@lucyrp I feel ya, my RHR doesn't exactly scream elite athlete 😂😂 must get back swimming when they reopen. Was 65 during AF this month and is now 73 😬

App is saying AF due tomorrow, I think I am 15/16dpo but app says 14. Either way I haven't started spotting yet 🎉 and I may even get to piss on a bloody stick on Friday.

@Chlo2701 my cycles are around 28 days, sometimes a bit longer. I know the Fitbit one looks so much prettier 🤣

I haven't done any OPKs but I do reckon I ovulated on CD14 as I had lots of egg white CM and in a glob of it there was a bit of blood. I would normally apologise but anything by goes here 🤣

@Clairey844 today mine is 75 🙄😂 and after ovulation on my last cycle it went up to 86🥴 i cancelled my gym membership last month because i hadn't used it but started going again now been twice in the last 3 days and hoping to keep it up going forward 😂 the person at the desk kindly told me there's a black friday deal on for membership to be £19.99 every month for the first 3 months where as normally it is £34.70 so i may do thay as paying as you go is £6.70 a time 😰 i always say i won't pay membership until i go enough to make it worthwhile 😂

@Newbie0818 well yes 😆 here's hoping to no AF tomorrow! Do you think you'll test same day or wait until the next day?

This is my recent RHR... Thinking my recent dip and raise is another confirmation that I'm ovulating right now?

@lucyrp that's why I use unsweetened almond milk because that's the lowest calorie milk I can mix it with, as it's too watery with water. I always warm my milk up in the microwave, then add a squirt of my skinny syrup caramel with my shake 🤤

@Chlo2701 oh the pleasures of having a microwave. i really need to buy a new one😂 we bought one last september and it had broken by march just before lockdown so when we eventually took it back to get a new one free of charge they'd stop selling the one we had so got a refund and just haven't bothered buying one since 😂 i do like almond milk and also skimmed oat milk is great too but the powder in itself is high in calories. il go check what the one i have is now il attach a pic.

@Smushty14 looking at your RHR, I'd say you ovulated either CD9 (which is early & unlikely but not impossible) or CD13. That's why I do OPK's along side my RHR, because then it kinda backs it up if I ovulated. Hope that makes sense

Is anyone tracking RHR with Fitbit? Wondering how long I need to watch it for before noticing anything.

Just because someone else mentioned it, CM is weird right. Seems I'm on the snot stage and it is just gross sometimes.

I really don't get the Cm observation 😫 i tried sticking my fingers up there this morning because i thought i may be ovulating today but i just got a white watery/creamy stuff, couldn't get anything on my fingers was just there 🤷🏼‍♀️🥴

@Minster2012 expensive isn't it ! and DS swimming lessons on top at £24!! a PT around here is atrocious too. found someone about an hour or so away that was £35 but that's still expensive it seems as @Vil10 was paying £10 an hour i think ?!

@lucyrp oh I was thinking that you meant you had the Protein world brand, I've not tried the one you've got. If you put unsweetened almond milk with it it will be under 200cals, and girl!!!!!....... no microwave!!!! I wouldn't be without mine!

@LauraT94 oooh elaborate.... what's your cycle length? What CD are you today& do you track ovulation with OPK? RHR looks different in the fit bit than Apple

@Chlo2701 i've got some semi skimmed oat milk in the fridge so might give that a go tomorrow, how many ml of milk do you use ? if i use 200 will thag be enough ?😂 well we clearly didn't use it very much as we've been without it for nearly a year now 😂 although it is useful when DS wants a hot chocolate after school 🤪

@lucyrp I just observe based off of that's there when I wipe! The EWCM I've have the past few days was very obvious. I know it can be different for everyone though.

@Chlo2701 not sure on cycle length ATM as still haven't had a proper period since coming off pill 🤷🏼‍♀️ but counting from my withdrawal bleed I'm on CD35 and had a strong positive OPK this morning! I started temping too but only for the past 2 weeks or so, will attach for you to peruse haha!

@Smushty14 same! well between january and march i was going 3/4 times a week and was at the best weight i've been for a while as we went away for OHs birthday to a spa hotel and i felt great then lockdown happened 🙄 only just braving it back now and was shitting myself going there the other day as i get very anxious but once i got there it was fine now i want to go more!

@LauraT94 yeah i've never seen anything any different. well i say that, there's an obvious difference sometimes because i get dry CM near the end but wet creamy the rest of the time but have never seen this stretchy EWCM they speak of 😂

@Chlo2701 someone has even posted saying it must mean she's not attracted to his natural scent and why are they having a baby together (she's pregnant) if she finds his odour unattractive 🤣🤣🤣
Fortunately someone came back and said no, he's basically shitting in the sponge and no one would find that attractive. I'm howling 😂
