Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@Moominmiss oh I was wondering if you meant 9dpo! Looks really promising, but 9dpo is most common day to implant so you know it's been too early to test really 😘 FC

😂 yeah I know it’s too early to test really, I have also been known to test at 4dpo so you know, holding out until 7dpo to start my testing is pretty good by my own standards 😂

I think if I hadn’t had a bfp at 9dpo with a previous pregnancy I’d never expect anything, but because of that I always live in hope I might get an early one again 🤞🏻

@Moominmiss we're cycle buddies! I'm 9 DPO and due on the 21st as well :) your chart is looking better than mine at least as everything went down one notch for me today whereas yours went up! Fingers crossed that it's our month 🤞

Your chart still looks great. Mines been up and down, I’m not convinced it’ll keep rising.

How amazing would it be to both get our bfp’s in time for Christmas!

@mumof23188 thank you, having read back a bit I’m sorry your cycles are still keeping you on your toes with possible lines/chemicals. Do you think you might push for some testing? I mean if you classed all your potential lines as chemicals/early losses, you’ve had well over 3 so would be eligible for referral by your gp!

@Moominmiss I wouldn't say no to a Xmas BFP! Anything to keep me from going into cycle 13😅. As for @mumof23188 getting testing done - I have a feeling the NHS just won't if she already has two kiddos?

@lucyrp you've just reminded me I've got broad beans in the freezer - I love them as a snack! Boiled and salted - yum.

@Moocher90 how is it looking today? Mine's looking better but I tested and had a BFN. Now I'm browsing FF charts that had BFNs before BFPs 🤣

@Juno231 I still can't help looking at my rhr even though I had a dye stealer this morning. Someone please tell me to stop 🙉

Good morning everyone, I’ve been quiet as my DD is a little sick. I’m CD9, OPK was negative yesterday evening and my RHR is being really weird. It dropped super low which it really only does during my period. Maybe it’s also because I was up every hour and my little girl nursed every hour...

@lucyrp It’s quite common for RHR to go and and down a bit as long as the trend is upwards. Had the same issue and worry with DD. ☺️

@SS123456 at least yours is still going up 🙈I can't believe you've had such good line so early on! Although if I'd tested earlier I might have done too 😂I first tested at 13dpo

@Juno231 I know! This is my 16th month of ttc now. But not hopeful, my bbt and rhr dropped this morning so fully expecting af. Have been feeling crampy and (sorry for tmi) but have had diarrhoea for the last 2 days too.

Also I don’t know, I would think it would be worth @mumof23188 seeing her gp, I have 3 children already and they were happy to do investigations for me and once I was referred in June to the fertility specialist, all mine and oh’s tests and scans had been done by the end of august so was even a quick process.
Got to be worth a call anyway. I’m sure different parts of the UK have slightly differing ways of doing things. Perhaps I just had a very nice gp lol.

I am surprised too, hopefully it means this one will stick 🤞🏻😁. Keep us posted on what your rhr does!

@Juno231 ahh come on you have to get your BFP this cycle! 10dpo is so early. You are not out yet!

@Moominmiss that’s interesting to know. Thank you. I’m going to see what happens with this next cycle and then possibly have a chat with the GP in the new year. I do feel like something is off but that could just be because it’s not happened yet and I’m sure everybody else feels the same. Don’t count yourself out yet. Your temps are still high 🤞.

@LarasMama hi lovely. Sorry to hear your DD isn’t well. I hope she feels better soon. Yes sleeping definitely affects your HR. So could be that! When are you thinking ov will be? No sign of ov for me yet, usually when I finish my AF I have a dry day and then go straight in with the EWCM but today I’ve had white creamy CM. So no idea what’s going on with This cycle. HR is still 61!

@mumof23188 Thanks dear! I have no idea when OV will be honestly. There is no sign of it. CM was also creamy white. Clue predicts OV to be on the 22nd on CD14, but who knows. 😂

@LarasMama is your ov usually around the same time each cycle? Mine tends to be between cd11 and CD13. Hopefully it’s not messed up this cycle! My boobs are still sore and i still feel nauseous 😩. I’m waiting on my OPK’s being delivered, they’re taking ages!! Hope your DD is feeling better and you managed to sleep a bit better.

@mumof23188 how strange, do you essentially feel like you could be pregnant then with the nausea and sore boobs?!? Something strange going on!
@lucyrp that’s a strong rhr rise!! Mine has stuck at 67 for the last two days now. I’ve ordered some CB digitals but not due to arrive til 23/12. I didn’t want to buy them in my local supermarket as they’re in special security box things and I feel like someone I know will walk past just as they’re cracking them open 😂😂

@MissBPotter I just think my hormones have gone to shit 🤣😩. Totally get you on that, I always feel paranoid I will see someone I know when buying tests haha.
