TTC November Bus

Hi loves,
I'm out of the game for the Oct bus so I thought I'd kick off November bus early so people can join if AF rears her ugly head.
Brief summary of me - TTC since Jan, mc in Sept, just finished first period after d&c and ready to get pregnant already!
I've got a 4yr old ds and really hoped to be pregnant right now so pretty fed up with the whole process but trying to keep positive. IT WILL HAPPEN.

@Bmeggar I’m using the opks too, I’ve had the faint line everyday since starting testing this month. Hoping for stronger lines soon and hope you get another peak!!

My friend just announced her pregnancy last night and I am not sure if that's why or that I'm 2 DPO but I felt rubbish this morning. Happy for them but felt a twinge of jealousy if I'm honest, which is really unlike me.

Anyway I'm feeling a bit better this afternoon. When do you test? I'm symptom spotting a lot and only 2 DPO!!!!! How am I going to survive this 2ww!

@Markygirl1995 I use the Flo app too.

I think I'm 6dpo and I've had some light brown in with my cm today twice. Hoping its not the start of an early af, although I do normally get really sore boobs leading up to that and haven't yet. Going by my app I'm 6dpo but I had ewcm at 7 and 8dpo too so god knows?!

• I meant cd7 and cd8 not 7dpo.

@Figarosbow it sounds positive to me so far! I think I remember with my first I had leukerrea and a little bleeding that's it. Fingers crossed for you. I've just bought some ovulation tests and pregnancy tests for the ready! Starting exercise today to help my weightloss as I think I'm going to be too heavy to fall pregnant

Hi hope I can join here, I’m 6dpo and it’s our first ever cycle TTC. 2WW is killing me can’t help but keep thinking every little pain or twinge is a sign

@Prettygreeneyes97 it’ll fly by just keep yourself busy to take your mind off of it easy said than done I know.

@Prettygreeneyes97 and @Markygirl1995 it is so hard isn't it!! I always read up on the next DPO day's symptoms to keep me going I am busy at work but still find time to symptom spot!! Haha I think the first week is the worst!! Roll on week 2

@SunnydazeQ @Prettygreeneyes97 oh definitely there’s always time to find symptoms and google for about 3 hours till you think you found something similar to how you’re feeling haha! How many times are you guys DTD in a month to prep? I saw online you should do it every other day not sure. I’ve still got a week to go xx

Hi @prettygreeneyes97. You're the same dpo as me. I'm the same, I love a good Google of symtoms even though I've done it all twice before 🤣

@SunnydazeQ I did wonder that, as today my belly has bloated and my nipples are sore (sorry TMI!) both happened to me before in the 2ww. We shall see 🤞

@Markygirl1995 we dtd 3 times in the fertile window. With my last pregnancy we dtd every other for 2 weeks, it was exhausting but it worked!

@Figarosbow when are you planning on testing or are you waiting to see if AF arrives don’t think I have that patience I was thinking FRER on Wednesday

@Prettygreeneyes97 I can’t hold off testing til my period! Glad that’s not unusual! It drives me mad though, I’m going to try not to this month (ha!)

@Prettygreeneyes97 I'm due on Sat, in my head I'm saying Wednesday too but I will probs do Tuesday as I can't help myself lol. I have a Frer ready and waiting.

First time TTC :)

I came off the pill in April to regulate my cycles again. They're about 32 days but last cycle I had a 72 day cycle! Hoping that won't happen again!

Has anyone tried the sperm meets egg plan? I'm thinking to try it!

@Raffaella13 never heard of that is that an app? Might look into it. I’m cycle day 10 feel like we have a long wait ahead of us xx

@Raffaella13 I’ve not heard of that but I’m currently googling!
My cycles are usually 32 days but I did have a couple of really long ones when trying to regulate after the pill. There fairly regulate now but still can’t get an ovulation pattern!

@Markygirl1995 @SRyellow I heard about it online. This is my first month trying so I’m reading all sorts 😂

Basically, you DTD every other day until you get a positive OPK and then you DTD on the day of the positive, the day after, then miss a day and do it again!
I’ve read lots of good stuff about it online but don’t know how practical keeping up with that plan is 😂 I think we are going to try loosely follow it, I don’t want to get caught up in sex being scheduled just yet! Haha

@Raffaella13 I'm going to try this! OH said we could start trying Dec but trying to tempt him this month so I'll see how persuasive I can be muahah! It's out first month TTC I suppose too in a way exciting!! Xx

Hoping I can join in with everything but I’m probably the least knowledgeable in all of this. I’m 27 and currently TTC for the first time.

I had my implant removed on the 23rd September. In total I’ve had the implant 5.5 years in which I never had a single period. Prior to this I was on the combined pill for around five years. I can’t for the life of me remember what my peroids were like back then as I was quite young. A day after my implant was removed (24th September) I began the combined pill and had the most horrendous side effects so stopped taking this after 12 days. 5 days later I had a bleed which lasted around 5 days .. I’m assuming this may be a withdrawal bleed?? So I’ve officially been off contraception for nearly 4 weeks and haven’t had a period as of yet. I’ve had regular unprotected sex this month but know it’s highly unlikely anything will come of this.

I’m well aware Ive probably messed and confused my body by taking the pill for 12 days (long story to why I did this) but now I’m in the predicament of not having a clue about my periods or any idea towards ovulation and if at all this was possible this month.
