AF arrived today - Testing end of May / early June buddies

Thought I’d make a thread for anyone who may be having a visit from AF currently and be testing similar time to me.

I’m 29, boyfriend is 27
TTC baby number 1, cycle 2 (ish.. we half tried last month but didn’t track anything!)
Trying SMEP this month
AF came today and is due 30th May

If everyone is on a similar date and wants to support each other then feel free to jump on 🙋🏼‍♀️☀️❤️

Does anyone know what CM is like just after ovulation if the egg has fertilised? What does extreme watery mean? 🙈

@GraceG26 I thought watery CM happened when you are ovulating. Could you have ovulated later than you thought?

@Wyewaving maybe! I would be ovulating quite late but it might be that I am. My boobs feel as though they are getting more tender and my sense of smell has heightened. I surely can't have symptoms already, can I?

@GraceG26 I’m 12 dpo with AF due in 3/4 days and my boobs are in agony. Started yesterday, but I’m not sure if it’s just the build up to AF or something else. I think I may be reading into regular monthly symptoms but it’s hard not to!

How many dpo are you?

@Wyewaving it is so hard not to! Are they in agony any more than they used to? I remember the first time I fell pregnant and mine were in agony, there was a clear difference. Unfortunately, I'm still hoping for my first baby. I have everything crossed. I just can't bear the TWW 🤯
I don't do ovulation tests, I go by my CM mostly which perhaps isn't the right thing to do. I thought I was about 4DPO which would mean I wouldn't have implanted so I can't have any symptoms can I? ☹️

Well looks like my faint line yesterday was not a positive after all 😭 got a BFN this morning

Yep was another frer. Now I'll just have to wait for AF to hopefully not show up 😊

@GraceG26 No boob pain today! Completely gone 🤷🏼‍♀️ No idea what that means.

I’ve not being testing for ovulation either, this is only our first month of not trying to not get pregnant so thought I’d give it a few months and then try them. Hopefully another lady will be able to give you some advice regarding CM, sounds like a confusing one.

Sorry to jump on this thread . I was due my period on Tuesday and it is still not here. I have done 2 tests and both are negative or 1 looked very faint . I think started spotting so thought that was that but it came to nothing. I am never normally late and confused why if I am pregnant it isn't positive and if I am not then why have I not started yet ? Sorry for the long winded comment . This is pur first proper month trying and I don't want to get my hopes up too much.

Thanks, sorry I'm new to this does that mean a first response. I have been using clear blue early one and a digital one, digital was negative but was on day of expected period and the one today I think there may have been a line but not a very clear one.

@1992EM hello! Don't trust a digital for while. Clearblue early detection and first response can be used 6 days early so try one of them!

@1992EM yes, I’m in the same boat. I feel your frustration. I usually have about a 24 day cycle . Cycle day 31 now and I’m still waiting. Can’t remember being this late in years. Tested on cycle day 26 and it was Negative so I’d given up. I don’t want to get my hopes up. Mother Nature might just be playing cruel tricks. Let us know how you get on. 🤞

It is so hard isn't it , I tested again stupidly . Tried to upload the picture but that message seems to have disappeared. I think I am convincing myself something is there and it isn't. Still waiting for first response to come and think I'm going to wait a few days. Still no period and spotting has stopped . Really hoping it is positive news and not my body playing tricks .

Managed to get a digital reading this morning 🙌🏼 - weirdly makes it seem more real! It's still early days but I am hopeful everything will be ok.

I'm still going to keep my eye on this thread as I'd love to see some more BFP from the list 🤞🏼

Anyone else keep thinking AF is coming because you feel really wet down there (sorry tmi) but then nothing?

@Fran2020 Yes , I am running to the toilet constantly anyway but become paranoid that I am bleeding and not .
