Tracking your cycle and possible bfp with rhr on Fitbit.

I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

@Juno231 erm I'm now 9dpo today, will test again in a couple of days time to make sure. I also did a frer yesterday which I couldnt see anything so will leave it a couple of days.

Havent told other half yet, I doubt he will believe it unless there's a blazing line or a digital confirmation.

We weren't exactly trying if I'm honest. I'd come off the pill because it turned me into an awful person and lockdown happened (we also don't currently live together) so felt like it was the right time to stop taking it if we couldn't see each other. Then 7 weeks into lockdown, we decided to see each other again (we actually work together so thought what's the difference). I think we had a chemical last month, not definitely sure though as obviously the doctors couldn't see anyone but I had a longer period than normal and also was very painful the first day of period.

I think I’m broken! Mine doesn’t seem to do anything apart from drop when AF comes 😩

Just had some brown spotting when going to the loo. Starting to wonder if I'm now getting AF instead. I did a frer this morning but only showed a very faint line

I've been off all week and drinking quite a lot... So my rhr has gone weird anyway.
7dpo but not hopeful as only did it 1.5x (which I'm.still mad about 🤣)

I think I'm now out after yesterday's positive. Looks like I'm now getting AF and RHR has dropped from 84 to 80 so far

@ambs1994 any updates? Hoping that wasn't AF 🤞

My rhr went up another 2 today to 72 so it's looking good so far but I still doubt anything will come of it... 10DPO though and still no AF drop so that's something! BFN this morning but tbf that means nothing at this stage 🤷‍♀️

@Juno231 i think its af I've bought a pack of 99p tests from home bargains just to make sure the outcome. Would be our 2nd chemical in a row

My RHR has dropped ☹️ but BBT still elevated. Guessing 8-10DPO?

I find myself waking in the night to check RHR it's becoming an obsession! I don't have any previous data to go by so we shall see what the next week brings!

Anyone know what an implantation dip might look like?
I’m currently 7dpo and rhr dropped today from 73-71. Going off previous cycles it doesn’t usually drop until the day before or the day of af which is still a week away.

Clutching at straws and I know only time will tell. Hoping I see it go back up.

If it was implantation dip would it only drop for the day and start increasing again tomorrow? Or does it dip for more than one day?

@ambs1994 just realised that if it's AF then your LP is quite short! Def get on the Vit B6 to lengthen it!

@moominmiss the longer I'm on here the more I'm convinced implantation dips aren't really a thing 🙊. In terms of bbt dips those are due to a surge in oestrogen and aren't actually related to implantation so I imagine the RHR dip is correlated to that surge? Saying that, I have clear dip in temps at 8dpo but my rhr remained stable so god knows 🤷‍♀️

@ambs1994 I'd probably look for one on amazon to be honest. Maybe have a look into how much to take as well, as I swear I've seen websites say to take 200mg/day.

Make sure to pamper yourself this week! Hot baths, wine, chocolate etc should all be on your tlc menu xx

not sure if this thread is still active but i’m 6dpo and it’s been rising. it has never gone this high before so i’m hoping it’s gonna lead to a bfp! my heart rate has been really high even when sitting, at about 100 even sometimes which is so odd. anyone else tracking rhr?

I hope you get your bfp, I just got a notification because I used to chat on this thread back in 2020. My little boy is 20 months now - I can’t remember my chart exactly but it’s keeps rising before dipping and staying steady but high throughout pregnancy! Best of luck 🤞🏻

My BFP is going to be 2 on Wednesday. My heart rate stayed elevated even when AF was due. I posted a photo of it on the first page of this thread.

my rhr has stayed high and gone up one bpm today so fingers crossed.
