I'm either 3 or 4 dpo and looking to chat to others for the hpt countdown nightmare.

I feel like I've bought a lottery ticket. Excited, hopeful, but ready for a great big nope too 😀

4DPO now and no symptoms yet but I know it's too early for real symptoms! @KitQ I also never get painful boobs, so if I experience that it will be a big sign.

@Vicki1990 that's great you've confirmed you're definitely ovulating. My luteal phase was 8 days last cycle and shorter on previous cycles. So really hoping it's longer this time!

Mem - I had similar between my first and second. I was googling secondary infertility like mad. Our bodies seem to do their own thing regardless of our wishes!

Hi, can I join too? I’m 10dpo today and using every ounce of self-control I have to hold off testing until Saturday when AF due.
TTC #1, second cycle of trying (using OPKs and smep) but third cycle since implant removed.
I’ve had virtually no symptoms this time other than lots of very low back pain the last 2/3 days. Hoping this is a good sign but trying not to get my hopes up as I was quite down last month when AF arrived.

Hi @KitQ I know it’s not too far at all! This two week wait has actually gone quite fast so I’ll be fine waiting, I have found out over the last few months that I find looking at BFN tests more disheartening than seeing AF arrive so trying to keep that in mind when I get the urge to POAS!

@Lemongrass9 that’s actually interesting to hear. It’s our first cycle trying and I said to my husband this morning that I’m nervous to test because I don’t want to see BFN and feel devastated. I think I still will test a bit early just to have a go but I hear what you’re saying.

Can I join? Currently 5dpo and ttc first baby. Had the implant taken out in August and started trying last month. Would love a bfp before Christmas!

@KitQ I think for me it’s that a BFN doesn’t definitely mean your aren’t pregnant - you end up looking for ages to try and see a faint line and then think it might just be too early, whereas at least when AF comes you know where you stand.
This is the first month where I haven’t tested early though!

Sharp twinges in my right side. Right of my belly button. Never really felt anything like that before. Said I wasn’t going to symptom check but now I’m questioning whether that’s implantation pain??

@KitQ I've also been having sharp twinges in my lower right side, although I've had them since ovulation day so I reckon I ovulated from the right ovary. I'm hoping the twinges are from a fertilised egg moving through the fallopian tube but it may just be inflammation from the ruptured follicle. Probably not implantation pain as it takes 6-12 days for the egg to reach the womb. I guess only time will tell!

I've always liked this diagram.

After the initial stabbing pains on the right side I’ve had just aches and twinges only on lower right side. Also a tiny bit of cramping in lower back.

Telling myself it’s gas to be on the safe side.

@KitQ probably unlikely to be gas if it's staying in the same area, let's hope it's due to a blastocyst 😂

Hello, can I join? Would be great to join in the waiting game with everyone. I'm 5dpo today, trying to not symptom spot as haven't been getting anything, would love a BFP for Xmas. 1st time TTC, been trying since July. Good luck everyone xx

@rttcbabyno1 welcome 😊 I'm also 5DPO, yes a Xmas BFP would be lovely!

Had a dream last night I took a FRER and it was a BFP, the line was quite dark as well, hopefully it's a sign 🤞🤞

@ButterscotchBabe yeah it was all one side plus back cramping so I’m hopeful it’s a good thing but don’t want to get my hopes up and it be nothing.

Morning everyone! Can I join in?! 5DPO, cycle #1 and no kids so this is all very new and exciting for me! I'm using a sperm donor so only get one shot a month, which adds some stress and pressure but I'm trying to stay hopeful! Good luck everyone, hope to see some nice dark lines for you all over the next week or so!

Sounds really positive @KitQ! Cycle no 1 is amazing too! When are you testing? I'm starting to think there's something wrong with me now, wish I had started trying earlier, but I'm only 26 🙁

Good luck @restingwitchface86, I can imagine that's a lot of pressure to get the timing just right, when are you recommended to do it each month? At least it's guaranteed the sperm is top quality! 😋

@Tempusfudgeit it's such a long wait isn't it... it's driving us all mad. I don't feel positive, no symptoms at all, 5DPO is a little early I guess but still would like something 🙁
