dye gives false positives due to dye runs. They're also far less sensitive than a FRER! FRER stands for first response early result and is a pink dye, super sensitive test that tends to be considered to be the cadillac of HPTs!

Think I’m on 1DPO today possibly 2 if I go by the first peak.
Been feeling super emotional last 2 days- maybe it’s just the stress of knowing there’s nothing else I can do this cycle what will be will be.
I cried yesterday because I couldn’t log into my laptop and missed a teams meeting.
I’m weepy and feeling grumpy and low

@mumof23188 well I’m panicking even more today....my rhr dropped by another 2bpm today down to 75.

Still having symptoms, nausea in the evenings, full feeling when lying on my front, sore boobs, I have that pulling, stretching feeling in my groin when I roll over in bed etc.

But really starting to worry I won’t even make it to the scan on Sunday. With my November mc my rhr started dropping steadily 3 days before bleeding began so I’m on knicker watch 👀

@Moominmiss please don’t panic! I’m on the 3rd day of 62 so mine is mega low!!

Symptoms are great! Well I’d never describe sickness as great but you know what I mean.

I’m also on knicker watch regularly so I know how you feel. Just try to keep yourself as distracted as possible until Sunday. I’m sure all is ok lovely.

@mumof23188 @Moominmiss please try not to panic girls! This was mine going down for 6 days ina row before my scan but everything was fine then !

@lucyrp thanks lovely. I feel so much better after seeing baby yesterday and the heartbeat. How are you doing?

@mumof23188 did you post a pic of it? I might have missed it. I'm fine thank you, although I don't think I've ever been so impatient. My hormones are making me an angry mess 😂 I turn 11 weeks on Saturday and haven't had my 12 week scan appointment and every day the post woman walks past my house without posting something through my letter box my back is up 😭😂 I'm so exhausted too

All was fine at the scan. Baby was punching and kicking about 😁❤️

@SS123456 omg proper little person! nuts to think that's how we start out - are you feeling better about it now? Did they change the due date at all?

@Juno231 they got from blob to baby so quickly don't they! Yes much better as I'm so close to the 'magic' 12 weeks now. When I had my 7 week scan they dated me one day ahead of my LMP date but today I was dated one day later in line with my LMP but pretty much on track
