I'm either 3 or 4 dpo and looking to chat to others for the hpt countdown nightmare.

I feel like I've bought a lottery ticket. Excited, hopeful, but ready for a great big nope too 😀

@Ginini you and @Hollybeex are in it together I think, BFNs and late periods! Obvs number 1 symptom! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you both! It's so easy to get disheartened so early. How long have you both been trying? I'll be starting cycle 4 now.

I'm going to take a leaf out of your book for next month, ive been reading up on meditation, TTC just makes you absolutely crazy 😖 stress deffo doesn't help either I'm sure. Has it really helped you?

Update on me... I've started with the pink/brown again so I really do think AF is here.. if it is just hoping it just hurry's up so I know for deffo... so then I'll be drinking and eating all the cheese this weekend for sure 😂 hoping it stops though... obviously x

@rttcbabyno1 sorry if it is AF showing her ugly face! At least if it is you'll know what's going on, and yes drink ALL the wine and cheese!!

I think I'm out and just having a dodgey month tho, I've been reading online and everything says if you're late for your period and get a BFN it's unlikely your period, big downer today!

eek...queasiness was pretty full on this arvo so we thought we'd just test...OH wasn't convinced by the faint line so we went and bought clear blue digital...OMG! I can't believe it 😲😃

Hi @labell22, your symptoms sound similar to mine - I am roughly 8-9DPO and have had deep mild pelvic cramps since 5DPO.

I also wondered about implantation but have also heard the post ovulation progesterone rise can cause cramping. However, have read plenty of threads from people who have had constant cramps leading from ovulation all the way to BFP! So taking as a positive. Especially for you, since you've never experienced it before! Have you had any other symptoms? I've had tender breasts since 5DPO also.

I'm only 2 cycles post implant removal so still not sure what my normal cycle is (however if my normal cycle involves 10 days of cramps pre-AF I will not be happy!!!)

Your attitude sounds super positive, a great way to be during the 2ww. Are you doing any particular yoga videos etc?

Firstly huge congratulations @Seasalt1984 - so excited for you :)

@rttcbabyno1 I have read about the cramps online and they say that you can get implantation cramps as early as 6/7 days, so I am not sure. However, could also be progesterone like @Pollyell mentioned. I have no symptoms over than that and I have nothing at all today. I am trying not to symptom spot because last month it made me go a bit mental tbh! Also the meditation and yoga has helped massively, my DH has seen a massive change in me this month. During the last cycle I hardly slept, which had a massive knock on affect to me because I have epilepsy. This cycle I am sleeping really well. I am trying super hard to stay positive but keeping in the back of my mind about getting a BFN (fingers crossed that won't happen but what will be will be)

So, I listen to a podcast on spotify called 'The Fertility Warriors' by Robyn Birkin. I also follow Bettina Rae and Brett Larkin Yoga on YouTube for yoga and meditation. Give it a go :)

Full on flow for me this morning, I was expecting it... at least I know now!!
Next month IS my month... I can feel it!! (I say this every month) 🙄🤞🏻🤞🏻
For now though I'm going to enjoy the run up to Xmas with all the food and beverages I can possibly consume 🤣
Hoping for some BFPs for those girls that are left 💖🤞🏻

Thanks for sharing @Labell22 it sounds like it's really helped you! I'm deffo going to read up more on meditation this month and trying to stay calm. My DH is pretty laid back in general but I've even been stressing him out with all my madness. Deffo not good when TTC. Thanks for the tips ☺️

This month I've been much more chill though, talking to everyone who are in the same boat on here really helps too ❤️

Ordered some FRER tests and will be testing Monday morning.... Monday I'll be 11 dpo and AF due 4 days later.... FINGERS CROSSED. Anyone else testing Monday?
