AF arrived today - Testing end of May / early June buddies

Thought I’d make a thread for anyone who may be having a visit from AF currently and be testing similar time to me.

I’m 29, boyfriend is 27
TTC baby number 1, cycle 2 (ish.. we half tried last month but didn’t track anything!)
Trying SMEP this month
AF came today and is due 30th May

If everyone is on a similar date and wants to support each other then feel free to jump on 🙋🏼‍♀️☀️❤️

I only did a CB test as I got this faint line on a strip test I had. I definitely should have just waited. 🙈🤣

@RDC2020 the CB test you have used detect from the day of missed AF probably why you can't see the line very clearly, the CB week indicater test is from 5days before period if any help

Thanks @Fluffkins14 - the Clearblue I used was a 6 days early one, but I know it'll be more accurate if I'd have just waited 🙈🤣 easier said than done!

I think I just got my BFP ! I'm 10 dpo today with no symptoms and no cramping ! X

I only ovulated a couple of days ago and my boobs are already starting to feel slightly tender. Is that a good sign or is that normal for AF in a couple of weeks? I know I'm being ridiculous already spotting symptoms 🙈 sorry all!

So I tested this morning and I have a real squinter!! I think I'm 11dpo. It came up within the time but it is so so faint, I dont know if I'm imagining it! Will have to wait a few days and retest.

Congrats to everyone who has a positive, it seems like so many now! Must be a lucky thread :D

I'm feeling a bit down today, I know I'm only 8dpo, but there's not a hint of a line :( Plus I have a rotten cold that has come on today My DP will be having a scan at the hospital today too so I'm stressing about that since he has to go alone. Sorry, just needed to vent somewhere

Maybe I'll have some good news tomorrow, who knows! I didn't get a positive test until the day of my missed period with my DD (And I was cheating and testing early so had given up hope) 🤷‍♀️

I do but it was even more of a squinter through the camera so I doubt anyone will see it!

I’m not testing unless AF doesn’t turn up, though I would be shocked if I was pregnant.

A quick update - just done a FRER - definitely happier with this line compared to CB! Now already worried something is going to go wrong... ttc is a minefield of worry 🙈🤣

I did the ultimate no no. I thought I had the squintiest squinter so I opened up my frer. Is this an evap?

Yes it is. I tried inverting it and it definitely changed colour. I’m so worried I’m clutching at straws!!

@Imhereforthecake how many DPO are you? Maybe just wait and test again tomorrow/ a few days? 🤞🏼✨

I think 11. I’m just worried as I thought if it was my bfp it would be a lot darker?
