Hi ladies,

This is for all of us with heart rate monitors who wish to help each other analyse the RHR patterns throughout our cycles.

Early research shows there's a correlation with increasing RHR and BFPs - so let's try and spot some together!

@LS2020 I'm currently waiting a referral and she said they're normally about 6 weeks but could be longer because of Covid and she said that at the end of September so I'll wait until 6 weeks has been and ring and chase it up

@lucyrp oh good! Proper annoys me when doctors ignore any fertility issues as you can probs tell 😂
Yeah I’m waiting for mine. Got a letter about 3 weeks in to confirm details which was mid September and then not heard anything. I’m in for swabs and smear Monday though so gonna ask when I should chase then

@Juno231 your RHR is interesting, how it peaks at ovulation then slowly decreases. Mine increases around ovulation then dips 1-2 bpm, then goes back up to ovulation level, pretty much until AF arrives. Earliest it drops again is about 3-4 days before AF.

I am 8DPO now, so that stage where you start hoping every twinge is implantation 🙄

@ls2020 @mumof23188 I think I might hold off on an early scan and just wait. Thinking of telling my parents next week though rather than waiting until a scan

@GlassLily I swear my RHR doesn't normally do that - it's usually higher in the LP than the FP but not lower than at ovulation.

Well I'm CD2 and my RHR has finally dropped 3bpm and my temp is slowly decreasing although still above the coverline.

@mumof23188 ovulation could be today per your temps? Definitely wasn't yesterday as temp has remained the same.

@Juno231 so frustrating! Treat yourself to something nice ☺️💕. I had a look at my thermometer and I had written it down wrong!! It was 36.35. Ive changed it so looks like I’ve got a temp dip today.

@LS2020 ahh I hope I’ve ovulated as wont get another chance now as OH is now working away. So only managed CD7 and CD10 😩

I hate how your heart rate can change through the day I really shouldn't look until the evening 😫

@SarahTTC2020 is your OH allowed in for your 12 week? A lot of my friends went private as couldnt have their partners in for scans which has been a shame.

@mumof23188 looks good then when you had a positive OPK yesterday and CD12 is when I ovulate so all looking promising 🤞🏻

@lucyrp it is so frustrating isn’t it! Had hoped it was rising for the end of cycle for you either way 😔

@LS2020 it could be okay though as I am 8dpo as along as it goes back up tomorrow 🙈

@ls2020 yes he is allowed at the moment which is good, I'm in a 'medium tier' area which maybe helps.
Planning to tell parents next weds and MIL the week after so getting tempted to have a scan next Tuesday at 9 weeks before we tell anyone

@SarahTTC2020 I think having scan before announcing is a good idea as I think they do dating and stuff so you can confirm when you’re due etc ☺️ Though I’ve always been told to state a week later so you don’t get a load of ‘is baby here yet?’ texts when you’re one day overdue!!

@mumof23188 I'm okay thank you. Been at work all day, been stressful and now just need to chill out.
Getting af like pains as if im going to get my period but still nothing as yet.

Well absolutely no clue what is happening this month. Was expecting a static smiley this morning too and the sticks not worked and is typically my last one 😂 just gonna have to go for it every day the next 5 I think!

So 20th is when I think I ovulated and this is how my chart is looking. Is it still looking good do we think ?

I am full of hope after my RHR reached dizzying new heights today at 9DPO - first time my second peak has been higher than my first!!

Only by 1bpm so I am trying not to get too excited, esp since I have been sleeping less the last couple of days, which may have affected it. But you know what it's like, so hard not to get excited about every little possible sign!

Officially 7 days late, think I'm spotting this morning but with some cm mixed into it. Rhr back up to 68 too so I'm not sure whats going on.

@GlassLily apparently 18dpo but could be wrong if I've got ovulation dates wrong

@ambs1994 that's what I was thinking, perhaps you ovulated late and that peak around the 17th was ovulation?

So I’ve totally messed my chart up by having a massive lie in this morning 😂. Think I’ve ovulated tho as no more EWCM for a couple of days. HR seems to of dropped for ovulation too so hopefully it starts rising soon!

I had ewcm the weekend of the 10th oct so thought I'd ovulated then @GlassLily @mumof23188
