I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

@Mrsi2020 oh no I'm so sorry to see it getting lighter! Sending you hugs xx

Mrsi2020 · 22/05/2020 10:47

Thanks . Test is lighter again today. Nearly bfn. Had small bit of spotting. Will be back in a few days . Hope you’re all keeping well and baby dust to all xxx

Juno231 · 22/05/2020 11:20

@popcorndiva beautiful chart btw - that's what my good ones look like! Where it's flat and low for AF and steadily creeps up for ovulation. My last cycle was all over the place so I'm hoping I'll have this kind of chart this cycle again. Only CD7 though so I still have some days left. If my cycle is back to normal I'd expect O day to be on CD13 so next Thurs.

I've lost half a stone now girls and I swear it's already had an effect on my RHR as the last few days it's been 57 and I don't think I've ever noticed it be that low before!

Ltay2 · 22/05/2020 11:34

Here is my chart so far. Started on day 2 of AF as that's when I got my Fitbit. The peak is when I noticed high OPKs too. Ignore the peak OPK I added, I have assumed I've missed the peak so added it in manually to see what would change in terms of predictions!

Ovulation was either last night or this morning. So compared to last month this is usually my peak rhr. Now just to see what happens in the next 2 weeks

@popcorndiva good luck

Hoplessoptimistic · 23/05/2020 10:16

Hi guys! Hope you don’t mind me joining I’ve been obsessing over my Fitbit rhr and have found your results interesting! I’ve been ttc for 3 months now and hoping this might be my lucky cycle fc! Not sure how to add a photo of my screen shot but I think I ovulated on May 16th I’m now 6/7 dpo and have had a spike on heart rate, is this a possible implantation or am I looking too far into this?

BabyDust13 · 23/05/2020 10:21

@Hoplessoptimistic you can add a pic by clicking on the paper clip near the post button

Some people have an implantation dip others don't

Good luck I hope this is your month

Hoplessoptimistic · 23/05/2020 10:25

Thanks @BabyDust13 :) I’ve just looked it up and noticed I might have to wait 48 hours to post pics as I’m new! I’ll have to be patient and keep track of what you guys are posting! Xx

BabyDust13 · 23/05/2020 10:34

@Hoplessoptimistic this is mine I'm 5+1 today

It's the first month I had tracked properly so don't have anything to compare it to

Hoplessoptimistic · 23/05/2020 10:45

Ah that’s fab! Congratulations :D was it early may you ovulated then from the lowest dip? Mine is looking similar to yours, mine dipped 4 days after ovulation but has risen since! Hoping it’s a good sign!

mrswilso · 23/05/2020 11:12

Good morning ladies Smile I’m obsessed with this thread! Have spent the past two nights reading it through and I had to create an account and get involved Grin

I’m on my second cycle TTC after coming off Cilest in early March. I was on it for 14 years and was curious to notice a new pattern appearing in my Fitbit rhr graph last month - I suddenly had the really high peak and then it dropped and AF arrived. I now think that really high peak is a good sign that it was actually AF that popped up instead of a withdrawal bleed? What do you girls think?

I’ve also attached my graph for this month - I’ve marked the start of AF in red and what I think was OV in green so I think I’m around 5dpo today and I’ve noticed a big drop this morning - surely it’s too early to be an implantation dip? Also, that stepwise up and down increase has spooked me a bit, it wasn’t such an unsteady rise before OV last month - I’d love to hear what everyone thinks of my chart so far??

Hope everyone’s having a lovely start to the weekend, sending babydust to all! Star

EDIT: I don’t think I can attach my chart? Is there a wait period or something?

mrswilso · 23/05/2020 11:14

Aaah @Hoplessoptimistic! We’re in the same boat!

Hoplessoptimistic · 23/05/2020 11:23

@mrswilso (won’t let me tag you for some reason) hehe fingers and toes crossed, hate the tww!

mrswilso · 23/05/2020 11:32

@Hoplessoptimistic same to you Smile I've kept TTC relatively quiet around our friends so it's nice to have somewhere to share the ups and downs!

BabyDust13 · 23/05/2020 11:33

@Hoplessoptimistic yes I think the really low dip of 61 was when I implanted although I think that would make my ovulation earlier than I thought but I was getting strong lines on my bfp at 10dpo so would make sense

Looking forward to seeing you chart it's annoying you have to wait 48 hrs to post

popcorndiva · 25/05/2020 08:29

Having a bit of a panic today as my rhr has dropped consistently since ovulation on Saturday. Does this mean I have a hormone issue. I stopped taking the mini pill in March ? Google is not helping

mrswilso · 25/05/2020 09:25

I'm in the same boat as you @popcorndiva - was fully expecting a rise this morning regardless of whether I've got a BFP coming or not, I've usually shot up a couple BPM by this time in my cycle...
Anyone got any ideas why?

SmellyBeard · 25/05/2020 09:58

Hi, I haven't posted before as I only put my Fitbit on last month but have been following thread.

@mrswilso @popcorndiva I have that too this month- no rise after ovulation spike, just a gradual decline. I wondered if it means I haven't ovulated the month? I only caught the tail end of my last cycle but my rhr was definitely higher before dropping for AF.

SmellyBeard · 25/05/2020 10:01

However having looked at BabyDust13's rhr for the month she got pregnant hers went up and down for a few days after ovulation before rising. Maybe you just need to give it a few more days to see?

mrswilso · 25/05/2020 10:14

@smellybeard here's hoping it's a good sign!! 🤞🏻
I've noticed "implantation dips" on other people's graphs before so here's hoping!

I should be able to upload my chart in a couple of hours...I'm sure it's only 48hours to wait as a newbie isn't it?

SmellyBeard · 25/05/2020 10:18

Yes I think so. Looking forward to seeing it Smile

Hoplessoptimistic · 25/05/2020 10:30

My 48 hour wait is over I can finally add photos! Lol here’s mine so far, I had pinky/brown discharge yesterday only a small amount but have never had that before, have been cramping yesterday and today, maybe looking too far into things but really hoping they’re a good sign!

mrswilso · 25/05/2020 10:36

I think my band up now too! 🤞🏻
