Welcome to the 🐧 huddle. This a safe place to give and receive support for everyone who has experienced the loss(es) of a pregnancy or baby. Pregnancy and child loss is one of the most difficult things we can experience and it can also be the most lonely time too. So many of us have found much comfort from other lovely ladies on this thread, together we're rooting for lots of BFP's! Let 2020 end on a positive note x

Hi @Marshmallow123 I can see a second line. Do you have another test to try in the morning? Tentatively this could be good news but I know how anxious you must feel after a loss. I'm afraid I don't know how not to stress - I become obsessive. A counsellor did once recommend trying something called "worry time" where you allocate yourself a particular time or times of day when you are allowed to think about the thing and the rest of the day when the thought comes to you, you just gently park it for that later time. It sounds hard but it can work. Sending you lots of love to get you through until tomorrow morning!

@Mumlili9

Thank you for replying so quickly!
I’ve got a clear blue in the cupboard that I’ll try in the morning.

Worry time is a good idea, will try to do that!

Good morning!

So it looks like it was a positive! I did a Clear Blue and another cheap one this morning. Feel like I can’t get excited yet though until I know it’s going to work out well.

Hopefully this is a good sign for all of us in 2021!!

Oh @Marshmallow123 that is a very strong positive (and actually shows how weak the ICs are because it takes a fair amount of Hcg to get a clearblue that strong - note to self next time I panic!). I'm so pleased for you. Yes there is a long road ahead but for today, this is the best possible result ❤️💐

By "weak ICs" I don't mean your results which look great. I mean that even with a strong result on a CB the ICs don't show up too clearly which is worth knowing when we all panic because the lines aren't looking strong x

Thank you ladies. I’ve an appointment for a scan with my doctor on 22nd so just keeping everything crossed it all works out this time!

Hi everyone, sorry I've been quiet. I'm struggling a lot. I'm triggered all the time by photos and even just talking about pregnancy or getting pregnant. It's all a bit much for me at the moment. We're taking some time off ttc.

Best wishes to those with positive news and I'm rooting for you all 🌟 ❤️

@VenusStarr I am so sorry you feel that way but fully understand it. Taking sometime away is always a good way to deal with things.

You know we are all here for you whenever you need us. Take care 🙂 x

Girls, I think I'm going crazy with this bbt! So it looked like I ovulated a few days ago which I thought great, things are going back to normal after the medical management in December. But then it now seems AF has arrived but on and off, would say heavier than spotting but not consistent like a normal period. I know I can't will my body back to normal but it's a very frustrating time! Anyone got any experience of first month after medical management and if this was similar or not? Not sure if ovulating has bought on the bleeding, can that happen? X

Hi @slinks8113 I had to wait 9 weeks for my body to get back to normal after medical management, then the month after that I ovulated around day 17 and then the following day 15 and then this month iv just tested as high fertility on ear blue ovulation tests but on day 15 again so I still don't think mine have got back regularly as they were. I have noticed that I also spot more before my period now so still not sure mine is fully settled 3 months on. Sorry if that doesn't help. X

I am so sorry to hear this. I will have everything crossed that he responds to the medication. Please look after yourself and you know where we all are if you need to rant, cry or just talk. Sending a massive virtual hug. I will be thinking of you xx

@Mumlili9 oh my love that is so awful. I'm so sorry. Of course this thread is for supporting you. Covid is a nasty illness but hopefully the hospital can help him. Could it be that they've chosen to admit him because he has COPD sooner than they would have done without it? We will be thinking of him and hoping for a quick recovery. Despite the scary stats on tv, the odds are still very much in favour of him recovering. Thinking of you and sending lots of love. Keep us posted

Xx
