I saw a thread about this back from 2019, a few people noticed their resting heart rate started to increase steadily after ovulation and they got there bfp. (Although people did report it rose then dropped before AF)

Just wondering if anyone on here has tracked and got a definite bfp?

I'm currently 10dpo and my heart rate has jumped from 60bpm to 67bpm since ovulation.

Not sure when my period is due as they are irregular.

Attached my chart too!

Hi just wondering if anyone's rhr has stayed high for 3 days over ovulation? I think I ovulated 2 days ago but rhr is still staying high! Was expecting it to fall the day after ov.

Fisher1008 · 09/05/2020 11:19

Thought I would update you on my chart! My RHR is steady at 61 bpm hardly up at all from 59 bpm at ovulation - the pink line! The lowest rate 53 bpm was CD4 my last proper day of AF.

I didn’t get an implantation dip in RHR, although there was slight dip on my BBT but I think it was too early for implantation anyway (and I had beers the night before 🤷🏻‍♀️) pretty sure I implanted on 9 DPO. As I’ve had a light cramps since then, feels more like pressure than cramps.

My tests are getting nice and dark now 🙌🏻

@Ltay2 I feel you on being a fake key worker some people at work use the letters to go to the front of the queues in supermarkets but I haven't quite brought myself to do that 😂

@LV1987 I'm trying to stay off the booze because it's my first time tracking BBT and want to see what a normal chart looks like but it's so hot today I may have one 🤪

So my chart was at its highest point 2 days before AF then dropped and continued to drop until it reached its lowest point 2 days before ovulation, had a little dip 3dpo and then has crept up a little.

The cycle I got pg it followed a similar pattern, fell to ovulation, after ovulation it had a little dip at 3dpo and then shot up from 8dpo (I had no dip after that it just sky rocketed) so basically it's giving me no bloody clues 😩

@Fisher1008 oh thanks for the charts! I think that's super interesting to see one without an implantation dip - gives me hope lol! Congrats again on your strong line!

Ltay2 · 09/05/2020 12:45

@SmileyT My OH won't even allow me in a supermarket so no chance of me doing that 🤣 I've only driven my car once in 6 weeks and not walked anywhere further than a few streets away so no wonder I am going crazy with TTC it's the only thing going on in my life right now 🙈

Moominmiss · 09/05/2020 13:02

Can I ask a quick question?

Totally new to this rhr thing, but today I am 7dpo and my rhr has dropped by 1. Would an implantation dip need to be by more than just 1?

Just clutching at straws here 🙈🤞🏻

popcorndiva · 09/05/2020 13:46

Decided to try and look at differences between last month and this month. Bottom is last month to the same 7dpo I am currently. Top is this month

@Moominmiss I would count that as normal fluctuation for now - the implantation dips on here tend to be relatively noticeable so more than just one bpm. It might carry on dropping tomorrow though, you're still early in your TWW!

LV1987 · 09/05/2020 14:00

@SmileyT I couldn't imagine what would happen if my conveyancing colleagues were told they were key workers! They would be a nightmare 😂 I am in the same team, but deal with a really niche area of law, so niche that I'll out myself if I share and I don't want to take the risk that any of my colleagues are on here!

I've gone up another beat today to 64, I think I'll start getting excited if it goes over 66 🤞 made the mistake of reading the instructions on my FRER stash this morning and they say I can test tomorrow, so my resolve is weakening!!

Mrsi2020 · 09/05/2020 14:14

@lv1987 - test with FMU!!! Xx

emmaluggs · 09/05/2020 14:18

With my babies my Fitbit alerted me to that fact as I had a sudden increase in my HR, that stayed for more time than usual in my cycle.

My HR drops before ovulation, and then increases up to the day of my period then drops back down again.

LV1987 · 09/05/2020 15:19

@Mrsi2020 you sound like a bad influence 😂😂😂

SmileyT · 09/05/2020 15:55

@Ltay2 that's nice your OH is doing all the shopping for you though. We are getting deliveries from the local bakery, greengrocers and butchers and pretty much use amazon for the rest but I've popped in a couple times for ice cream (totally non-essential, sorry world 🙈)

@popcorndiva interesting looking at yours month on month as they are very similar, how do you get one cycle on a page, I can only seem to get a full month/ I'm being an idiot and don't know how to work the app

@LV1987 let's set a bar for testing, if it's above 66 tomorrow do a test? At least work is keeping us busy and when I look at so many struggling I do feel grateful for what I have x

@emmaluggs interesting your Fitbit notified you, it must have shot through the roof 🤗

Ltay2 · 09/05/2020 16:11

@SmileyT Yeah he is doing well doing all the shopping as well as working 12 hour days! I buy all the difficult bits on amazon to save him the stress 🤣

LV1987 · 09/05/2020 16:20

@SmileyT sounds like a deal... I will see what tomorrow brings. In the meantime, I've worked out how to put last month's next to this month - they are SO different. March was my bday month, so I was drinking in March too, so I'm not convinced that's what's caused all the fluctuations this month 🤷‍♀️

As for work, yeah I'm grateful to still have a job too. My partner works at a community centre, and has been furloughed - now that the kids are back with their mum for a few weeks, he's finding it really hard to know what to do with himself. I don't think property is completely safe from falling off the edge of a cliff, so fingers are always crossed x

@SmileyT it allows me to scroll left to right on the app. Just used a photo creator thing to put the two graphs together.

popcorndiva · 09/05/2020 16:33

Wow @lv1987 yours is up and down. When did you ovulate ?

BabyDust13 · 09/05/2020 16:43

Managed to join my charts if anything it's more confusing 😂

LV1987 · 09/05/2020 17:13

@popcorndiva I'm not entirely sure as my clear blue OPKs never gave me a peak reading 🤷‍♀️ I think it's was around 26th April, as I got plenty of other clues then plus a big RHR rise. Fitbit predicted 29th, period tracker 1st May... So no one can agree 😂 it's also entirely possible that Corona stress has given me an annovulatory cycle x

popcorndiva · 09/05/2020 18:02

Yayy managed to put them together.

SmileyT · 09/05/2020 19:39

@LV1987 so interesting looking at yours side by side, completely different months considering we've been on lockdown you'd think they'd be more consistent than normal. Can't wait to see if your HR is up tomorrow 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

@popcorndiva 🤞 your hr starts heading up tomorrow after what could've been an implantation dip

popcorndiva · 10/05/2020 06:51

It's gone up from 69 to 70 today. Hopefully it goes up again tomorrow and not back down. For now I will be positive about it

BabyDust13 · 10/05/2020 08:01

My RHR stayed this same today but that's still high my normal is 63 and it's at 66 I was hoping it would rise again but who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️

EllieJai44 · 10/05/2020 09:42

Morning ladies, can anyone give insight as to my chart? Yesterday at 8dpo (my heart rate is always a day behind) I had a huge spike in average resting heart rate but a bit of spotting, only once and nothing else since 🤷‍♀️ test this morning (9dpo) was of course negative but its super early still

Congrats to those who got their BFPs!
