Tracking your cycle and possible BFP using RHR - part 4

Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

Thank you @lucyrp ! I think I'm just over analysing and stressing myself out now 🤦🏻‍♀️. The previous mc has taken some of the happiness/excitement away this time around

SS123456 · 15/12/2020 07:14

@lucyrp here you go 😊

lucyrp · 15/12/2020 07:16

@SS123456 I totally understand. I'm so anxious about mine and it not progressing but there's nothing I can really do 😬 so if I stress it will just make it more likely, I've got my booking in appointment for the first week of January so once that milestone has passed that will be great. It's hard aswell because you can't tell with tests really if it's an mmc as you still get a positive for a while after so I've stopped testing for now too. X

lucyrp · 15/12/2020 07:17

@SS123456 to me that looks fine☺️I'm trying not to worry about mine as lots of girls from other threads who are now 26 weeks pregnant ish said theirs just varied loads so you can't read too much into it x

lucyrp · 15/12/2020 07:19

@SS123456 this is mine this morning currently so not great , trying to take my own advice 🤣 although mine was 80 yesterday morning then shot up to 88 by the evening

@LarasMama frustrating isn’t it! Was your AF different to usual then? So strange it hasn’t dropped.

I’m CD5 today. Had a tiny bit more spotting this morning just when I wiped. Mines dropped to 61 today! I’m going to wait and see if I ovulate this cycle and then maybe see about tests in the new year if I don’t. Took my last FRER today and there’s a faint line 😡. Must be bloody indents!!

mumof23188 · 15/12/2020 10:23

@MissBPotter how are you today?

MissBPotter · 15/12/2020 12:07

Hi @LarasMama and @mumof23188 sorry to hear you’re both struggling still with strange cycles. @SS123456 your line progression is looking excellent.

I am still at 65 today around 13dpo... I do think af will come tomorrow as that’s when I’m due BUT I felt really nauseous this morning and my boobs are sore... I’d ordered some opks for next month so did one of those and there was almost nothing there. I think the b complex vits have just lengthened my cycle, rather than expecting any bfp. But that’s a good thing anyway.

@SS123456 your RHR looks super promising! Don't compare it to the last pregnancy, focus on the difference between it now and what it's been during the cycle :)

8DPO and my RHR jumped up two to 73. Trying not to read into it!

@missbpotter omg congratulations!! Just goes to show that opks aren't that reliable for BFPs! So happy for you!

@MissBPotter yay congratulations!!! Amazing news

I've just changed my name from SarahTTC2020 by the way 🙈 thought that maybe 15 weeks in I should start believing Im pregnant

mumof23188 · 15/12/2020 18:09

@MissBPotter yesssss!!! Massive congratulations lovely 💕💕

@MissBPotter Congratulations 🥰 Wonderful news!! When do you think you implanted?
MissBPotter · 15/12/2020 18:29

Thank you everyone, I’m super happy I get to talk to you all about this as! I agree @Juno231 but I actually dipped an opk just out of interest and it had a fairly strong line this time, so I think you just need to have quite high hcg. By the way, your 8dpo rise looks interesting!

@LarasMama I don’t know due to the bfn but I did originally think it was 9dpo which I think was Friday as that’s when my boobs started hurting. Bfn was a crappy sainsburys test though.

Like the new name @BlondePotter!
I’m going to hang around here for a bit longer as it is super early and I did have two losses before dd1 so I am quite paranoid, if you don’t mind Smile

mumof23188 · 15/12/2020 19:21

@MissBPotter such lovely news. You must be over the moon 😍. Yes please stick around. There aren’t many of us left on here!

lucyrp · 15/12/2020 19:30

@MissBPotter omg congratulations ! 🥰 I will be sticking around for a bit too if I'm allowed 🥰

mumof23188 · 15/12/2020 19:31

@lucyrp yes don’t abandon us either 🥰. Will become a ghost thread otherwise 🤣

lucyrp · 15/12/2020 19:34

@MissBPotter that's odd your sainsburys one said no! That was the second test I did and it was a BFP, maybe in a couple of days it will come up on those.

@mumof23188 I love being a lurker so ill stay for a while 🥰 I just did a CB weeks indicator and got my 2-3 weeks

mumof23188 · 15/12/2020 20:00

@lucyrp yes lurk away 🤣. Ahh lovely 😍. It’s always nice to see it in writing. With my last baby I tested with those until I got the 3+. I can’t wait to hopefully be able to do it again 🤞

lucyrp · 15/12/2020 20:15

@mumof23188 I told myself I wasn't going to buy them as they're so expensive and I just thought sod it when I walked past them in the super market. I was going to wait until the morning but they were sat there so I did it. I've got another one to test with the Monday after Christmas which will hopefully say 3+ by then and then il have my booking appointment on the 4th🥰 I'm really anxious anyway so it's nice to have some reassurance. I'm sure you'll be sooner than you think!

mumof23188 · 15/12/2020 20:18

@lucyrp ahh it is such an anxious time isn’t it. Us mums never stop worrying. From the moment they’re conceived! I’m glad you got some reassurance 😍. Exciting times ahead for you! Just take each day as it comes lovely and try not to worry to much. Easier said than done I know but we are here if you ever want to chat xx

lucyrp · 15/12/2020 20:29

@mumof23188 so true don't stop worrying from the word go! Hope my sickness will kick in soon so thag will be real reassurance 🤣 I was so ill for 3 months from the word go with DS. Aww thank you ! My rhr dipped a lot today so don't feel like I can look at it anymore otjetwise il get upset xx

mumof23188 · 15/12/2020 20:48

@lucyrp yes you never stop worrying ever do you. Oh bless you, it’s the only time you want to feel sick 🤣. Did you throw up when you was pregnant with your DS or just feel sick? Honestly please try not to worry about HR. I didn’t have my Fitbit when I first found out I was pregnant with my DS but I got it when I was about 5 weeks. Mine varied a lot. It wasn’t until I was heavily pregnant that it was consistently higher. Don’t take to much stock in it. Everyone is different aswell xx
