Evening!
Think I’m about 8dpo and just feeling shit; nausea, extreme bloat, backache, congested, moody, tired, lightish cramping and just generally meh!

Supposedly due on 30th May.

Anyone else? X

@VP91 🙋🏼‍♀️ Hopefully I will hold off until Wednesday after doing one this morning. Sorry to hear about your miscarriage 💔
Yeh that sounds like how my cm was, it was a one off, so who knows what it means
@Fueledwithfairydustandgin I find myself going well I must be pregnant because of XYZ but I haven’t got sore boobs, but tbf I only really got sore boobs a bit later. I think it’s strange how we are all so different It would be much easier if we all got exactly the same symptoms so we knew straight away.
@CurbsideProphet sorry about your cps 💔I think naturally it is such an anxious time and then to go through a loss, it makes it harder I am worried it has taken the sparkle away for me, do you ever feel like that?
Wishing you all sticky beans and sending lots of baby dust your way 💖

IndigoJam · 25/05/2020 07:13

Think I'm losing it now - had a dream I did a test and it was positive and then the test just disappeared out of my hands and spent the rest of the dream looking for it. God knows what that means 🤷‍♀️

Ect90 · 25/05/2020 07:17

@Dani6ll6 me too waking up for a wee and that’s my biggest symptoms of pregnancy, I only do that when I am pregnant, every night wake up. usually I never wake for a wee, but I am not sure if I am causing it psychologically... erm because ttc has sent me a bit crackers. Yeh I have been tracking my temp I hope it stays high 🤞🏻 How about you?

Dani6ll6 · 25/05/2020 07:18

@VP91x Honestly it's about all I can think about, driving me nuts! I've only told a couple of close friends I'm trying and I'm pretty sure they are sick of hearing about it haha.

I haven't been tracking my temperature, however my usual temp is 36.6 and the day I got my strongest ovulation test my temp was 37.4 I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not. I have read about the basal temp method but I haven't tried it yet. This is our first month of trying.

What's your story? Is this your first baby? Sorry if you have already written this and I've missed it (which is likely knowing me) also if you don't mind sharing? Xx

Dani6ll6 · 25/05/2020 07:22

@Ect90

I'm wondering the same as you tbh, could just be me wishing the symptoms... I have been super thirsty which would prob be why I'm going to the loo so much but then I'm not normally thirsty so will be convinced that's a sign! 😅 Whats the earliest dpo you can get a positive from xx

Windyberry · 25/05/2020 07:24

I would love to join you all. Finally found a group of similar Dpo. I am 6/7 Dpo cycle 1 TTC for baby #2. Though it's just the first month of trying and we just DTD 2 times in fertile window but I feel different this time mostly symtoms are how I fell when AF has arrived. Supe bloated, need to pee alot thsn usual, stomach cramps, leg cramps and dream of baby. AF due on 31st May holding to test before that.

VP91x · 25/05/2020 07:33

@Dani6ll6 I am sure they aren't sick of hearing of it, however I think this is why the boards are so useful because we can talk about it with people who are just as invested in the journey!

So, I have a little girl who is 2 and a half. I fell pregnant last November but had a MC at 8 weeks unfortunately. I had a bleed with my daughter too but everything was fine, so I had some hope that my bleed with my second pregnancy would also be fine but it wasn't meant to be. My cycles have been a bit irregular since so this is my 2nd cycle TTC.

This is my first month tracking BBT it has definitely been useful especially alongside the OPKs to pinpoint ovulation.

@Ect90 how have you been finding tracking BBT? Yeah, I also wondered about the CM but like everything in the TWW who knows what it could be. X

Ect90 · 25/05/2020 07:33

@Dani6ll6 And @windyberry
All sound like good signs to me😊🤞🏻

I really hope this week goes fast for us all just so then we know, I wish I was one of those people who can forget I am due on and then weeks later do a test. I would be so much more relaxed that way... ahh well a girl can dream 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

VP91x · 25/05/2020 07:38

Welcome @Windyberry 👋

I hope these are positive signs for you 🙏 xx

Ect90 · 25/05/2020 07:40

@VP91x bbt is ok I just have to remember to take my temp, I am tracking on fertility friend which pretty much everything is locked until you pay (I won’t pay... It will hopefully be redundant for me soon) but I like the cover line it gives you and tells you when you have ovulated, otherwise I used flo for years but I only used to put my AF in and nothing else.

VP91x · 25/05/2020 07:43

@Ect90 ah yeah, Im using fertility friend too alongside Femometer which I did pay for! That's also good. Gives you loads of analysis etc but I do like the FF chart. Xx

CurbsideProphet · 25/05/2020 08:44

@Ect90 yes I feel too scared to get even a bit excited now. It has taken the shine off it all. Luckily my GP is v helpful. I'm 35 this year and time is not on my side!

Chicken123 · 25/05/2020 08:57

Good morning to all you new ladies!
It’s so nice to speak to others who are in the same boat!

@VP91x Oh no, at least you know that it is still early and you aren’t out yet. Sometimes I test knowing full well it’s going to be negative because it’s so super early but I just can’t help myself!

Showering baby dust over this thread ✨

@CurbsideProphet that’s good your gp is helpful what have they advised, I haven’t spoke to my gp if I get a positive test I am thinking about asking should I take daily aspirin or not

CurbsideProphet · 25/05/2020 09:51

@Ect90 I had a blood test to check my thyroid and vit D levels (which were low) and another blood test more recently to check my hormone levels (which were apparently within normal range). My GP has said that if I have another cp she will refer me to the recurrent miscarriage clinic, as they will see women with 3 or more pregnancy losses (cps or later losses). It could be worth looking into? Flowers

peperethecat · 25/05/2020 10:00

Morning everyone, mind if I join? I'm either 7 or 8 DPO today.

I have the added joy of having done a trigger shot with HCG in it, meaning my pregnancy test is positive and I am just peeing on sticks every day to see if they're getting lighter or darker. It's the first cycle I've done this so I don't know how long it will take for me to get an idea of which way it's going.

When is everyone planning to test?

Rebecca299 · 25/05/2020 10:12

Hey can I join?

I'm due on 1st June, got my coil out 27th March. So technically 2nd month TTC. I've been feeling really tired, my right boob looks a bit odd🤣 and feeling sicky at times.

Going to try and hold off until next week to test as find it so upsetting when it's negative.

We have a DD who is 8 so hoping it happens soon. Xx

ZonesAndBones · 25/05/2020 10:19

I'm 9 DPO too, due on 29th.

Had alot of very mild cramping in the abdomen area for the last few days as well as really achy legs. A little nausea here and there..and I slept for 14hrs the other day Blush...I didnt think I was that tired!
We aren't actively TTC so im just guessing at what it might be.. but likewise maybe I could have a bug or something?
I had a extremely convincing chemical almost to the month 2 years ago..so I am skeptical lol.

VP91x · 25/05/2020 10:25

Hey @peperethecat ☺️ is there a reason you done the HCG trigger shot? I've never heard of them x

@Rebecca299 welcome! Yes it is so frustrating seeing a blank test. Hopefully this is a lucky thread and we get your BFPs this month x

@ZonesandBones welcome too! Did you DTD around your Fw if you arent actively ttc? So difficult to know at this stage what is what. All the symptoms merge into either pre AF or early PG x

Pawsin · 25/05/2020 10:26

Hello everyone GrinMay I join too? I'm due AF on 3rd June and already obsessing 🙈 not really anything in the way of symptoms, had stomach cramps yesterday and today but who knows. I also have itchy nipples (is that even a pregnancy symptom?! 😂). Fingers crossed for us all x

Dani6ll6 · 25/05/2020 10:31

@Rebecca299 I’m really hoping this is a lucky thread too! Would be amazing to see BFPs here!

I’m currently trying to keep myself busy which is kind of hard during lockdown... at least the suns out today though!

Anyone else become obsessed with watching YouTube videos? 😅

Pawsin · 25/05/2020 10:35

@Dani6ll6 I've been binging 'nursery tours' on YouTube 🙈 probably not the best idea as it leaves me feeling more down about TTC, but they're just so darn cute Grin

peperethecat · 25/05/2020 10:37

@VP91x I suffer from recurrent miscarriage and this cycle I saw a new doctor who suggested Ovitrelle as something to try. It's usually used to trigger ovulation in patients who don't ovulate naturally on their own, or as part of IVF treatment, but he seems to think that it can also be used to strengthen ovulation and support implantation. So we're trying it to see if it helps at all.

I always ovulate a bit late in my cycle and this was the first cycle where I had an ultrasound on CD14 and he said my follicle looked mature, so I'm now wondering whether my follicles grow at a normal rate but I don't ovulate until they are over mature and past their best. Hopefully with the trigger shot I will have ovulated a bit earlier than normal, although I don't know exactly because my temps were weird afterwards. (That's why I'm not sure whether I'm 7 or 8 DPO today.)

ZonesAndBones · 25/05/2020 10:45

@VP91x Hi, yes..the deed was indeed done during the fertile period. We are relatively careful but honestly not careful enough.

I am 33 and he is 35..we planned to TTC properly next year once we get the wedding and moving house out of the way (we would try sooner but both saving for a wedding and for a house doesnt fit so well with maternity pay Confused )

But in saying that we are both more than ready (been together almost 11 years) so if it happens before that we will just make it work.

If it wasnt for the mild cramping I honestly dont think I would even have jumped to potentially being pregnant. We will see in 4 days!

VP91x · 25/05/2020 10:45

Welcome @Pawsin!☺️

@peperethecat ah, really sorry you have had recurrent MC that must be so hard to deal with. It sounds promising though that you have had the shot and they think it could help!! Fingers crossed.

I had a similar thing with my BBT too this month post OV also flitting between 7/8 dpo. X
