TTC after miscarriage - April 2020

Starting this thread for anyone TTC after a miscarriage. My MC was in December and I’ve had no joy since, but these threads have been wonderful for being amongst lovely people going through the same thing.

As always, sorry to anyone who finds themselves here and fingers crossed we all get our rainbows soon 🌈

@VP91x yeah i thought mine would go bk to high then low but least i know ovulation has been an gone now, when does ur app predict ull ovulate? X

@Hayleylou89 I realised my app was still stuck on a 28 day cycle, so I tweaked it this morning back to 24 days because I am averaging that post MC. So, it updated as said it predicted I would have ovulated on Tuesday. Which seems likely so I really might have missed it with the CB testing. X

@Hayleylou89 yeah DTD a few times so that's all good. Wondering if my cycle might still be adjusting anyhow. Will continue to DTD 😂.

Still no delivery man 🙈 at this rate I might as well wait till the morning I am trying not to stress thinking if i am going to get my bfp then morning is the best time to test xx

Afternoon ladies. Hope you are all enjoying the sun whilst staying safe. He a lovely walk to some local woodland to see all the bluebells that are blooming. I'm 4 and a half weeks since my SMM and zero sign of AF arriving. I have no pre AF symptoms, no normal pre AF sore boobs. Just plenty of creamy wet CM still. So who knows what is going on. I could still be a week out. I'm questioning if I even ovulated when I thought I did.

@SmileyT i keep forgetting that if I implanted literally yesterday I can't possibly have enough hCG to get a bfp. I guess I am just impatient and also read so many stories where women got their bfp so early at like 8-9-10dpo.. Of course, everyone is different, but I am scared that if I implanted later I might go through another miscarriage. Thanks for your positive thoughts, I really need all the support I can get, I am a nerve wreck these past days. What about you, did you test so far? Are you in the TWW?🤞💝

@Mommybear05 you know your body the best, and even better since you can compare it to your last pregnancy. So far, it sounds like your bfp is right around the corner.🤞 Did you have any other symptoms?
I was weak and I tested today, I feel like I am dangerous when having tests in the house I can't stop myself😂 My husband went out for groceries and bought a First Response pack of 2 and of course I had to waste one of them.. ended up with a bfn although I swear I can see the faintest of lines but my mind could be easily playing tricks on me. All this would be much easier if I could wait until my AF is late for like a week or so..but that sounds impossible to do. Anyway, I refuse to think I am out for this month so trying hard to remain positive and have patience🤞🙏

@Rainbowdust31 aw I feel quite nervous too. All sorts of emotions- sometimes just fed up and frustrated too. Have you been having any more symptoms?

@Skygirl1983 that’s great that you could get out for a walk. I’ll go walking now with hubby and ds. Sounds promising that af still isn’t here. I am a few days behind u I think On cd 29. They did say af would be 4-6 weeks so who knows what’s normal? Do u intend on doing a test? X

@Rainbowdust31 haha yes a bfn now definitely doesn’t mean you are out of the game!! X

@Mommybear05 had the cramps and spotting which now stopped. Left now with the usual sore and fuller breasts, food aversion(hubby opened a can of beans this morning and I thought I will die from the smell and I usually love beans😂), bloated, exhausted, and today also had acid reflux which is unusual for me. All sounds very promising but we can never know unless a bfp with a strong line shows up. I must say, you are very strong keeping yourself from testing too early, I wish I could do that😊

@Rainbowdust31 this all sounds so promising!! My symptoms are normally that I get SO tired and starving hungry constantly. I have never looked forward to potentially feeling exhausted, haha x

@Mommybear05 it was lovely. And yeah the lack of symptoms do sound promising as if I ovulated when I thought I did I'd expect AF around now. I did a test yesterday and BFN so who knows what is going on. I got my bfp super early last time. I just need to stop thinking about it just now. Which is hard!!

@VP91x nice short cycles at least that means that there isn't long to wait until you can test 👌🏾 are you expecting AF around the 21st?

@Skygirl1983 I was actually thinking about how you were getting on, so hard knowing what is going on isn't it. Could still be good news for you this month, if you did ovulate slightly later than usual could be slightly less days post ovulation than you think. Glad you are out enjoying the sun, we're just getting ready for a bbq 😎

@Rainbowdust31 yeah it will all depend on when you implant as to when you will test positive, think it takes between 6-12 days to implant so if you implant early you can get an earlier positive test result. I don't think there is any link between the days to implant and chances of MC so I wouldn't stress about that. I think I ovulated on Monday so 5dpo, AF is due around the 22nd, but if it doesn't arrive I don't think I'll test until the 30th. xx

@SmileyT yeah I had cramps from my right side for about a week when I was around ovulation so it could have been anytime around then. So I could still be a few days off. A bbq sounds lovely. We only have a carpark to sit in. It's very quiet and private and hardly any cars in it. And it's a real sun trap so we sit there a lot. Said to our other block residents we are going to have a car park bbq when this is over.

Amazon delivery just arrived hubby now says wait till the morning to test so I am going to run a bath and try to relax then test in the morning xx
