Good morning everyone!
Ive been on a few threads now since i started ttc baby no.3 in june.
Unfortunately in August i did get my BFP, but it ended in a chemical pregnancy, so back on another ttc thread with all you lovely ladies.

Hi!

I came off the pill three weeks ago (I’d had my normal pill free week and bleed then the first day I was meant to take the first pill of the pack I didn’t which was 3 weeks ago) in the last week and a half I’ve been soo bloated with cramps, back ache, bad skin, felt sick and super picky about what I want to eat, fatigue - but negative pregnancy test. If I stuck to the cycle length from the pill my period would be Thursday (3 days away) has anyone else had these symptoms off the pill and it just be PMS as I have been on the pill for 8 years and prior my periods were never heavy and hardly any cramping at all!

For sone reason I'm not getting notifications for this thread-I thought it just have died off!
Is anyone post ovulation yet or in TWW?

I'm on CD19 and no positive OPK yet, I wonder if I've missed it as I went away Saturday night and forgot to bring them with me.

I usually ovulate CD 14 or 15 so my app is saying I'm 4 DPO but I'm so unclear this month! This is our first month TTC baby #3.

I have horrible cramps this morning tummy and back, like af is coming but would be super early if it did.

We don't half torment ourselves with this process do we?!

@WantABunInTheOven I'm ovulating today so not quite in the TWW.

Just had a breakdown at work. My best friend has announced she's pregnant after trying for ages. Obviously super happy but now stuck on the see saw of being happy but also envious and sad 😞 sigh! Joys of TTC. Hope that there will be lots of BFPs this month for everyone 🤞🏻🤞🏻

It is 2-3 weeks since you conceived but you are technically 4-5 weeks pregnant now :)

My period looks like it is nearly over so I’m excited to actually be able to start trying again. This is my first month trying after miscarriage so my emotions are everywhere but trying to stay positive :)

AF arrived for me today. As per my app it's exactly 14 DPO. And it's been consistent this way. Looking back I realise we DTD in the fertile period every other day. Don't know what is it we are doing wrong :(
I'm 33 and Aug was our 4th month of trying.

Just wanted to add before I leave - the literal ONLY symptom I had was sore/ achey boobs. This started around 10dpo and slowly got more noticeable, then got my BFP at 14DPO (this was the first test I took all cycle).

After reading everyone else's experiences I always imagined having obvious symptoms like boobs absolutely killing or really bad sickness, but it wasn't the case! All those months of symptom spotting and overthinking throughout the TWW was pointless/ unneeded stress!

@Emmie12345 Dr told me not to trust ebay tests and get one over the counter, so off to shops tomorrow. Plus having blood tests done in relation to back troubles

@Tinks123 thanks for sharing your experience, it's helpful info to keep in mind and to try to keep sane!

With my DS I started getting cramping and strange sensations in my abdomen and groin from about 7dpo and it didn't stop until way into my first trimester, something was going on in my body that made me feel like I knew I was pregnant. I wasn't TTC so the continued symptoms alerted me to take a test at 14 dpo. I was so terrified.
But this time around now I'm TTC baby #2, ive had 3 months of crazy symptoms and BFNs and one month of minimal symptoms and still BFN. It's enough to drive anyone crazy. I wonder what kind of TWW I will have the month I do hopefully get a BFP?? It's something I expect most of us wonder every cycle.

@nervousnoob I'm sorry you got AF. I've been feeling the same way, feeling like we've done all the right things and still not happening. It's the cruel part of this whole journey.
I'm on 5th cycle of TTC, this month I've started Pregnacare conception supplements to see if it helps. It's so emotionally tasking.

I can see a very faint line. Looks like a positive to me. I expect you'll get a stronger line over the next couple of days. Have you got a FRER or Clearblue you can test with? Either that or try a cheapie again tomorrow and see if you get a stronger line and then maybe use a more expensive test?

Hi @AKC88, which cycle days did you miss? I guess it's not the end of the world if you missed ov if you still DTD consistently around your usual fertile window. Maybe keep testing for your ov in case it's happening now and your symptoms are from ov. Are you still away or back home to be able to test? I get cramping around ov time. Either that or you ov'd earlier and you're further along and the symptoms implantation? Are you charting your BBT? It might help you to see if you have a temperature spike. Are you monitoring your CM too? Collectively can all help to paint a picture. It's all so confusing though isn't it!

I've been trying to pinpoint my ov today as my cheapies are getting stronger lines today but still not as dark as the control line so got to see if they get stronger or fade out tomorrow and if my temp goes up.

@Theawkwardblonde it's tough when you hear about other people getting pregnant. I had the same lately with someone I know and that was my first time hearing that someone else was pregnant since we started TTC. I have to say although I was happy and it's always great news you can't help having that sinking feeling because I guess it's a reminder that you haven't been successful yet. It's a natural reaction and we shouldn't beat ourselves up. All we can do is keep supporting each other and hope for our BFPs soon x
