To those of you talking about the whole pee sample thing (pamina I still gigggle when I think about your poor dh ) - Tex111 (i think) got it down to such a fine art she could pipett mid-stream - did give it a go and managed to get my hand instead so not sure if I'd recommend it - something to aim for though so to speak x

Another great day with my dn, am definately ready for this whole parenting thing, just need to come up with the goods myself. Dh managed to take a half day which was just fab, dn showed him all the fish and turtles in the park and they had a great time chasing around. We also went shopping for a new out-fit for her - found the cutest trousers and poncho in mothercare. Going for a quieter day tomorrow, play-doh and other messy stuff in the morning then a quick nip into town for coffee with a pal. It's going to be quiet once she goes home at the end of the week. Felt a bit sad today watching her and dh play together, he's gonna be such a good dad some day, mc seemed paticularly unfair today - also af finally arrived in full force, CD1 oh well .

Anyway, love to you all and hopefully be around a bit more after the weekend and once back into everyday routine again x

If i had that chance this morning i would have kept you up Jeddah your last post it was 8am here but ds doesnt let me on the computer in the morning he wants "bubbles (rice bubbles) and milk" while watching Bob the Builder and then a shower with mummy. so not much time to chat iam affraid. He is sound asleep now i think its 4am your time so get out of bed jeddah and chat with me!~!

MommyD i starting taking all that stuff months ago now add to that evening primrose & chinese herbs. hasnt worked so far. and it taste like shit!!!

jeddah - minipill is the one that prevents implantation isn't it? It takes quite a while to get that one out of your system (I was on the minpill for many years before TTC)
Have you tried giving your dh zinc..... supposed to be good for his swimmers?
As I remember Agnus Castus did something to help hormone balance, Robitussin (could) make CM easier for swimmers to swim in and baby aspirin aided implantation..... I think You probably all know that anyway....

It?s hard to keep up with this thread. It moves too fast and since I don?t work anymore and have a toddler to chase after I just can?t get on the computer more than a few times a day. Hmmm, that was one big advantage of working? getting paid to look at baby/pregnancy message boards all day.

There?s not much to report here. I?m on cd11 and usually O on cd14-15. I started my OPKs yesterday and I am determined just to use 5.

I am quite relaxed this week. I think it?s cos DH has the week off work and I have less time to mull things over in my head. As well as OPKs I take my temp in the morning. For the past 6 weeks I have been taking Vitamins B6 and a B50 complex to try and lengthen my lp - I?ve messed up hormones following my last m/c. I also take selenium and vitamin E. My DH takes zinc and selenium and doesn?t seemt o mind. We call them his ?man-tablets?

Sorry Twiga just read your msg again iam so sorry that af arrived. Well i supose the suspence is over now and you can get on with another month of bding. Sucks doesnt it...i really thought you were pg.

Twiga, sorry to hear about AF. I've been lurking and was keeping fingers crossed for you. Yep, I am that talented girl who can pippette midstream! Thinking of putting it on my CV. Sounds like you're having a lovely time with your DN. I know just what you mean about seeing DH with her and knowing what a great dad he'll be. I watched DS kissing a friend's 3 month old yesterday and thought what a lovely big brother he'll be. Just makes me ache that I haven't been able to give that to him yet. Our time will come though!! Hang in there and take care of yourself.

Sorry you are feeling lousy Tania - what cd are you on?

CD 7 of a 25 day cycle I think i oved twice last month cd9 and cd17 had a very strange af lasted 2 days normal on day 1 not really there by day 2 did a hpt on Tuesday and came up negative. just feel really out of sorts this month hope it doesnt effect my ov.

Tania - if I were you I would just double check that you are not pg, especially if your AFs are normally longer than two days. I do not want to get your hopes up by saying this, but three things spring to mind:- 1 your AF was shorter than usual 2 If you WERE pg and had a bleed then you probably wouldn't have had enough HCG to register on pg test (friend of mine had a short period and -ve test when pg with both her dss) It's HCG that suppresses the bleeding isn't it? 3 You are feeling lousy/sick/dizzy
As I said, it is unlikely - but if your AF shorter than usual, I would way test again to make sure

If i oved on cd17 when would be the earliest i could test?

Just found out that dh is leaving on the bucks w/end tomorrow at 1pm we were hoping to get a quicky in b4 he leaves but ds doesnt go to sleep till 1 ish. iam really pissed at that if i ov this w/end iam stuffed for this month. go figures hey. another month stuffed up cause someone dares to get married.

Why do you think you ov on cd9 and cd17???
If cd17, then I would test on cd31 (17+14days). What day would you be on now (in your old cycle)?

Can't you put ds down a little earlier than 1pm... when is dh back?

I would be CD 32. yes we will have to try and get him to have a sleep earlier i will wear him out.
