@Sammyclaire22 it's best to get things out in the open. What is your plan now- just wait and see what happens each day, or will you do another test?

I told DP straight away, my period was a few days late so felt confident enough. Just hope it all works out now, especially as it has taken so long to get bfp.

@Donnat89 wishing you the best of luck. I heard some good advice on another thread- this stage in the cycle is all progesterone and before implantation so your symptoms will be all the same whether it's af or not.

@skyla01 I will probably test every other day until the line is dark then once a week until hopefully my early scan. Not sure how many scans I will be offered this time round if we make it that far

@skyla01 many congrats!! Hope things continue to stay positive for you.

I'm resisting so hard not to test. AF is due thurs but gonna try and wait until friday. I have work thurs afternoon so dont fancy going to work with either result on my mind and it means if AF does come then I haven't wasted a test. This is defo gonna test my will power!

What do people know about exercise during the TTW? I am very much into my HIIT and intense workouts but am not doing them at the mo just incase?

@Boof87 thank you. I am also quite in to my exercise but after ttc for a while I was tending to cut back on exercise, especially around ovulation and during few. Just in case it was negatively affecting things. This month I thought sod it, I hate ttc ruling my life and so I did what exercise I wanted during the cycle including tww, and some of it was quite intense. And I got lucky! So I would go for it if you want some hard exercise!

@skyla01 I’m also relieved to hear that! I love my cycling, even do the RPM spinning classes at home!

@Ripleysfirst I know it's hard to give up something you like doing, especially if you aren't even sure it will make a difference. I would say don't go crazy like doing a hard workout every day, but say twice a week with easier stuff in between is ok. I love rpm! Used to do it at the gym so who knows when that'll be open again. It's handy you are set up from home!

Thanks guys! I wouldn't worry about exercise at this point if it's what you normally do- keeping healthy and getting the blood moving about can only be a good thing. I guess if was a brand new thing then maybe go easy on some days more for not putting extra stress on the body than anything else though.

@Sammyclaire22 my goodness congrats!! Totally missed this but what a happy surprise :) Fingers crossed it sticks and sticks in the right place!

@Donnat89 are you 13dpo today? When is AF due?

CD3 here and am having a longer and slightly heavier than usual AF so god knows what's going on. Am excited to start FW on Sunday though :)

Thanks @Juno231.. The lines are getting darker and I've been in touch with the epau so hopefully having a scan in a couple of weeks. Nervous but taking it day by day atm.

Hi ladies AF due tomorrow I caved and tested just now and I have a squinter , I'm not getting excited as had the same thing last month and AF arrived let me know what you think !

@donnat89 I can defo see something there for sure. My fingers and toes are crossed for you that it gets darker!

I also caved today. Said I wasnt gonna test til friday as AF is due Thurs. Another wasted test as a bfn and another month of disappointment and heart ache. Although AF hasn't appeared I'm pretty sure there was not even a glimmer of a line.

Trying to stay positive for cycle 5 but it's so hard and making me worry that something isnt quite right. I know these things take time but I'm so impatient!

I'm hoping it gets darker but will see I have had lines on FRER before although this is defo darker than other ones I've had so will wait and see .

You still have a chance to get a BFP as it's not over until AF shows ! Xxx

@Juno231 thank you me too ! I haven't said anything to OH yet as he gets so upset when AF turns up . This is the darkest line I've ever had as I've checked photos I've had of previous ones . So will see xx

That's a super clear line @Donnat89! Looks darker than mine from yesterday, so so happy for you!

Try to keep positive @boof87, I know it's hard but it's still early days. Hopefully it's just a shy result but we all understand how you are feeling and how crap it is x

@Sammyclaire22 I hope so , I'm just worried as I've had lines one FRER before although I'm pretty certain this is the clearest one I've ever had as usually they are so faint I struggle to get them on camera

Will test using FMU tomorrow if no AF xx

@Boof87 sorry to hear that. It's crappy but sometimes ttc just takes a while, it doesn't mean anything is wrong but I know how you feel.

@Skyla01 thank you I'm trying not to get my hopes up just in case , I plan to test tomorrow using FMU , that's if AF doesn't arrive .
