I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

@mrsi2020 I'm afraid that means AF is imminent! Mine has dropped to 59 today so I'm expecting her any day now. I'd say CD1 usually has the lowest RHR so there shouldn't be a rise now for you until you're nearing ovulation tbh.

Attached for reference.

@BabyDust13 I think your rise looks good, I wouldn't worry about it stagnating!

@BabyDust13 the month I got pregnant it shot up from 7dpo to 13dpo and then plateaued 😊

@Mrsi2020 my RHR is always highest just before AF (drops maybe 1bpm) the day before so I think it's more about finding your own pattern. Tbh the first month of having your Fitbit it might be hard to see a pattern as it's still kinda calibrating to you xx

Mrsi2020 · 14/05/2020 14:45

Thanks girls! I don’t feel pregnant. I do think af is on its way. As you say it’ll take a while for me to see all my patterns. I’ve never properly tracked all this and if nothing else it’s good to know your normal and your own body xxx

Mrsi2020 · 14/05/2020 14:47

Just looked again, am I on the rise hahaha xx

Juno231 · 14/05/2020 15:53

@Mrsi2020 ooh what if that was implantation!

BabyDust13 · 14/05/2020 16:00

@Mrsi2020 how many dpo are you now I'm a little bit excited 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Mrsi2020 · 14/05/2020 16:51

10dpo but I’ve had complete bfns like not even a hint of a line xx

BabyDust13 · 14/05/2020 17:27

@Mrsi2020 but that's ok because if it was implantation it wouldn't show up on a test for a couple of days 🥳

Mrsi2020 · 14/05/2020 17:33

Can you really be 10dpo for implantation - I thought it was 6/7?? Xx

Mrsi2020 · 14/05/2020 17:33

@Mrsi2020 I read implantation can be anytime between 6 and 12 omg I have everything crossed for you

BabyDust13 · 14/05/2020 17:40

Implantation is often described as a window because it occurs about 8 to 9 days after fertilization, though it can happen as early as 6 days and as late as 12 days after ovulation.

@Mrsi2020 see ⬆️
