Tracking your cycle and possible bfp with rhr on Fitbit.

I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

My rhr is up to 70 now but I've got cramps and sore back :(((( it's a sign of the witch

BFN for me ladies. 9dpo I know technically I could still be in but I always get bfps early , even if it was barely there but it’s ghostly white :( bet I’m on the June bus! Xxx

I’m heading up to ovulation, started getting higher readings on OPK and my HR is on the rise

Ghostly white BFN for me as well! No idea how many DPO I am anymore, so just hoping it's too early

Also a bfn for me too🙃 think I'll stop testing so much now, it's just depressing x

Here's today's chart... I had been working on the big peak in April being ovulation, but now I'm looking at the later peak on May 2nd. I had EWCM around both times (as well as several others during the month 🙄) so it is feasible. That would mean it's still a few days until AF is due, but may also mean that my beautiful BFN is pretty conclusive (boo). It would also make the last few days decrease make sense.

One thing I've learned this month is that for me, although RHR is incredibly interesting and I'll continue to monitor it, I'll need something else alongside it. Any recommendations for cheapy OPKs and an app? I tried the clear blue digi OPKs but with cycles as long as mine, they are too pricey!

One step off eBay? And femometer app or Ovia app. I’m using all those, also got the clearblue but intend to only use it one month to establish my patterns. I haven’t a clue and this month was a lot of guesswork, altho plenty of BD So don’t think my chances were hindered. Awell better luck next month. Hopefully you get a bfp this month! Xx

Meanwhile mine has stayed at 60 today so I think I'm out! AF due this weekend (Sat/Sun depending on the app) so now I'm sitting pretty and waiting for it... cycle 5 here I come!

@Juno231 I've already tested and have a bfp but AF is due Friday and after 2 chemicals I'm still crossing my fingers 🤞🏼

My lines are pretty strong but I'm still staying cautious

The first chemical I had I used digitals and the 2nd the lines were always faint I'll be more relaxed next weekend

@babydust13 oh I'm so sorry I completely missed it! Congrats! Fingers crossed it's a sticky bean! I had a bfn on an IC that's not sensitive at all so even if I were I doubt it would have picked it up... Pretty certain this month's a dud though so nevermind!

@Juno231 good luck for the next cycle this was our ninth I'm a very impatient person it hasn't been easy but only time will tell I think that's why it's so frustrating

@BabyDust13 thank you - gives me comfort that it takes a while for others too! Makes it extra hard when everyone around me IRL seems to be getting lucky on the first or second cycle!

Sooooooo... I've downloaded femometer based on @Mrsi2020's recommendation and it's pushed ovulation back to May 4th 🤞🤞
