I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

@anxiousannie86 @LS2020

This is what you girls are after! The whole thread is fascinating!

LS2020 · 28/05/2020 19:45

@mrswilso ooh you’re right yours is really similar! I had a bit more of a high point for O but similar up and down after.. fx something different is a good sign!

This is my chart, am pretty new to tracking rhr but my average tends to be about 52bpm. I had a big surge day before ovulation of 65bpm which dropped then steadily increased, then had a few peaks since, shot up again today. I’m 12dpo and cd35, average cycle length is 32. Used a test today which wasn’t an frer and got a negative. Not sure whether it’s worth going to get an frer or waiting a few more days and seeing if AF does show up.

I've been following this thread with a lot of interest. I've just recently started to wear a fitbit with the heart rate monitor, so have been watching my rhr with eagle eyes.

I got my BFP yesterday (28th May)! My chart is attached; ovulated around the 15th (circled in pink) at which point I saw an increase in rhr, and then I had implantation bleed on the 25th (circled in green), there seems to be a slight increase then too. I got my BFP a day before my period was due (today), and I've noticed a slight increase in rhr from today again.

With my first DC, I didn't wear a hr fitbit, but I could feel my heart rate had increased during the pregnancy. So I expect to see a gradual increase if this sticks!

Congratulations @princessbananahammock252 !!

popcorndiva · 30/05/2020 11:02

Has anyone had their rhr drop 3bpm overnight than after 3 hours awake it adjusts itself to only 2bpm drop? I was actually being active well playing badminton in the garden so wasn't resting for it to get new data?
Currently 7/8dpo

Ltay2 · 30/05/2020 11:39

@popcorndiva Mine sometimes changes by 1-2bpm later in the day. Most of the time only 1bpm though I think!

SmileyT · 30/05/2020 12:10

@popcorndiva yep mine shifts sometimes from waking... so it'll start at 60bpm when I check it first thing but will settle at 61bpm x

buckingmad · 30/05/2020 12:17

The highest peak was ovulation. Did a test yesterday that was negative but was a rapid response one not frer. What do you ladies think? My average is 54bpm and it’s currently averaging 63 today.

Not had any symptoms apart from being tired but also haven’t had my usual sore boobs before AF either.

Mooorning!

Looking for someone to tell me to stop clutching at straws this month 😂

I've attached my chart below.
Could I have OVed later than I thought this month?
Took a FRER yesterday at what I think was 11/12dpo BFN so fully expected a big rise today ready for a drop for AF over Mon/Tues but I've dipped again? So confused!
I've got no symptoms either way and still have plenty creamy CM (TMI but usually dry the day or two before I'm due on)
If I OVed at the second peak that would put me around 9dpo today so FRER yesterday would have been too early right?

Hope all you ladies are keeping well and enjoying the sunshine!

mrswilso · 31/05/2020 11:33

Forgot the blooming chart! 😂

popcorndiva · 31/05/2020 13:08

Hi @mrswilso did you do opks for ovulation or just based on previous months. It could have been the second peak, but for me it's usually straight after the sudden rise. Its that rise that makes me test opks several times a day.

popcorndiva · 31/05/2020 13:10

Hi @buckingmad so you were 14dpo right?most tests should pick up hcg but you might have taken longer to implant. If AF doesn't show I would test tomorrow

popcorndiva · 31/05/2020 13:16

Here is my comparisons so far. Left is last month with the mountain peak of, then it just dropped. This month I thought it was dropping again but has been up and down, now on the up at 9dpo. Hoping this means either 1) pregnant or 2) my body has finally started making progesterone after stopping the pill mid March

mrswilso · 31/05/2020 13:20

Hey @popcorndiva - I don't do BBT or OPKs yet - I'm actually quite similar to you, came off my pill mid March also so still getting used to my pattern. I'm holding off til 6mo the before I start worrying myself about not ovulation - I'll just torture myself wondering until then haha! 😂

buckingmad · 31/05/2020 15:08

@popcorndiva yes around 14dpo today. Took a test and still bfn so AF must be on her way. Although rhr has risen to 66bpm which is way above average for me!

Kona84 · 31/05/2020 20:40

@princessbananahammock252
Congratulations on your BFP

Kona84 · 31/05/2020 20:42

cD4 for me and my chart clearly shows the OVualtion 15th the Plummet of DPO and then the rise to AF.
I’m really gearing up to make June a successful month.

Congratulations @Hoplessoptimistic

mrswilso · 01/06/2020 20:46

AF arrived this afternoon and I expected her - my bpm dropped off this morning!

Looking forward to pretending I'm not going to obsess over RHR all over again this month 😂

SarahTTC2020 · 01/06/2020 20:57

@mrswilso ah right, I was going to try and ignore my rhr after reading this thread but it gets tempting doesn't it!!

mrswilso · 01/06/2020 21:04

Soooo tempting! I've told myself I won't try to work any of it out this month and just have fun trying to make a baby...but I still haven't taken the Fitbit off yet 🤣

SarahTTC2020 · 01/06/2020 21:06

@mrswilso I know, I tell myself I need it for my steps.... But since I found this thread I've been checking my HR everyday 🤦🏼‍♀️
Good luck for the next cycle 🤞
