anyone looking to TTC may/June onwards?

Hi everyone 💕

Currently still have the Mirena coil in which I’m wanting to have taken out in may, have a DD who is 3 and wanting to start TTC from June onwards. Hoping to have a spring/summer baby so I can time it with my toddler going to school.

Has anyone got any story’s with conceiving after the Mirena coil or looking to conceive around may/June 😘

@stickytoffeepud2412 I've taken so many tests now but all negative. The first one I did there was a hint of a lone but I think it must have just been an evap which sucks.

@stickytoffeepud2412 I'd get 6 months full pay. I'm the same had the odd bit of bleeding when on the pill this time round.
I think it may be on its way, again I'm not sure as I'm so out of touch with having periods as my pill gave me no period symptoms 😆 I've been ravenous too today and my boobs have been killing me for a few days so maybe this is the new norm for me.
Yes it would make it April if it happens.

You've not got long to wait though, the money side of it is being the best contraception for us right now 😆

@bez91 wow thats amazing!! i had that in my first pregnancy but the silly buggers paid me full pay for 9 months so i owed them 3 months when i went back and they took it out of my salary for about 12 months. hope when AF comes it doesnt hurt too much xxx

@stickytoffeepud2412 oh no, what a pain in the arse that they noticed! It does help massively though. I was made redundant during my last maternity leave (office relocation) so decent maternity pay just takes the stress away!

I think AF has arrived today 😊 when is it in August that you'll start TTC?

Well, I went away to my mams for the week and got back Saturday. It said on ovia my fertile window was from the 2nd to the 7th? Wasn’t planning on dtd but it all happened so fast on Sunday just gone haha. So technically I’m on the 2ww - but will not be fussed at all if AF comes as I’m trying to aim for sept/Oct to fall pregnant.

I'm good, AF is pretty pants but I'm loving not having "the pill" hormones in my body I just feel so much better. I've been using Flo to track my irregular periods, it seems different to Ovia you mentioned as it's given me a full 2 week fertile window coming up, probably because they are irregular it's covering every eventuality ha x

@bez91 so I was due on today.. been 4 weeks since my last period but not sure if my cycle is 28 days or it’s longer. But anyway it hasn’t arrived 😂 I do think it’s on the way as I feel incredibly spotty but I have been on night shift and having to wear them awful masks. How are you xx

@stickytoffeepud2412 eeeeeee, when will you test? Yes the spots could be down to being constantly condensated under those masks 🙈

I'm good thank you, apparently I'm ovulating tomorrow. I don't 100% trust the app as cycles are a bit sporadic so we'll see 😂

@bez91so I tested BFN then wiped and dark brown blood was there so AF is on the way! Slightly relieved haha.

I'm using Flo. Since coming off the pill my cycle lengths have been 21, 43 and then 24 days 🤷‍♀️ this one predicted to be 28 so it's a piss in the wind really 😂

@stickytoffeepud1991 hey I'm good thanks - glad AF is over for you 😊 technical terms; think I'm on the two week wait. I've only just started tracking fertile days on the app and not going bonkers yet using ovulation tests etc but think it was slightly out.
Period is due 5th August so will probably test on that day. Is your plan to see how it goes or use ovulation tests? X

@bez91amazing! I only used ovia for last month I think it was spot on but think I ovulated a bit later than when we dtd maybe by like 2 days. Eeek that’ll be next Wednesday then! A week today!!
I think this month to see how it goes again? Then might use opks for September. Xxx

@stickytoffeepud1991 yes I'm really keen for no pressure, I might start using them in a couple of months if no success. I've had a few symptoms; slight cramping and unusual twinges/twitches these last couple of day's but not getting ambitious yet.

I downloaded Ovia which seems good but was completely different to what Flo said hence why I think I might be a bit out ha!

aF came today so that’s my first cycle been and gone was a 33 day one my longest one yet!
My plan is June/July/August baby hope your alright and TTC is going smoothly haha xx

That's a long one, bit similar to me between 21-42 days since coming off the pill 🤯 so I've caved and using OPKs because I have absolute no clue 😆 just waiting for my peak.

It’s first day today @bez91 so I’m suffering with severe cramp 😂 only have paracetamol so that’ll have to do! Did AF come for you at the start of August?? I bought some myself too! I had peak on cd17 but I think I ovulated cd18/19 and probably should of dtd then aswell instead of just on cd17 but never mind haha!

@stickytoffeepud1991 arggggh hope that eases up soon, I've had horrendous periods since coming off contraception, I don't know about you?
AF came a couple of weeks ago so I'm on CD13 today, started the OPKs on CD6 because if I have another 21 day cycle I just thought I'd cover that eventuality haha. Using the clearblue advance so had a couple of days negative then but had 6 high fertility days since and still no peak 🤦🏼‍♀️

So feel like quite a lot has happened since we last chatted. I fell pregnant at the end of August and miscarried at 6 weeks. Fell pregnant again in October and found out at 9 weeks that the growth had stopped, that was 3 weeks ago and I'm booked in for surgical management to remove the pregnancy tomorrow! Literally fell pregnant straight away with number 1, it's been a rough few months.

Have you had any luck? 🤞🏼

I’m doing okay I’m nearly 11 weeks now, petrified tbh constantly want to have scans. Have they said anything about why the babies have stopped growing) xx

@stickytoffeepud1991 wow that's fantastic news, so so pleased for you! Oh no do you just feel that way because of being anxious? Do you know your due date?

It hasn't been investigated, you have to have 3 reoccurring miscarriages before they will investigate. We're obviously very fertile just can't sustain a pregnancy. I am doing ok, this time last week I was a wreck but I just want it over with now. The pregnancy hormones are still around and still getting up for a wee in the night is now just p*sing me off rather than upsetting me 🙈 I'm made of strong stuff 😊

I've just found out I'm pregnant! Just over four weeks now, not sure whether I'm more scared nervous or excited yet!
