Tracking your cycle and possible bfp with rhr on Fitbit.

I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Snooping at others in the past no ones charts are the same and some haven’t noticed much difference in their charts and have got a bfp. Fingers crossed! X

Just thinking now though...if it is an implantation dip today...should I avoid having a wee Buck's Fizz today? It's my 30th birthday 🥳😭 but I'd much rather have a wee sticky bean than a mimosa if I had to choose haha!

My rhr shot up by 2 bpm today to the highest it’s been, I did a cheapie hcg test this morning and could see a very very faint line, I’m just hoping it’s not my eyes playing tricks on me and showing me what I’d want to see! 11 dpo today so will leave it a few days and test again, the wait is killing me!!

@Hoplessoptimistic I can see a faint line on that test and you chart looks pretty much like mine I'm 6 weeks today

@hopelessoptimistic wow that looks good! Would be a brilliant present for OH as well - it's what I was planning for my OH's bday back in March lol! Clearly I was being overly optimistic about my TTC abilities back then :)

I'm on CD12 girls and heart rate isn't changing in any discernable way to indicate ovulation (I'm supposed to be have OD either tomorrow or Friday). I'll post a chart when it starts doing something!

Am I right in thinking ovulation is likely around the highest peak here? That was Weds last week, I had my O as Thurs on apps due to LH peak on Weds but I did have a very exhausted stressful day with no sleep on Weds so could account for the high RHR.

I've not started my usual pre-AF increase yet - but I've had a dip and it came back up this morning! Trying not to get my hopes too high but my chart is looking quite different this month so far...

Ah finger crossed @mrswilso ! :) mine went up by 3bpm in the end yesterday and up again by one today, waiting on a clear blue test! Wait is killing me!

Mine has come back up out the dip and stayed lower than usual 🤔 very different from usual, last month at this time I was at 74b and ready to start dropping for AF so fingers crossed!

What do you make of it?

@ltay2 yeah I think you sound right - I'm not using OPK but I reckon mine was my highest peak around CD13/14. I do have another peak after OV this month which has thrown me a bit though so not 100% sure...

@hoplessoptimistic yours looks like a pregnancy surge

Not a dark line but definitely a line! :D ahhh! Attached my chart, green mark being ovulation, pink mark when I noticed small possible implantation bleed 8 dpo, positive test today 12 dpo!

@mrswilso yours has dipped and risen again so a good sign! Everyone’s charts can look so different, I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed for you!

Amazing line. I am just excited this month as my rhr has actually risen for the first time in the luteal phase. Fingers crossed this means my hormones are finally balancing themselves out after the pill

@popcorndiva that’s great news! How long have you been off your pill? Both of my pregnancies have happened 3 months after coming off of my pill, I’ve been very lucky. I’ve got my fingers crossed for you!

This is the third cycle off the pill. Definitely ovulating now so I hope next month is positive for me.
