Hey guy ladies!! Still on my holidays, back on Tuesday evening but thought I'd jump on to see how everyone is?? Any more bfp's since @KateColx?

Well I have to say this holiday has been a bloody blessing for shagging, we've had sex at least twice a day sometimes 3!! A lot of the time OH waking me up at 3/4am to shag!! It's been like a routine, go up to the room from the pool and shag, mainly in the shower, get back to room at night and shag, then either during the night or the morning shag! We hired a beach cabana yesterday and even managed a sly spoon shag in there😂 and I've been mega wet like unbelievably I think it's the alcohol and seeing OH topless around the pool all day! FW starts tomorrow according to flo with ov on Sunday, not going to put pressure on it at all though but just hope this shagathon carries on until the Tuesday!

@Vil10 that sounds AMAZING!! Bring it on! 🏖⛱sun sea & shagging maybe everyone should book a holiday for fertile week! Get the sangrias out & keep going girl 🥰❤️☀️

@Minster2012 it has been brilliant!! How's everything been with you?? Also OH gets free private health care with work, I always knew this, but whilst we've been away they've all had an email just to remind them what they can get funded for or vouchers for, and one of the things he can get a voucher for is fertility testing!!

@Vil10 the shagfest sounds amazing! If you've been extra wet you might be fertile now anyway 🤞👌

Oh god you will have to scroll back to hear my massive sob story of my nearly cancelled IVF but we decided against the advice of our clinic to go ahead & our transfer is this weds coming 🤞🏻if my Covid & progesterone test tomorrow morning is ok

@Vil10 your holiday sounds BANGING! Get it😏🤣🤣🤣 my cycle is okay ay the moment I think, have my blood test tomorrow morning to see if I've ovulated but won't get results back until a week tomorrow. Fermometer seems to have picked ovulation up with my temps but not holding out too much home. I had brown spotting yesterday and Friday but nothing today... very confused but just hoping for a short cycle. Hoping I've only got 9 more days until AF or BFP 😬🙈

@Katao that's so frustrating on the progesterone, I'm hoping they can give you some support. So they think you haven't ovulated? Did they give you a number?

@Juno231 I think that's another twatface offence from your doctors right there 😂🤣damn them I HATE things like that. I've just had a flu jab appointment for October though so October doesn't seem so far away to me now 😂

I'm sorry for keeping you all in suspense, I've been in turmoil and font know if we've done the tight thing but hey ho.

So my bloods showed good level of estrogen, they were happy with that.and my womb was 7.9mm. A lining has to be over 7mm for a frozen transfer to be booked for the following week (so next weds). I've Never Reached 7mm before. My last transfer even after another week went ahead at 6.8mm at this point (well after 2 more weeks!).

So they asked about the bleeding, apparently the estrogen should stop ALL BLEEDING. They have no idea why. I told them 3 days, and explained my last 3 cycles, the nurse went to ask the consultant & she came back & said we could still go ahead if we wanted too. I said yes. Despite not knowing why or being able to say it wouldn't happen next week after transfer. She then asked again "what time did it stop on Saturday" & to go through my last cycles again". I explained again the same info & said so actually it was like 2.5 days bleeding but yes like a period as mine usually last 3 days.

She went out again & spoke to the consultant & this time came back in and said we had to abandon. And wait for another period. Start again with northisterone on day 21 of THAT period then start again with full down regulation like we did last nov/dec which resulted (due to Xmas in the way then lining issues again) of a transfer of feb 7th. Even though she once again commented my lining has never been this thick they said they wanted to manage the full process & not risk bleeding & maybe "wasting one of our 2 last embryos".
I was gutted. I left in tears. I understand but we are geared up now. We aren't ill now. My lining is good. That was 2.30.

I drove back & as I did I debriefed with DH & said "I don't understand why it went from a yes to a no with the same info??" Neither did he, Also we have to hide & not socialise coz of Covid risks, which are getting higher. For what, def another 2 months?

I asked for the consultant nurse to call & explain.

She asked if I was asking if we could continue & I said I guess maybe.
So she said yes in theory but it would not be their advice.

But each time we come up against hurdles, & so much has to align (lining, embryo quality, implantation anyway) & I hate the medication I just dont want to start that again when there's still a chance we thought we would always wonder "what if?"

So we are doing it 😬

@Vil10 this was the message from this weds, basically I had to go back in for another scan after the week before scan showed a womb lining of c5mm instead of 7mm where it had to be then I started bleeding for around 2.5 days so they said it was likely to be abandoned but to keep my 2nd scan for this weds & they would do bloods at 9am then the scan at 1pm and this is what happened..... I hope this quote has worked

@Vil10 yes, ok now, I also had an af saga, last cycle af was spotting only, had lots of symptoms all month, bfn on Friday morning, but normal af showed on Friday night, so all good now, next cycle, please, I am going to try and relax, an abandon all tracking, apps included...

@Vil10 OH and I had a very sensual bath together last night which ended in some very good sex and then I woke him up this morning with a blow job 🤭 I hope they tell me I have ovulated otherwise I will be distraught! It could very well have been but I would only have been 3/4dpo if going by what fermometer thinks I ovulated but hey well soon see! If nothings happened by next Tuesday I'm either in for a long cycle or a BFP !

@Minster2012 all sorts of different things but mainly my mood is atrocious! I'm snappy, irritable, irrational in my thoughts. Also get nausea, headaches, itchy nipples sometimes, spots on my back/shoulders, fatigue, period pain in my actual vagina, cramps, backache. It's honestly awful!
Hopefully if you get the positive the pregnancy hormones will counteract it!
@Vil10 glad you're having a shagathon holiday! Sounds like mine last month. Something about sun and a pool that gets them going doesn't it!

@notyetamumbuttrying that's the weird thing, I felt like all that the last month we TTC naturally before we started the IVF again, the bloody month the blood test told me my own bodies progesterone levels were non existent so I just think I'm massively massively broken & super sensitive! I felt sick as a dog 😂😳I was like "Jesus how the f do women do this every month if I'm NOT pregnant this is hell" 🤦🏼‍♀️

It is hell @Minster2012 I don't cope well.
Hopefully there's an explanation for your symptoms. When you next speaking to your docs?

@notyetamumbuttrying I'm in tomorrow morning fir my progesterone test & Covid test they will just say it's the progesterone which it will be. Bricking it for the Covid test though. What if I have it but no symptoms 😳

@Minster2012 I mean it's doubtful but a possibility still. Will they cancel transfer if it turns out you do have it then?

@notyetamumbuttrying it's great isn't it!! It's been so nice to just chill, I've been having normal coffee and not decaf, drinking what I want, OH has been smoking (he's not a smoker but does have a few on holiday) and I haven't been arsed, like we're away we should be able to enjoy ourselves!

@Vil10 I am loving the whole bathing together thing, were defo going to have to make it a more regular thing. If we go walking then we tend to jump in the bath to soak our muscles so will just have to go walking. 😂 it actually really helps my anxiety, I drank a really high in caffeine energy drink last week and wondered why I felt anxious and it was obviously the caffeine but as soon as I jumped in the bath and OH was washing my hair it was gone! He actually nearly passed out afterwards because I went on top for sex after and he was still half askeep then he jumped up and bent me over but when he finished he nearly collapsed I reckon it was because he was still sleepy and got up too quick 😂😂😂 thank you🥰

I've been having a mega catch up of this thread and sadly seems there are a few of us returnees with recent losses - this whole process is so shit. All we can do is march on and on onto the next cycle!

I'm 3 weeks on from my mmc and need to take an hcg test tomorrow and ring the clinic with the result. Only time I'll be hoping for a negative result!! All preg symptoms have gone though and my temp has fallen back down so it's looking hopeful that it's over with.

Also my sex drive has gone wild - can't get enough of OH!! We haven't done it today yet and I'm sat here watching him do the garden and just getting wet it's ridiculous.

@notyetamumbuttrying yeah, if you have Covid you aren't allowed back in the clinic let alone near any embryos, so it would be cancelled & obviously then I would have to self isolate as would my family every time I go to the clinic you can't wear strong smelling deodorants as "they potentially can harm embryos which may be in transit throughout the unit" so I'm so scared of harming anyone's embryos I don't even shower on the morning before I go 😂🤣🙈

@Vil10 I know right! I literally sent my best friend a message going "you know how I always make life hard & I'm really fucked up....welllllll I'm bleeding 😬🤔😫" she was like "seriously you need to donate your body to medical science when you are very old & then dead" but yeah we think it's right, you gotta laugh yeah!

I mean here is my home, on this thread, I'm still on an IVF thread & there's no caffeine there apparently one clinic has said no caffeine & there's me reading that comment taking my next dose of estrogen with my daily coffee! 😂
Each time I go to the clinic I check "we can still have sex right..." & they are like "yes protected" whereas they are all moaning their DHs are whinging they haven't had sex for months 🤦🏼‍♀️
I swear I will get burnt at the stake 🔥

@Amy00 heyyyyyyy great that you are back, totally get you on wanting the negative. I just wanted to see no line then tell them & have it fully over with. Like "case closed" on that. Sounds like you & OH are having an awesome time time though banging away! Get on it! You are just sat there getting moister than oyster 😂🌭🍆
