Hey girls as we are about to get thrown out of our thread I have started a new one so we can continue manically looking for EWCM, sore (.)(.)s and orange feet whilst chanting 'in with love, out with BFNs'.

Come on over/in

sweetkitty · 26/09/2007 15:27

hiya I'll join you on the new thread CD20 here no symptoms but then again I never get them anyway.

I am currently chanting I WILL NOT TEST UNTIL AF DUE DAY

digitalgirl · 26/09/2007 15:34

yay bucky!

i think, i think, i'm ovulating

Bucky2007 · 26/09/2007 15:36

Hmm that should have been 'in with love, out with BFPs really shouldn't it? . Hi SK nice to see ya, would you like some of the welcome cake I have laid out?

OP posts:
debinaustria · 26/09/2007 15:37

HI Bucky and SK

CD21 here, last few months I've had some cycles of 21/22 days but last one was 28 so if AF isn't here by then I'll test in a week.

I definitely feel queasy today and biscuits aren't helping, maybe I should try chocolate?

Deb

sweetkitty · 26/09/2007 15:37

hey DG hope you are hatching an egg as we speak

of course I want a piece of cake bucky

debinaustria · 26/09/2007 15:38

Hurrah digital get bding

Bucky - that cake might just hep my queasiness, what sort of cake is it?

Deb

PennyBenjamin · 26/09/2007 15:38

Oh goodness, is there cake! No, really, I shouldn't.......

I've put on half a stone in the past couple of months - if only I was pregnant I wouldn't mind, but fat without baby is just plain mean!

Hello all!

TwoThumbsDon · 26/09/2007 16:16

Orange feet?!

I brought choccy and wine

Bucky2007 · 26/09/2007 16:24

What a smooth transition we are making . As you can see I am feeling a little odd today...not in a bad way...just odd. The cake is a rather retro black forest gateaux and cheesecake.

Digitalgirl glad the egg is 'ahatchin'(said in southern american drawl) . Oooh think I am going a bit mad...

OP posts:
abbymeg · 26/09/2007 16:25

Good afternoon. I'm now going back to the old one to see what you've all been up to!

PicknMix · 26/09/2007 16:42

Somebody mention cake?!!?

Cheesecake Bucky?? You really shouldn't have (but I'm glad you did!). If we're gonna be really retro about this we should ideally have some quiche as well - 'specially for those who are experiencing savory cravings.....

GryffinGirl · 26/09/2007 16:49

afternoon all! Oooh, I love the new surroundings, Bucky. Lovely. "OH, LOOK! OH,
THE GANG'S TOGETHER! (as in Grease)

Tah daaaah! . Now, who's for a slice and a cuppa....? Come on PennyB, you know you want to. If only cake producing was as easy as that in RL!

So we've got symptoms, hatching by Digital, cakes all round, wine and chocolate from TwoThumbs and erm.....orange feet (?!)

abbymeg · 26/09/2007 17:40

I've been having a think, and I'm going to postpone ttc for the time being. I think DH and I need to get moved and settled in new house. I'm not sure whether I'm doing the right thing, or whether I should keep going, but the last couple of months have been really stressful, and I think I need a rest!

I'm also wondering whether I should give my new job some more time before I have a baby.

Plus, when we move, broadband would be down for a fornight, so I wouldn't be able to symptom stress with all of you during the 2ww .

I will keep popping in to see how the rest of you are getting on.

I really am hoping everyone gets those BFPs!

sweetkitty · 26/09/2007 17:47

abbymeg - might be a good idea to postpone ttc for a wee while although don't prevent it IYSWIM we decided to stop ttc until after Christmas and I got a BFP in December, theres loads of people who give up then get a BFP I think it's because your body relaxes a but although you sound like you have enough going on already. Best of luck with the move x

penguinmum · 26/09/2007 18:22

I go to work for the afternoon, and you all move!! Hope you've left me some cheesecake! (Though have just lost 1 stone, so shouldn't really.... Only 3 more to go!)

Pixie hope you are feeling better, I had a similar prob with my dh and bucky sorted me out good and proper!! We had a chat about the whole thing (me and dh, not me and bucky!) and things seem to be back on track now. Fingers crossed for you.

Hi everyone else. digital glad to hear you are hatching!!

only 1 more week till i can test (will I hold out that long?). Got a bad migraine today though, which is usually a sign of PMT. Not really had any symptoms either, so not convinced this is the month for me. Am convinced it will happen next cycle, cos then I will be due around my birthday, which I don't want!! Anyway, at least there is a shiny new thread for us to hang around on if we are not lucky this month

debinaustria · 26/09/2007 19:30

Abbeymeg sounds like it might be a good idea, how could you possibly consider ttc whilst not on the internet? , seriously though , hope the house move and job go well and that when you're busy doing other things you'll get that bfp when you're least expecting it.

Pixie - how are things with dh?

Bucky - mmm Black forest gateaux - have you been mind reading - I saw one today and thought it looked delicious. Can you explain the orange feet?

Deb (still feeling sick, sore nips, backache, had a nap on the settee this afternoon - optimists view - I'm pregnant or pessimists view - I've a tummy bug, due on, and a lazy cow.

oh anniemac at least your lp is getting longer.

I'm still at work. Really want to be home getting it on with DH, and also want to do another opk test just to be sure!

sigh

cbcb how lovely to 'see' you!
The move sounds exciting. I'm sure your DH will build up his business in no time, especially with you (and a future BFP) to motivate him! Must be lovely not knowing what CD you are.

I, on the other hand, am CD19...soon to be CD20. I got a positive on a Boots OPK earlier today - although it didn't come up in the first three minutes, it came up when i checked again after an hour - but I've never had an opk get stronger before, only fade. Regardless, it's the first bit of good news I've had for ages so am just waiting to get out of work so I can rush home to DH!

Ooo, jut been given the all clear, will catch up on other posters tomorrow!

dg x

The orange feet originated from the other thread, somebody suggested that it would be good if your feet turned orange as soon as you concieved so as to prevent the 2ww torture...or something like that... cbcb or digitalgirl will remember...

I'm on CD2 so NOTHING interesting to say here. Abbymeg can't believe my cycle buddy is deserting me . But I agree, its when you don't plan it that it seems to happen...at least that's what all my friends who have babies say, so I guess they should know (as they actually have dc, I credit them with more knowledge than little old 5th cycle me )
