TWW - anyone want to join?

Hey guys

Is anyone else in the TWW and want to join me in desperately trying not to test 😂

Currently 4DPO in cycle 9 of TTC, and frantically googling when is the absolute earliest I can test, driving myself insane!

How's everyone else finding the TWW at the min? Lockdown is making it harder cause I'm home all day with all my tests 🤦‍♀️

@mrsgtobe97 I can definitely see what you're seeing! Clear blue digitals aren't as sensitive as FRER so takes a bit longer for a positive so give it around 2 days and try again! Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I sometimes spot for the days before my period so wasn't surprised to wipe a bit of pink blood this morning. Went for a pee tonight though and wiped a wee clot 😕 sometimes get a wee clot mid period when it's full flow but strange for that to be on a wipe when it's only a tiny spot. Anyone else had that?

@mrsgtobe97 I agree, a line is a positive whether faint or strong! You're just very early. Test again in a day or so but looking good 🙌

I'm feeling out. Got a bit of a premenstrual feeling on. I suppose time will tell!

@2020mission @Jurassiclover I so hope you guys are right 🙈 just so scared to get my hopes up! I will update you all once I take another FRER

@helia I also feel out, getting cramps that feel identical to my pre menstrual cramps and 12dpo now so I'm expecting af to show but I suppose we aren't out just yet!

Omg omg omg. So I'm 12dpo and decided to take my last FRER and there's a definite line guys, it's faint but it's there

It's so hard to photograph but it is definitely there and it came up within the timeframe too, can you guys see it?

For comparison of a BFN the top is 10dpo and has not even a hint of a line and bottoms is today

@mrsgtobe97 glad I'm not loosing my mind! I don't want to get too excited though as I have so much cramping and really do feel like AF is on her way!

Just took an Internet cheapie which was bfn yesterday or Friday can't remember.. ummm am I seeing things or is that a shadow?!

I can't see anything on the pictures but it's probably my phone/eyes! I don't have the best line eyes! Sounds like you both need to order some FRERs for tomorrow though.

I'm feeling pretty pessimistic now so I'm just going to test on CD28/28 on Wednesday with one of my FRERs. Then I have another one spare if it's a BFN and my AF doesn't arrive.

@helia that's okay no worries, I have some in order for click and collect so will run get them as soon as the shop is open tomorrow 😂 you're not out till AF shows! I usually get my AF on cycle day 51 I'm now on cycle day 62!

I’m 12dpo today. I’ve never ever tested before. Due AF on Tuesday but dying to test. I’ve been feeling a bit nauseous, still getting on off cramping but feel like I’m getting a cold. Thought I was getting a sore throat the other day and got a really runny nose but could just be hay fever!

@helia I'm going out soon to do the weekly shop and definitely picking up some FRERs! You're not out til AF arrives, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!

@Sdoo4 yeah it's still faint so I'm not getting excited! But in person it's a lot less of a squinter. Cold like symptoms can be one of the first symptoms! Keeping my fingers crossed for you, you've done so well to hold off testing so far!

I have never tested before. Never want to get my hopes up as always expect AF to arrive! What are the best tests to get?

@Jurassiclover definitely a squinter there. I'd hold off for 2 days if you can before your next and that should be time for it to build up to a clear line! The squinters are torture 😆 @mrsgtobe97 I'm crossing my fingers for you too but I'd move to a FRER for testing if you want some reassurance. Those IC tests are evils.

I'm still spotting so impatiently waiting to get AF over with. No cramps yet but I have spotted for 3 days before AF in the past so I might have another day of this before it kicks in.

@Sdoo4 a FRER (First Response Early Result) will show a result sooner than most others due to its sensitivity so most people go with those for testing. You can get a pack of 2 for around £7 on Amazon, so that's about £3.50 a test. Still enough money to feel like a waste if you're not late but it will be as accurate as you can get a few days early.

@2020mission yeah I'm getting FRER's tomorrow, only have ic in the house so using that to curb my craving!! Haha

@2020mission I'm gonna try my best to hold off til Tuesday and hopefully it'll be clearer then! How you feeling about the spotting etc?

@Jurassiclover @2020mission I’ll order FRER or see if I can jump to boots to get some. I know it probably doesn’t mean anything but I’ve seen people using OPKs instead of test, since that’s all I have just now I tried and got a positive. Although, I think it could be a surge before AF is due?

@Sdoo4 yeah I've seen that too! But have also read you can sometimes get a surge before AF so it's one of those that seems hit and miss whether it is a positive sign or not

@Jurassiclover mostly just feeling fed up. It's very light brown spotting today just want them to get here if it's that so that I can be back in the fertile week soon! Keep us updated with your testing 😀

@2020mission that's fair! I hope it clears up soon for you if it is AF on its way so that you can get straight into a new cycle and try again 🤞 yes I will do! Didn't manage to get any FRER the shop only had first response rapid results so I'm hoping they're as good

Hello I'm new to this but felt I needed to talk to people in similar situation as me. I had a mmc 3 months ago and have started ttc again. I have 3 children and really want my last baby. I'm very much nervous incase i miscarry again but I really want to keep trying! This is the first cycle I've properly tracked im 10dpo today and although I know its early I just feel pregnant. I did a test this AM which was bfn (which I expected) as it's very early (af due 17.07.20) but have had back ache, head aches, sensitive boobs, all kinds of symptoms which could also relate to af, I just feel like I'm driving myself crazy. Having cramps atm hoping it might be implantation cramps and not the dreaded witch lurking around the corner. Has anyone had cramps around this time but still went on to have a bfp? All I can do is wait but waiting is so hard. 🙈 xx
