Hi everyone who read this! My typical cycle is 34-37 days long but everyone I talk to seems to have shorter cycles. I'm looking for others like myself who have long cycles and are ttc :) we are trying for our first baby x

@Suki2020 I'm not sure.. My charts look very different (started temping 9 days before af last month) and this month is staying high

Random question @pol96 but have you noticed that the Pregnacare has affected head hair growth? I’m growing loads on my head and a lot faster! Not complaining 🤷🏼‍♀️

xoJellyBean · 18/05/2020 16:00

@Newbie0818 my wee sister had hair loss and thinning last year due to stress and the doctor advised she take pregnacare & it worked for her :)

@Pol96 were you able to register?? I am new to my area and never bothered registering with our local health centre 🙈 stuff like like gives me anxiety lol

@Newbie0818 honestly I'm not sure, my hairs always been quite thick.. Interesting side effect though!
@xoJellyBean there was an online form to fill in.. That was it.. Took about 5 minutes. Stuff like that also gives me bad anxiety so I made my oh do it 😂

Runnergirl1 · 18/05/2020 17:46

Help ladies please with my apps:
Flo did say 22/5/20 but then one morning I woke up hadn’t put any data in and changed to 29/5/20
Ovia - 29/5/20
Femometer - 23/5/20
Premom - 26/5/20

Which one to you trust flo and femometer where the best last month at predicting my af as I was unsure when I ovulated. My cycles have been irregular but the last two have been 29 and 31 so if I believe the later dates then that’s looooong cycles again. I don’t know what to believe or follow. I am doing OPKs but all very very negative x

Newbie0818 · 18/05/2020 17:54

@runnergirl11 I’ve only ever used Flo so am not much help :/

@xoJellyBean ooh that’s interesting thanks!

@Pol96 yeah! Literally looks like I’m growing a fringe!

So it’s my bday next Monday and that would be cd13, can everyone please pray that I ovulate as if I had a normal cycle 🤣 that would be the best bday pressie ever!

Pol96 · 19/05/2020 05:17

@Runnergirl1 that's really strange that it changed it without putting in data.. I reckon keep going with the opks and once you get your positive one it'll change all of them. Maybe it changed because you've not had a positive yet? What CD are you? Not really sure which one I'd go by.

Pol96 · 19/05/2020 05:18

Deffo feel happier seeing it in writing Grin thank you girls for all your support xx

Yay @Pol96 lovely and clear!

Suki2020 · 19/05/2020 09:12

@pol96 wow that’s amazing so happy for you. xx

Suki2020 · 19/05/2020 09:15

Morning ladies, my temp dropped this morning after a good rise yesterday. I’ve had backache and cramps yesterday late afternoon and all evening. I feel uncomfortable and full in the pelvic area if that makes sense.

Runnergirl1 · 19/05/2020 09:47

@Pol96. Wow that’s lovely to see in writing congratulations again. I’m only cd14 but have no idea when I ovulate so hopefully will catch it with Opk but it’s very confusing x

Pol96 · 19/05/2020 09:57

@Runnergirl1 I stuck all my opks on to a piece of a4 paper on the back of the bathroom door to see if it was getting darker.. I o'd CD and you can see it really clearly where I o'd, but there's not a lot of it getting gradually darker, only on the day of my peak. How many times a day are you testing?

@Suki2020 it's not a big drop. Mine literally zigzags like that on my femometer app. 🤞 For you!

@Newbie0818 I'm going to try so hard not to poas again this week lol.. I even did an opk to test the "opks detect hcg" thing.. I can confirm they definitely do!

Suki2020 · 19/05/2020 10:00

@pol96 did you use Femometer to record your OPK’s?

Pol96 · 19/05/2020 10:04

@Suki2020 I did x

Newbie0818 · 19/05/2020 10:46

@pol96 aw bless you haha! I’ll be the same no doubt. So happy for you, send some baby dust our way! ✨

Pol96 · 19/05/2020 11:20

Sending so much baby dust to this thread! 💖

Suki2020 · 19/05/2020 11:35

@pol96 what was your peak reading if you don’t mind me asking

Pol96 · 19/05/2020 11:40

@Suki2020 I got a bit carried away lol

Long Cycle girls TTC :)
Suki2020 · 19/05/2020 11:52

@pol96 I’m not sure my peak was even high enough. It’s first month using OPK’s so wasn’t really sure.

Long Cycle girls TTC :)
Pol96 · 19/05/2020 12:06

@Suki2020 that's definitely a peak.. I wouldn't worry too much about the reading, many people don't use an app to read it. Have you been given a coverline? On femometer you have to view it in landscape mode to see a coverline x

Suki2020 · 19/05/2020 12:15

@pol96 sorry I’m confused with the cover line?

Pol96 · 19/05/2020 12:28

@Suki2020 sorry, just checked my one and there isn't a cover line.. If you download fertility friend and input your Temps and when you got your positive opk it should give you one x

Suki2020 · 19/05/2020 12:32

@pol96 this?
