@AHobbyaweek I havent have the energy to knit anything, there’s a sofa blanket I need to finish, and then I want to do baby things, the pram blanket, little boots, I have a few cardigans and hats from ds,... and a couple of blankets...

@AHobbyaweek how long do socks take? I keep wondering if I should learn to knit them. I'm just a crocheter at the moment, currently trying to finish this blanket for a friend's new baby by Wednesday. I think a few late nights will happen! I thought I had another week or two before she was ready for visitors. The lion needs redoing 🤦‍♀️ still another 12 squares to do as well as putting it together and doing the backing. And then I'm taking a break from blankets as that's two in a row 😅 and congratulations on getting down a category! I feel like I always put on a little weight every October/November. The cold just makes me ravenous.

9dpo today and no symptoms to speak of yet. I'm now taking the attitude of not pregnant until proven otherwise by a very late period, inspired by @Franklydear 🤗

@lucyrp I get changes in cm roughly around when my app used to say I should be ovulating but I don't know for sure. It's all just a guessing game right now x

@InkyPaper i really feel for you. i thought i wasn't ovulating ag all but temped all of last cycle and i finally obukated on CD45 or so my bbt thinks xx

@NestinginNL those squares look brilliant! Love the variety of animals you've done 😊 How do you back your blankets? Is it with fabric or with more crocheted squares (but like plain ones or something)?

@InkyPaper for babies, I also back with fabric, wether knit or crochet, too many holes, a nightmare to do though, I never get it quite right, too tight the blanket looks funny, too lose it gets baggy

@paintfairy yes you're right, if your OV is later then your LP should stay the same, & you would just come on later. But this didn't happen with me😩 I confirmed my OV last month with CB digital & RHR, & I ovulated (CD19) 2 days later than I usually do, but got AF exactly when I normally would CD28, so my LP was only 9 days. & it's normally always 11 sometimes 10. So I really hope it's not getting less & this is just a blip. But yes I do think a trip to the docs is needed. I'm thinking of taking soy iso next month to try & bring my ovulation forward a couple days so it lengthens my LP or maybe take something like vitb6 to try an extend my LP 🤷‍♀️

@Juno231 keeping my fingers crossed it implantation bleeding after seeing what could potentially be an implantation dip on your chart🤞🏻
Also I'm interested in maybe doing this egg reserve testing, what do you have to do?do you recommend it? I'm just worried about my egg reserve & quality, as I'm nearly 36 & my mum went through the menopause at 40!!! So I hope I don't follow suit!

@NestinginNL that blacker looks amazing! I crochet too but loving the knitting at the moment. I have crocheted socks too so if you prefer that do that. Normally takes me 8 hours per pair of socks if they are a plain yarn but this pattern has loads of colour changes so takes about 10 hours.

@Franklydear sounds like a big list! It is my time out and hobby as my job is in front of screens and tech all day. I need something to get away from it.

@AHobbyaweek I’ve done dozens of blankets for friends and family babies over the years, tempted to just ask for some of those back, kidding, I probably have blankets that I can use at home already, but I probably make at least a little square one for the baby car seat/ basket... I have a nice pirate skull pattern that I use for my niece, a grabby smith degrading colours that is simple but very nice, a very complicated panda bear that sweared never to make again and a nice teddy sleeping on a crescent moon, like a crib...
I also have hats and cardies from ds, they just need washing, and the last few years, I’ve learn to make baby shoes, they’re quite nice, sold some of them to friends...

@Juno231 is this your ccg? Mine just says one round of ivf. Guessing that means the whole thing. Ok will let you know about the amh, will prob wait until the outcome of the second SA first. Thanks hun x

Some good news people! I finished my extra meds and my oxygen levels are already going up to acceptable levels

@Franklydear you are clearly a super mum. Bossing it with autism and a needy work boss, I'm in awe. I can't cope with my DS & a boss who demands blow jobs.

@notyetamumbuttrying hmmm only one full round, but if you get additional embryos they should always freeze them for you so that still gives you additional options so still the best way to go if you are "average" (in that most couples produce about 4/5 embryos) so you would then have some to use yourself?

i have a busy day off tomorrow, going to head to the gym after the school run in the morning then rush back shower and do my hair and make up then taking my friend who's 39+3 weeks pregnant for dinner 🙈🥰

@Minster2012 I see what you mean, defo one to consider when deciding what to do. We don't have to make any decisions yet but it's useful to think about this so thank you. How many embryos did you make?

@notyetamumbuttrying so I was told my AMH was horrendously low for my age when we first did it (2.1 when it should have been 15-20) & we got 2 embryos the first time both frozen at day 3 as they have a policy of if 2 or under embryos they freeze at day 3 which was amazing bearing in mind we only got 4 eggs (usually ppl my age at that time get on average 12-15 eggs of which half usually fertilise). One of those became my son & the other one is the last embryo we have on ice now, 3.5 years later, the one we are using this time. We did another round of embryo creation 6 months later & got 2 more which were grown onto day 5, one was the MMC from feb to me & the other was the BFN in sep.

@Minster2012 it will be as long as I get my ass to the gym in the morning. Salmon pate on toast for breakfast first and a glass of ass fruit juice and my prenatal vitamins 💪🏼

5dpo and I have what feels like ovulation pain! Stitch like pain that is coming and going in intensity and has been going on for a couple of hours now 😬 did an opk to check and it was all but blank... 🤷‍♀️

@Juno231 hope this is all good news for you. When will you test again? Or just wait it out? I swear to god if you get your bfp you should keep stump 😂 wait and see when it would occur to OH to ponder 🙄

@katao I had the same! It's been on and off since 5DPO now 🤷‍♀️. I suspect AF will visit soon so I won't test again unless she's late. Agreed re OH, I do find that so tempting sometimes!

@InkyPaper I'll use a fleecy fabric I still need to get ☺️ I'm suspecting at this rate I won't get it to them on Wednesday 😣 a backing fabric hides the mess so it's much quicker than weaving in all the ends. Here's the last blanket I did with the backing visible, the texture wasn't the best as it was just cotton but I loved the pattern 🥰

@Juno231 really? It's so strange, it really does feel like ovulation pain although ovulation pain is usually more painful. Weird. Fingers crossed its a good sign! When is af due?
