I ‘think’ af is due around 15th June, I’m only 5dpo today but no doubt will start testing next week 😂

Hi guys, I've been checking out the last 35+ chat and wondered if I could join this one please.

I'm 41 and have a daughter of 19. My DP is much younger (10 years), which I've recently found out is supposed to boost us oldies chances.

I'm currently on CD 3 and this will be our 5th month TTC.

I'm currently taking.....
Viridian pro conception fertility for women
Pureclinica CoQ10
Omega 3, 6 & 9
Vitamin D 1000 IU
Evening primrose
Baby Aspirin
Soy Isoflavones (New for this month)
And buckets of grapefruit juice.

My cycles are regular 27 ish days and my LH surge seems to be day 13/14. I don't check my temperature because of shift work.

Hopefully I'll pick up some tips from you guys......

Was following the last chat and glad I’ve found this one!

I’m 40, been TTC for 18 months. Have a 6-year-old and a 4-year-old. Both conceived on the first month trying! So wondering if my body is telling me something - but I know I’m lucky that I have my two children so I can’t complain.

Currently taking coq10 and a few other multivitamins. But going to try - from this month - aspirin and soya isoflavones.

Considering getting DH on Proxseed Plus. Anyone else’s DH take that? How long does it take to make a difference to sperm, does anyone know?

Think I might have to admit defeat soon. DH is older than me and I’m thinking maybe we’ll be too old and tired to cope if it takes much longer!

Tips? maybe, Support and humour? definitely. 😁
I personally think there's only so much about this process that one can control, and basically after a certain point (age) it's just a matter of chance to some extent. But baby dust to all and we'll share what helps as we go!

Support and humour is exactly what's needed. I never thought I'd want more children but now I do it's all I can think about.

I work for the NHS and I see lots of ladies 40+ having babies so I'm feeling positive for us all!

Forgot to add I've also bought something called a Ferti Lily conception cup this month. Excellent reviews. Anyone used one?
