I never seem to quite fit into any of the existing posts so thought I’d create my own.

Feel free to join me.

I ‘think’ I’m due af around 17th May, but knowing me will start testing from around 11th onwards as I’m a total poas addict.

I say I think that’s when my af is due because in the past my cycles have been around 37 dats long. Ovulating around cd22.

But thus cycle I took soy isoflavones after researching about them, hearing they can bring ovulation forward, and amazingly I got my positive ovulation test on cd14! So if my luteal phase remains the same which I think it’s meant to, then I’d be due af 14 days after that (my luteal phase is 14 days long).

I’ve been known to test from 7dpo though so not holding out much hope of me staying strong 😂 that’s the trouble with having a ton of ic tests burning a hole in my drawer!

@BabyDust13 I’m so glad that you’ve got so many people around you supporting you.

I know that nothing can take away the pain but it certainly helps to know you aren’t alone in all of it.

I’m glad also that your EPU are being supportive as you hear so many stories of poor ladies not getting that and feeling fobbed off.

I hope your bleeding eases soon and you can start to move on. It’s difficult to do when you’re reminded every time you go to the loo.

I don’t blame you taking some time to heal and feel ready again. It’s definitely true what you said about originally thinking that getting pregnant was the hard bit! The hard bit is most definitely all the emotions that follow once you get that bfp.

I wish I could be like you and go back to no tracking and taking the relaxed approch, it just feels so hard to do that now I’m so far down the ttc line.

Take all the time you need but please come back and join us when you feel ready. We’ll all be here for you.

Good thanks @Moominmiss 10dpo so just waiting for the inevitable now. How are you doing? Where are you in your cycle?

@notyetamumbuttrying oooh you’re getting close! Have you resisted the urge to test? By 10dpo I’ve usually already used about 3 or 4 tests 😂

Fingers crossed for you! How do you feel? Do you have any promising symptoms?

I ovulated on cd13 this time which is the earliest ever. And I’m currently 3dpo today so still a long wait for me. All I know is I can’t possibly do anymore than I already am. We dtd every day from cd8 until today. I’m taking ubiquinol and started taking a low dose of aspirin from when I got my positive opk.

I don’t want to get drawn into testing early again and I’d love to wait and just see if af shows up, but then I’m torn as I do want to know if I experience another chemical as it’s just more evidence to be able to take to the doctor.

Oh well. Another week or so and I’ll be testing!

Haha yeah as I get pms so I feel like I'm coming on @Moominmiss. I took agnus castus this month too so think I'll have a short LP and come on on Friday at 12dpo. Won't take it again. Would rather ov early and have my normal LP of 14 days. I'm month 10 now so pretty over ttc now lol! Hope you can hold off testing and Af doesn't show! Best of luck 🍀

I’m 11dpo. Tested bfn this morning. Had a huge drop of my rhr at 8/9dpo, it rose yesterday and today, but It’s still only at the same level it was when my last af started so I’m not hopeful at all.

Af is due Monday for me so will see what happens, but I’d think if I was going to get a bfp I’d have at least seen a hint of a squinter by now.

I’ve lost track what cycle I am now. I think I’m on cycle 10 and next cycle will be 11. We started ttc in September last year actually so next cycle will be 10 for me too actually.

So over it now. But once af has arrived (assuming she does) then I’ll have my blood tests done within the first 5 days of my cycle, oh can get his semen analysis done and then I’ll get 21 day bloods and hopefully maybe get some answers as to what the fuck is wrong with my stupid body (apart from the fact I’m old and past my sell by date) 😂

@BabyDust13 how are you doing? I’ve thought about you and hope you and your oh are doing ok.

Ahh @Moominmiss you're not past your best yet honey! How old are you again? I know what you mean though, I feel that way at 34 and it's not even that old 🙈
So we're cycle twins then as I also came off the pill in sept.
I know how it feels when AF is looming, praying she stays away!!
I'm calling the docs next month, see what the end of the month brings although not holding out much hope!

Hey. I would be really interested to hear if you get a response for your question, a.s I'm going through the exact same thing!

I have pcos. Ttc 20 months. On day 3 of what I thought is my period but it's completely different to anything I've experienced! Hardly any blood, dark brown in colour. I've tested negative but could that be because hcg levels aren't high enough on day 3? I'm concerned because I was supposed to take my clomid tablet yesterday but don't want to risk it if this is a pregnancy.

Yes! Cycle twins! Love it. Seems like forever since I came off the pill. I honestly didn’t think I’d still be here trying after this long. After falling within 1-3 cycles with my 3 kids, I just thought it’d be a little easier. Don’t think I really gave my age enough thought.

Fingers crossed my tears either confirm things are ok and it’s just been bad luck so far, or it pun points an issue that’s easy to rectify!

@Moominmiss defo still young enough and you know you can conceive if you've had 3 already. Hope everything works out for you! And me 😆

@notyetamumbuttrying 6 years ago since I had my youngest though. 6 years is a long time in fertility terms. But I’m trying to stay hopeful!

Will definitely be keeping my fingers and everything else (except my legs 😂) crossed for both of us!!!

@DressingGownofDoom you aren’t out yet! I’m due af Monday. 12dpo but haven’t tested yet today as I woke up needing the toilet at 5am and was too sleepy to do a test so now I have to wait as I don’t need to go 🤦🏼‍♀️

But my rhr on my Fitbit has stayed the same and not gone up which is what I thought would happen. So I think it’s just going to flatline until Sunday then drop for af on Monday.

I’ll still test though because why not 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hey guys just looking for opinions, I'm 11DPIUI today and I'm sure I have a squinter of a line on a FRER. Bfn yesterday and day before. Anyone else see it? Is it normal to be so light at 11dpo? Praying this is our month!

@Naylor19 I can see a very faint line at 11dpo. It should get darker every 48 hours as hcg increases! Best of luck 🍀

Hey ladies how are you all? Just thought I'd pop in and say hi.

I'm feeling much better now been doing some walking and exercise which has helped plus I'm just focusing on shifting a few lbs with weight watchers so I have something else to focus on.

Haven't been able to DTD I have to wait another week and then do a pregnancy test to make sure it's negative before I'm allowed to get any action which seems really unfair I'm not a fan of going cold turkey 😂

It was a really horrible situation but in some ways it's bought me and my oh so much closer I know he's always got my back and I got lots of extra cuddles and flowers which is a bonus

@notyetamumbuttrying nearly 3 years, this was our first iui though but have done 6 cycles of clomid previous. We have unexplained infertility x

@Naylor19 ah wow sorry to hear. Puts it into perspective for me when I moan after 10 months. My friends sister has unexplained infertility as well and it does play on my mind, but I know we've got a couple more months before I need to seriously start worrying. Best of luck to you
