I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

My RHR has gone up again today a nice steady hill is forming but I haven't had a dip for implantation yet?

@Ltay2 which Fitbit did you go for in the end?

Hopefully we'll add some more BFPs to the list soon

Ltay2 · 08/05/2020 10:25

@BabyDust13 I went for the Inspire HR, just went for the most basic (cheapest) one I could find that still had a screen and HR monitor. I got a black one but thought I could buy additional, fancier straps for if and when I am ever allowed back out of my house 🤣

BabyDust13 · 08/05/2020 10:28

@Ltay2 I have the versa but I bought it second hand so it wasn't as expensive. I get my extra straps from eBay they are pretty cheap and fit perfect.

I hope you find it helpful it's the first thing I look at in the morning now 😂

Ltay2 · 08/05/2020 10:44

@BabyDust13 I'm sure I will become obsessive over it like that too 😂 I'm looking forward to having something to monitor again as I'm really struggling with BBT, my sleep just isn't good enough.

BabyDust13 · 08/05/2020 11:50

@Ltay2 I'm hoping to avoid BBT altogether I have enough things to obsess over at the moment without adding extra 😂

Ltay2 · 08/05/2020 12:21

@BabyDust13 Same 😂 at least now I can monitor HR I don't have to worry about BBT!

LV1987 · 08/05/2020 12:24

My tracker app has changed it's mind again - it now thinks I'm in line for a 39 day cycle as opposed to the 34 dayer it's previously been predicting, and the 37 dayer that fitbit is predicting 🤦‍♀️ I'm just going to hold out until CD37 before I do anything now, such a pain in the arse!

SmileyT · 08/05/2020 12:47

@LV1987 yeah I had a really stressful day at work yesterday aswell so think that may have played into me feeling emosh. Im off today and for the whole weekend and DP is working today and Sunday so way too much time to think at this point of my cycle.

So you're going to test on CD37? What day are you now? I lose track, hoping your RHR continues to rise 🤞

LV1987 · 08/05/2020 13:07

You're a keyworker aren't you @SmileyT? I hope your stressful day was not due to people being mean and unappreciative. I'm quite lucky in that I can work from home, but as I am in property law, I'm dealing with a lot of people who are stressed themselves right now, but also a lot of people who just have massively skewed priorities and think that bullying is appropriate right now 😑 sounds like a couple of days off will do us both good ❤️

I'm CD33 today, so I'll try and hold out until Tuesday. I am getting a bit impatient though as it's the first cycle I feel like we've actually had enough sex to make a baby 😂

SmileyT · 08/05/2020 16:50

@LV1987 I class myself as a fake key worker, I still have to travel into work because I'm a mortgage advisor for a retail bank, the branches have to open so we have to go in. So mainly dealing with annoying people that are using their time at home to review their mortgages and insist that buying moving right now is essential, unfortunately a lot of couples splitting so trying to sort their mortgages out after having to spend 5 weeks together 🙈🙈

Definitely going to have a relaxed weekend, DP actually came home early from work and we DTD just for fun which was very nice and relieved some tension 😂

Not long to wait at all... Tuesday will come around super quick. So sunny today I just want to get smashed on G&Ts but I better not 🍸

Ltay2 · 08/05/2020 18:15

@SmileyT I am a fake key worker too 😂 I'm part of the management team for a care company so whilst I am not providing vital care myself, I am organising the people that do. However I can do this from the safety of my house, apart from one day per month where I travel to the office! I also have an NHS email so have been very lucky to have been able to take advantage of some of the online discounts floating around, even if I feel like a fraud using them!

LV1987 · 08/05/2020 20:11

@SmileyT I've had a few gins, but having a plain Tonic in between so I don't over do it. I think I would try harder to avoid it completely during the TWW if it wasn't for lockdown! Afternoon Delight hey, that's the best type of BD!!

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 03:37

This has been an interesting read! Congrats on the bfps!

I just looked at my Fitbit. I ovulated Monday or Tuesday (wasn’t wearing Fitbit at the weekend prior) and it’s rises steadily since ovulation . Is that what’s expected? Am I looking for a dip if there’s implantation? Xx

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 08:11

@Mrsi2020 I'm no expert it's the first time I've been looking at my RHR but I'm waiting for a dip for implantation to I'm 8dpo today so not sure when to expect it

Good luck

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 08:19

Oh fingers crossed @babydust13 - when will you test? Xxx

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 08:40

@Mrsi2020 read listed I just replied on the wrong thread 😂

He's my chart so far thought ovulation was in yellow but not 100% I was still trying to figure out OPKs and it looks a bit crazy at the beginning from my chemical last month 🤞🏼

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 08:41

@Mrsi2020 *realised (not with it yet this morning)

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 08:53

There’s a steady rise there! I hope it means something xxx

popcorndiva · 09/05/2020 09:15

Woo is this an implantation dip. Dropped to AF level at 7dpo? Got my 🤞

Ltay2 · 09/05/2020 09:21

As much as I hated the last TWW I am now looking forward to having more data to look at with this chart 😂 only CD3 so a while to wait yet 🙈

@BabyDust13 @popcorndiva Your charts are looking promising 🤞🏼

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 09:23

@popcorndiva omg that’s what I’m talking about lol eeeeekkkk hopefully! Good luck! Xxx

Juno231 · 09/05/2020 09:27

@popcorndiva that looks soooo promising!! Fingers crossed for you.

I'm at 6DPO now so hoping I'll spot something similar 🤞

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 09:31

@juno321 is this TWW dragging for you? Xx

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 09:45

@Juno231 🤞🏼 good luck

Juno231 · 09/05/2020 09:58

@Mrsi2020 a bit but nowhere as bad as last cycle I think! How are you finding yours? I'm worried my RHR remained low after ovulation (was it ovulation?!!) so maybe I couldn't even have much of an implantation dip to spot 🤔. Still only at 62/63 and I was at 72 for my last ovulation.
