We’ve actually been around each other since March but various of us running this bus since June & not got sick of each other yet ❤️🥰

I've been meaning to update you for ages but struggled to find the thread but once I saw the name for this I knew this was it.

I was on the thread between February and July after suffering a MMC in February at 9 weeks. I got my BFP in June.
I'm 24 weeks now and I'm expecting twin girls.All is going good and the support I got from this thread while ttc was amazing.

@Chlo2701 don't worry, B vitamins always make wee neon 😁 perfectly normal but freaked me out the first time too!

@Minster2012 just a vague heavy pulling feeling. Mainly just trying not to get my hopes up though. My brain is now firmly back to waiting for AF ☺️

In regards to your calories, what I used to do was save them all for my evening meal & snack, so I'd just either have a protein shake (with almond milk) for breakfast & lunch, or sometimes just scrambled egg with abit of grated cheese for breakfast or lunch then a protein shake.

Hello everyone. It's my first cycle TTC (or at least not avoiding) what will be DC3 if it happens. I've got DCs who are 5 and 7 already. I'm 40 so might be a bit over the hill by now though! It's taken us ages to decide definitely to TTC again because both my pregnancies were epically awful and DH needed a LOT of persuading. Realistically, if I do get pregnant I can expect to be in hospital a lot of the time from about week 6 so it is not a very tempting prospect! But I do really want another DC. I think DH is hoping we'll have fun "trying" for a few months with no result!
Anyway I'm about 5DPO I think. I've never used OPKs or anything but charted for contraception for years so do know my cycle / signs well. Hope it's OK to join the bus now?

@Chlo2701 🤣 Yes, yellow is normal. It does seem weird. I actually found taking b50 vits daily gave me stomach cramps (as in actual stomach) so I had to stop. I found alternating days with just b6 I was ok. So not really sure why but just to make you aware.

@Minster2012 OK - firstly I read your WhatsApp rant as your neighbours husband undressed you, and I was wondering what kind of village this was. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 But I agree with the crap people send to groups. I'm not really on any, but definitely mute if needs be. I've had to do that with some fb ones before.

Also- you wear dresses? This makes me feel bad. I literally have descended into a homeless type looking person with wfh and lockdown. Maybe I really need to make some effort here? 🤔 Bloat wise- never say never! 😁

@lucyrp yep trying to stay in your calorie intake is a nightmare🙉 I used to use the protein world salted caramel, I just found they didn't fill me up as weren't very thick, found the cons really watery.
I now have this one (see pic) it's abit pricier but it's thicker & taste really good, so does the job. You order one of these & I bet you won't go back to protein world.
This company I order it through are based in Cardiff. Think they're called sports nutrition in Cardiff .
I've tried a fair few protein shakes & this is by far the best IMO

Oh @kalidasa that's really tough when you have hard pregnancies and know what is in front of you. But as you say when you aren't done, you aren't done.

@Chlo2701 i guess realistically you should be aiming for meals all at 400 calories abs and then there's a few extra left for snacks depending on what your limit is🤷🏼‍♀️ the my protein is not too bad with oat milk🤦🏼‍♀️ il have a look at that one!

Dont think I ovulated this month. I did get a high but RHR doesn't confirm. Anyway af starting light today. So onto a new month. We dtd quiet regular last month. Every 2nd day or more so nothing else we can do.
