@Mrsbear1122 hopefully just a bit early but spotting is annoying. I was given a cross trainer at the end of lockdown one and it has actually had some use which is a miracle.

@Franklydear Wow those are amazing! - the knitting that is! I did start to learn to knit but I always had to get my mum to start me off 🤣

@Mrsbear1122 Ooh what treadmill did you get? I'm currently eyeing up an exercise bike but so undecided on which one to go for. I would love the peloton but at £1800ish plus you still have to pay for a membership or watch YouTube videos I'm a bit put off!

I know I'm only 6dp but I feel different.... like something isn't quite right but I can't put my finger on it.

This is gonna sound ridiculous but I sneezed last night and my entire stomach (lack of abs) all tensed and when I finished sneezing they didn't stop tensing but the rest of my body did- actually really hurt 🤣🤣

@Minster2012 I didn't come on yesterday. My LP must finally be bk to normal now so I'll be on tomorrow unless there's a miracle of course!

@MimiRai are you wanting to know about Soya? I took them for two cycles. Didn't like the increased ov pain so I won't be taking them again. Did what I wanted tho which was ov later as I took them from cd5 to 9. I usual ov cd10 so it pushed it to cd12.

@Smushty14 got the domyos run 100 from decathlon which isn't too expensive, but good reviews. I used to do 5k parkrun and odd running during the week but stopped during lockdown and TTC so want to get back into it

@mrsbear1122 I did parkrun as well, really miss it 😔 luckily since we've moved house my parents' neighbour is into running so we do a run together Mon/Weds/Fri mornings & I go on my own Sundays.

back from the school run from hell, things wrong with the world today:

1. It is Monday, not Sunday
2. Why is the weekend only 2days
3. Still 4 weeks till Xmas
4. No Xmas in Spain, are we even getting presents?
5. School, all learning, no play in year 6 like the little ones get
6. At least school will be doing Xmas bits, streamed no parents
7. We are not doing Boxing Day, sounds boring
8. It’s cold

@Mrsbear1122 I used to do park run before lockdown! Normally every other weekend when I wasn't working and enjoyed it!

@MimiRai I tried soya. I felt it helped my spotting and I had no negative affects. I took it CD 2 the first time and I felt it bought my ovulation forward (not what I wanted) so I took it CD 4 onwards the next 2 months. Cycle length was normal. I started with a lower dose and eventually increased to 200mg with no side effects. I took it at night in case though. However I've since read you are actually supposed to take it in a morning. So next time I will try that. I used the tesco ones.

@notyetamumbuttrying @Missgoldilocks and @paintfairy thank you all for sharing your experiences. It good to know what side effects to expect.My cycles are irregular so thinking it may help.

In other news it's DHs birthday today, he went off to work this morning at 6.30 instead of having the week off to go to Center Parcs as was pre Covid plan, he's very stressed now as our area very high Covid & we are trying to set up bubbles for WFH & coming in for ppl so that everyone is safe & the business can still run, in a business that in no way can really run from home. We just have to know that ppl won't do anything from home as there's not much they can but it will be safer. I, as a lovely wife with DS asleep, muttered "happy birthday" & went back to sleep 😂🤣. Since DS Been awake we've made him a card, FaceTimed him singing happy birthday and he cut us off saying he had to go! Humph.

It's mega frosty here today so we might be curling up with hot drinks shortly & licking our wounds

@paintfairy with the vitb6 did you take it all through your cycle or just certain time in your cycle? I finally got my peak today, CD20🙄 & due AF a week tomorrow so thinking of going to Tesco & boots to see if they've got any, & start taking them today. I figure it's better to try taking something to see if it gives me an extra day on my LP

@Chlo2701 I took the b vits all the way through my cycle. I have read various other methods of taking it part cycle though.

I didn't take the b vits on the same months as the soya though.

@paintfairy @Katao def not trapped wind but pretty sure it's just progesterone and nothing BFP related for me - I have had it on multiple cycles :(

My temps and RHR are still kinda not doing anything, no AF yet either. Just waiting for her to show now!
