Good morning everyone!
Ive been on a few threads now since i started ttc baby no.3 in june.
Unfortunately in August i did get my BFP, but it ended in a chemical pregnancy, so back on another ttc thread with all you lovely ladies.

Any one else noticed feeling shattered the day after they Ov?

Hi @gems05 I'm 36 in a couple of weeks and TTC #1 as well. We've only been trying 6 months but I really hadn't factored in the emotional rollercoaster 🙄

@BellaBella84 do you know that you can go to the GP and ask for help after 6 months if your over 35? I'm 38 ttc #1, I'm a little worries about my age 😬

@DNpink82 Yeah I'm not ready to go down that route yet. I'm obsessive enough as it is!

@BellaBella84 I know what you mean, it's not even been a month for us and I'm very obsessed, kids have only been in our plan for the last 6 months and I didn't think I would be like this 🙈🤣

Can anyone recommend the best BBT tracking app? I was looking for Femometer on the App Store but it’s not there?

Also I’ve got a thermometer but I don’t know if it’s going to be accurate enough - for example it only shows 36.7° not 36.73° How much of an increase in temp should I expect?

@Kg87 I think fertility friend is the best for tracking BBT and it’s easier with a thermometer that goes to 2 decimal places rather than one as the changes are quite small, for example mine ranges from 36.40 to 37.00

@Supermathsdoc ah brilliant thank you! Yeah I thought I might have to get a new one, so is it the fourth number that you will most often see increasing/decreasing?

@Kg87 honestly I’ve only done it for 1 month so I’m sure others know better, but I think the idea is you built a pattern that generates a cover line (average) and this is more accurate with 2 decimal places on the thermometer.

I think overall the difference in temp from the lowest point before you ovulate to post ovulation can vary person to person. Mine went down to 36.09 and then was 36.15 at ovulation and 36.53 after. But I just tracked in on notes on my phone. I’m gonna try this month with fertility friend just because I’m curious!

Sorry to hear about your chemical pregnancy. Sending all the baby dust and positive vibes your way. im TTC Cycle1 10DPO feeling a few symptoms so fingers crossed but conscious its unlikely 1st time around TTC ,

I swear I could cry.. Cd 48 now.. No symptoms of af arriving anytime soon and bfn.. Plus no peak in ov tests.. So frustrating 😤

How is everyone getting on? I think I ovulated on Wednesday but I feel like next month I need to put more effort in. My first cycle temping and didn’t start straight away...would anyone who has been temping say I ovulated from my graph?

Hi everyone. We have been TTC baby no 1 since May. No luck so far. Never been on the pill. My husband and I are both 33. We waited till we became financially stable.
I'm looking for some solidarity here. I've been feeling quite petty since this morning - and I'm not this person.
My sister in law announced to us over a call that she's pregnant. And was on and on about how they didn't even try. They weren't planning on having a kid at all. She missed her AF and didn't even notice. And all that.
My SIL is almost like a close friend of mine. I'm trying so hard to be happy for her. Maybe I'll be so in a few days. I just want my pettiness to disappear.

@nervousnoob aww . I know the feeling, it’s so hard. Sending love. Did she know you’ve been TTC? If so that’s pretty insensitive tbh.

Well, to be fair. She didn't know. We haven't actively told anyone we are trying. That's why I have been feeling petty for being jealous of her new happiness. I hope I rise above this soon.

First ovulation day yesterday after a chemical pregnancy and I was ill (still feel off today)! I’m hoping DTD on the three days before ovulation day will have done the trick! Fingers crossed.😜 Starting the 2ww! X

Is anyone post ovulation yet? I will be 10 DPO on Saturday...I’ve had some cramping but no idea if this means anything haha
