I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

Thanks @BabyDust13! Also, last month's reading was also high, but only wore it to do exercise/went days without wearing (didn't feel there was a point wearing while guaranteed) so the average was high/not accurate

Juno231 · 20/05/2020 14:53

@thelaststark do you know your ovulation date or was that estimating it? Your rhr rising like that looks really promising though!

@Mrsi2020 based on your OPKs I'd still say you probably ovulated on the 4th of May. What was your rhr like on the 4/5?

TheLastStark · 20/05/2020 15:15

@Juno231 I'm pretty sure that's my ovulation date. I had my peak on the Monday and the numbers kept falling until pretty much 0 after that

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 15:57

@Juno231 if I ovulated on the 4/5th then I’m not that optimistic about this being a viable pregnancy! If I ov’d 16 days ago my test should be much darker! 😩 xx

@TheLastStark have you poas? Xx

TheLastStark · 20/05/2020 16:31

@Mrsi2020 I did the other day, which was probably too soon so a negative. Planning to retest on Friday which would put me at 10dpo

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 17:33

Does anyone know what your RHR is meant to do once pregnant?

popcorndiva · 20/05/2020 18:02

@babydust13 it must stay high as my heart rate was always high when i was pregnant with DS. Not as high as the foetus though which is usually >130

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 18:04

@popcorndiva probably going to drive myself crazy looking at it I can understand why some people take it off

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 18:05

Think it stays high or fluctuates a wee bit bht a big drop is not a good sign by all accounts....

Another q. The week before ov, what do your opks look like? Completely blank? Xx

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 18:13

@Mrsi2020 mine dropped by 1 today I realise 1 is not a lot but it's freaking me out none the less

I'm not sure about OPKs I did use them enough

popcorndiva · 20/05/2020 18:18

Yeah slight fluctuations is fine it's just it dropping back to pre pregnancy levels is worrying. If it will worry you I would turn it off and just leave steps or something

popcorndiva · 20/05/2020 18:20

@mrsi2020 my opks always have something . They start increasing 7 days before ovulation, that's when I start dtd

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 18:29

@BabyDust13 don’t think that’s anything to worry about, it won’t continue to rise forever :)

@popcorndiva I changed these to “high” so I could see the pattern, is there a chance (do you think) I could have ovulated after these tests? (5/6 days after!?) lol go by the images not the end high low or the score (I don’t think they’re that accurate !) xx

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 18:29

Forgot the pic lmao xx

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 18:37

@Mrsi2020 @popcorndiva thanks for keeping me sane

Did you do any OPKs around when you think you ovulated late? It's hard to tell I would go by 9DPO today and then do another digi when you think it should say 2-3 although that's a bit of a wait

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 18:43

It would mean waiting 5/6 days. That’s fine. I am more going off of that I had ewcm 10th/11th and dtd 11th so it would make sense. But I don’t know if my opks mean I defo ovulated the week before. It’s hard to know, with my first month tracking. I don’t know what the norm is. Did no more around when I suspect ov might have been xx

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 18:47

@Mrsi2020 the lines should start getting darker on your FRERs and you were going to do them anyway. I hate all the waiting and not knowing but all my fingers and toes are crossed for you

Mrsi2020 · 20/05/2020 19:21

This is what I get for telling you to relax 🤣 I have 3 frer and a digi and about 40 ic’s !! I might order 2 more digis lol just to be safe xx

BabyDust13 · 20/05/2020 19:36

@Mrsi2020 well that's a good amount of tests

Mrsi2020 · 21/05/2020 08:00

I spoke too soon. :(

Top pic is yesterday’s bottom is today’s, it’s gotten lighter. I reckon a mc is imminent. Xx

RHR also taking a nosedive. Af/mc is undoubtedly imminent :( xxx

BabyDust13 · 21/05/2020 08:06

@Mrsi2020 I'm so sorry to hear that this has to be the worst rollercoaster of emotions ever.

I hope you are ok sending hugs

My ovulation looks like it's come earlier this month. My cycle last month only lasted 26 days so maybe it has continued this month as today is cd12 which would give me the luteal phase of 14 days
