I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

@Willowfalls Sorry about AF too. Sending positive thoughts for this next month xx

BuffaloMozzerella · 02/07/2020 17:46

@meb89. I'm not sure as I stopped counting after I got the BFP. I'm 5+3 now. Also I wasn't ovulation with OPKs - just looking out for changes in CM. We DTD every day or every other day from day 10-20.

Good luck everyone! Just catching up ! Congrats to the couple of bfps xx

Hi guys back again after another month. This month my rhr does not compare at all to previous months. I am hoping it means my cycle is back to normal after stopping cerelle in March. I have attached this month and previous. I have had 26 day cycle in April and May but now day 28 and my rhr is still high when it hasn't moved much this month at all. Bizarre

I checked on Wednesday with an opk test in case I had ovulated again and it was pretty blank so that's not the reason for the increase. Was expecting it to dramatically fall today and yesterday. I did a FRER at 12dpo and was BFN so I know i am not pregnant arghh

ambs1994 · 03/07/2020 08:52

What do we think? Possibly a faint line?

@ambs1994 can definitely see that! Is it pink? It’s hard to tell from the pic.

@Mrsi2020 how are you doing?

mumof23188 · 03/07/2020 09:06

Meant to add this is my HR. Not doing a lot so no idea what’s going on. The big drop is AF!

ambs1994 · 03/07/2020 09:08

@mumof23188 i think it is a little bit. I've messaged my cousin who is also pregnant and she said hers looked the exact same when she found out. I thought it would be too early for a result, at 8dpo

Juno231 · 03/07/2020 09:17

@Willowfalls sorry to hear AF got you! Def try and lengthen your LP, 10 days is the minimum required I think but maybe try and get it to 12?

mumof23188 · 03/07/2020 09:47

@ambs1994 8dpo is early but many people do get a positive early on. When are you going to test again? Fingers crossed for you 🤞

ambs1994 · 03/07/2020 09:53

@mumof23188 I'm not sure yet. Will need to go into town for another couple of tests first. Not sure whether to pick up a frer instead

mumof23188 · 03/07/2020 10:20

@ambs1994 maybe leave it a couple of days then that gives the HCG time to rise. Yes FRER are meant to be the best for early testing aren’t they.

Juno231 · 03/07/2020 11:26

@ambs1994 I can see a line! I would get FRERs and test in two days? They're loads cheaper on amazon btw! Got 4 of them for £13 last time.

Moominmiss · 03/07/2020 12:02

Anyone else around 5dpo? Currently 5dpo and waiting to see if I’ll see an implantation dip in the next few days at all.

Cycle 10 of ttc and 3 losses down. Just want to see something positive.

Fran2020 · 03/07/2020 12:08

@Moominmiss fingers crossed for you! 🤞🏼 I completely get that as I'm now CD7 on cycle 13! 13 is lucky for some right?!

meb89 · 03/07/2020 13:01

@Moominmiss I'm on 6DPO according to BBT. Although my peak OPK was two days before that. Here's my current chart 🤔

meb89 · 03/07/2020 13:02

@Moominmiss 🤞🏻this is your cycle!

Moominmiss · 03/07/2020 13:32

@Fran2020 13 is definitely lucky for some so 🤞🏻 This one will be it for you!

@meb89 your chart is looking positive with a nice stead increase.

When do you both plan on testing?

I usually begin my obsessive testing from 8dpo 🙈 while it’s been heartbreaking to catch chemicals happening it’s proven a good thing as I’ve now been referred for investigations with a fertility specialist due to 3 losses within 6 months. So I’m hoping they can find a reason that my body isn’t able to hold onto a pregnancy for long enough.

meb89 · 03/07/2020 13:47

@Moominmiss I'm a bit undecided on testing early due to all the heartbreak you read about on here. But on the other hand in your case at least you have the proof to be referred for further investigations.

I also want to buy some cheap tests but not sure which ones 🙈 all the reviews are awful!!

When will you test?

Fran2020 · 03/07/2020 14:15

@Moominmiss I've not hit my fertile week this month yet. But I really want to try not to test early. 😊

Moominmiss · 03/07/2020 15:58

@meb89 I hate early testing but I know I’m only kidding myself when I say I won’t do it, so I might as well just carry on. I’ve learnt not to get excited about a bfp anymore.

I use the cheap one step dip tests from eBay. I get like 30 of them for about £4. It’s cheap enough that it doesn’t matter and it satisfies my poas addiction lol.

ambs1994 · 03/07/2020 17:57

I know you're supposed to not look at tests after the time frame but this is now mine (took this pic at 12 ish) from earlier this morning. Still haven't told other half, he's also asked if I want a couple of drinks tonight Confused. It's not out of the ordinary anyway for me to not have alcohol, it doesnt bother me in the slightest anymore, so i dont think questions will be asked.

Juno231 · 04/07/2020 08:09

@ambs1994 aah congrats!!! How many DPO were you yday? How many cycles did it take in the end?

I'm 9 DPO today and RHR has gone up so I'm hopeful. Especially as it normally starts slowly dropping at 8DPO. Per my temps my dip was yesterday but that hasn't reflected in my RHR at all 🤷‍♀️
