@Missgoldilocks happy birthday hope you have a great day celebrating and your OH spoils you x

LV1987 · 03/05/2020 11:37

Happy birthday @missgoldilocks! Have a lovely day and enjoy enough cocktails for the lot of us 😁❤️

Mumofboys17 · 03/05/2020 11:43

@Missgoldilocks can't believe you've literally had an identical cycle to me this time! Just popped on to see if there was any update from you in particular actually 😂
Sorry you woke up to that this morning honey. I'm just finishing my AF now, last day today I think. My birthday is this month too haha what are the chances!
Hope you have as lovely day as you can today ❤️ enjoy those cocktails!! Xxx

Hope everyone else is also doing ok? X

@Katie1109 nice to see you're still doing well too 😊 excited to hear all about that first scan!! Will come round quicker than you know! Xx

Also - @LV1987 you really make me laugh 😂 some of your comments lately!! Howling!
Hope you managed to sneak in some DTD time? Any chance of some alone time once your boys have gone? Like others have said it really does only take once.
Look at me, we had sex non stop last cycle and I still didn't fall pregnant 😂 you just need that one lucky window 😊 xx

@Missgoldilocks happy birthday, enjoy your day!!..sorry AF got you, fingers crossed for the next cycle 🥳 x

LV1987 · 03/05/2020 12:27

@Mumofboys17 and @Danni2019 thank you for the reassurance 😁 we are making the drive back with the boys in the next hour or so, so OH is spending some quality time with them before hand. It's a three hour drive, and we normally have lots of tears from the eldest on the way, which breaks my heart. Still, we've ordered sushi from Sticks and Sushi to pick up on the way home (try it if you haven't, it's amazing!) as a little pick us up when we get home - it'll be another 4 weeks or so before we have the kids again, and it always leaves us both feeling quite low. OH has suggested a layby quickie if we're making good time home though so there's still hope!

No more EWCM today, and despite being swimming in it yesterday, still no static smiley 🤷‍♀️ I guess it's possible I didn't even ovulate this cycle, so I am quite likely stressing over the wrong thing. I just hope I'm not in for another 44 dayer, as I just do not have the patience for that bollocks!

As for the comments... Well, I didn't join the Crazy Gang for nothing 😂 that was a long one! Onwards and upwards to those that are starting a new cycle - everyone we start is one closer to THE cycle ❤️🤞

Mumofboys17 · 03/05/2020 12:31

@LV1987 that is true.... 😂 we all bring our own little crazy to the gang that's for sure!! Lay-by quickie haha like his style!! 😂😂

I feel you with the long cycles. Mine haven't been too bad last few cycles but have gone around 40 days before, more than once! I seem to average about 35 days now though. Tbh I'd sack those CB digi's off especially as they're so expensive! I'm sticking to my cheapies this cycle, going to test twice a day (morning and evenings) starting tomorrow and me and DH are still taking conception vitamins.
Like you said, each cycle, one step closer. ❤️🤞🏻🤞🏻

Advice ladies got a positive digital OPK on Friday night and positive cheapie on Saturday lunch time. Have had sore boobs last night and today. Do you think that is ovulation over for me? DTD Thursday morning, Friday and Saturday night so wondering whether we should give tonight one last go? Don't want to push it this cycle so do you think we have done enough? X

@LV1987 😂 love the lay-by quickie we used do these when I lived abroad for a year and my OH lived here. He used to pick me up from the airport when I came back to visit and it was a 2 hour drive back to his house. We never used to make it the two hours without wanting to be all over each other after being away so long. Bringing back some great memories for me today 😉

Mumofboys17 · 03/05/2020 17:58

@Danni2019 I mean.. my advice would be to get on it 😂 but if you can't then you've definitely given it a good go this cycle from what you've said xx

OP posts:
Danni2019 · 03/05/2020 18:57

@Mumofboys17 thanks was going to give it a go anyway but don't want to push it if he is not in the mood as last cycle I got myself all worked up about it and we fell out about it. More just reassurance have I done enough if it doesn't happen tonight. Last cycle he was working loads and is off this week so he is in a much better mood so fingers crossed We can have a fun evening 😉 x

Danni2019 · 03/05/2020 21:35

Well I didn't need to worry OH pounced on me as soon as he put my little boy in bed. He is much more fun when he isn't working 😀

LV1987 · 04/05/2020 08:07

@Danni2019 we didn't have the guts for the layby quickie, but I also got pounced on when we get home 👌

CD27/29 for me now, I could have an outcome in a few days if this cycle follows last month. It's been a really weird one though... I've been looking at my RHR graph against the symptoms and CM I've recorded, and for every little peak since 19th April, I've had EWCM, so there's been a lot of it this month 🥴 I can't possibly have ovulated everytime, so I think maybe I've had several failed attempts at ovulating this month, boo. That would tie in with not getting a peak OPK too.

How's everyone this morning? Ready for another week of being locked in? Sorry, lock down.

Missgoldilocks · 04/05/2020 10:01

Thank you all for the birthday wishes!! ❤️ I had a great time haha I'm hanging, think it's Fry up time 😅😂 x

Katie1109 · 04/05/2020 16:30

Some brown discharge appeared ladies 😭 what’s going on? No cramps or anything else, I’m sor worried now 😭

Missgoldilocks · 04/05/2020 18:45

@katie1109 since its brown its old blood which means it could be the old blood coming down late from implantation, it happens trust me!! No cramps is good and no fresh blood is good. I know its easier said than done but try to relax x

Snowwhite2020 · 04/05/2020 19:52

I agree with @Missgoldilocks. Try not to worry but also appreciated this is hard... happy birthday for yesterday @Missgoldilocks xx

Danni2019 · 04/05/2020 19:56

@katie1109 agree with @Missgoldilocks but your definitely better to speak to someone medically to put your mind at rest. You can always phone your local Early pregnancy unit they will be more than happy to reassure you or offer advice x

WaitingOnThePositive · 04/05/2020 21:06

Hi ladies,
Sorry I went totally MIA. I am trying to take my mind off TTC and everything that goes along with it. Wanted to check in with you all. @Katie1109 congratulations just see your good news! Did I miss anything else?

LV1987 · 04/05/2020 21:25

@Katie1109 take it easy, and give the EPU a call for some reassurance x

I've had the day from hell. Logged on to work and the first email I see is a formal complaint against me. Completely unfounded but still... Gripes me that someone would be using all their extra time to complain!

Feeling very heartburny and crampy today. I seem to feel this way right before ovulation AND right before AF. As I never got my peak, we're banging tonight just in case! I really hope I have ovulated at some point as I'm not sure how many other ways I can say to OH "Welllllll, I thought that was it but now I'm not sure so let's squeeze in another safety shag" 😂😂

Katie1109 · 05/05/2020 12:03

Thanks girls x no more brown discharge since yesterday so fingers crossed all is good x how is everyone doing?x

LV1987 · 05/05/2020 13:37

Hi @katie1109, glad you're feeling better lovely. Still not sure if I am in the TWW or not, so time is dragging for me ❤️

Danni2019 · 05/05/2020 14:13

@katie glad everything is ok today x

Well TWW here we go again. Had my results for my blood test which my thyroid levels are now normal. Would have liked to know the levels but it was only the receptionist that called and she couldn't give me any details only the message from the doctors. I read that the NHS normal level is between 0.5 - 4 but ideally to conceive your levels should no higher than 2.5 so would like to know where on the scale I am at but I don't want to bother the doctor during this crazy busy time. Will just have to hope I'm in the lower end of the scale and it helps me go conceive. Fingers crossed for this cycle 🤞

Danni2019 · 05/05/2020 14:16

@LV1987 I know your pain I went 3 months without a period after my miscarriage and it was a long time without knowing what was going on with my cycles and then 4 more months of irregular cycles from really long to some really short ones. I hope things go back to some regularity for you soon as it's not a fun time being in limbo land and not knowing when your ovulating etc. Hang on in there x

LV1987 · 05/05/2020 15:00

Thank you @Danni2019 that's really kind and reassuring 😘

Good to hear that your thyroid levels are normal, but as you say, more info would be better!
