@mellymoo86 good morning. I'm feeling much better today. Had a lovely day out with the hubby yesterday. Woke this morning to some pink CM so think AF is on it's way withing the next couple of days. Bang on time! I'm definitely taking a different approach to all of this in December. I'm going to enjoy the month and not stress! Hope you feel better soon.

@Skygirl1983 you sound a lot better 🤗 glad you had a nice day yesterday. I totally agree about next month. We need to spread the chill vibes 😊

MrsC89 · 24/11/2019 10:29

Morning ladies. Loving the idea of chill vibes for TTC 😁
@mellymoo86 AF and a chest infection, hope your feeling better soon!
@Skygirl1983 glad you had a lovely day with your husband, sometimes we get so caught up in ttc we dont appreciate the time together as much

mellymoo86 · 24/11/2019 10:53

@MrsC89 very true, as if life already wasn't so busy. I made blueberry muffins last night. I can't sit still lol

@mellymoo86 yeah I'm still sat in my pjs watching tv. Dh is out this morning so took the opportunity to do absolutely nothing apart from cuddle up with our dog on the sofa

Bunny2006 · 24/11/2019 14:46

Just thought I would update, AF showed up for me yesterday :( I've been off contraception for 5 years 'trying not trying'. Over 1 year of actually trying, doctors done some basic tests (me only) all fine. They're not very helpful with doing anything further as all I get is I'm still very young (20's) and I don't want to push as my partner doesn't want to go further yet/won't consider getting himself checked yet. I'm taking a break for now, so good luck everyone x

Hello can I join?
I'm 29 and am looking to start TTC next month. However I DTD 3 days before ovulation this month and I've had 3 faint lines (albeit not within the time limit). What do you think of this one today 10/11dpo? The faint line appear after 7 minutes. I'm waiting on 2 FRERs coming tomorrow. AF due 28th. Thanks ladies.

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 16:34

@PandaPink I'd say there's a good chance you could be 🤰🏽when are you expecting FRER to arrive?

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 16:36

Ovulation isn't due for another 6 days. Do you think this looks correct for ovulation being that many days away?

PandaPink · 24/11/2019 16:39

@nt1992 my FRERs from Amazon should be here tomorrow hopefully. I think you opk looks like it is slowly building up to be a positive. Do you keep them to compare? I used to stick then to a bit of paper so I could see them all in a row. I'd do two a day. My LH surge was always day 12 so I don't use them anymore as I'm pretty confident it won't change as my period is like clockwork 28/29 days.

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 16:41

@PandaPink not kept any so far but will start with this one, obviously it's not positive yet anyway which is good cause I don't want to miss my chance😂 as from tonight I'm on the DTD until the end of ovulation 😂

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 16:42

@PandaPink have you had any symptoms? Your FRER will hopefully give you a definite answer!🤞🏼 hope you get your BFP

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 16:47

Quite strong tho isn't it🤔

PandaPink · 24/11/2019 16:56

@nt1992 yes it could be a positive opk but I find it hard to compare when I can see them all in a row. I'd do from about cd8 to cd 20 and it always landed day 12 meaning I ovulate cd13/14 and the two times I've been pregnant (chemical and blighted ovum) the bd happened on cd14. I will post my Frer results ASAP.
Last week I had terrible diarrhoea for 2 days which was strange. Felt awful but could have been a bug. My mood has been swinging like mad and tender breasts for the last week. I don't want to read to much into that though as they can all be explained away.

Skygirl1983 · 24/11/2019 16:58

@Bunny2006 sorry to hear about your AF turning up and your journey so far. You have been on quite a long one. I hope your time does come. Have a lovely xmas and baby dust for the new year.

@nt1992 looks lovely. I'm on the lookout for a nice Garland but a traditional looking one with maybe a bit of red and gold.

@PandaPink of course you can join. I can definitely see a faint line their. Hope it's something.

It's been another DIY day in my house today. Putting up a door curtain over our front door to keep some heat it! I had had more pink CM too so think AF is on her way!!

@PandaPink will just need to try and compare with tomorrow's and see what's going on.

@Skygirl1983 people have been adding their own little touch to there's which is lovely

PandaPink · 24/11/2019 17:05

Hi @skygirl1983

Thanks!
Ive never taken much notice of my CM. I will say though my first ovulation after my blighted ovum when my cycles were back in order, I went in the shower and a thick blob of CM came away from me I was quite taken aback as I though oh no there's something wrong my miscarriage isn't complete but then nothing else happened. I just put it down to my body trying to be extra fertile and going into overdrive to make sure a next impending pregnancy would be successful (I wasn't trying after my miscarriage) I have waited a year.

Sorry that was all a bit TMI lol

Elmlee · 24/11/2019 18:03

Hey ladies,

Hope you don't mind me posting. I read though all this thread last night. It's such a wonderful thread it's been gut wrenching and interesting reading the comments.

Sorry for all the lows some of you have been having @Louu99 gosh you broke me.

I just wanted to tell you a little about me.

28, married just over a year to my hubby, been together for 8. Been discussing babies for last 7/8 months.

Finally taken the plunge and stopped taking my pill Cerelle. Started taking folic acid. We shall see what happens.

Anybody go any tips? I haven't got a clue about tracking cycles etc it's something I'm going to have to google!

Bye for now

mellymoo86 · 24/11/2019 18:13

@PandaPink that looks promising, let us know when you do the next test. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽

@nt1992 what cycle day are you? From when you've been tracking previously do you ovulate around about the same time?

@Skygirl1983 you're due Tuesday right? I've had a weird AF this time. I don't even know if I've properly started so going to see how it goes to decide when cycle day 1 actually was. Feels like I've had a little bit more than spotting for the last 3 days. Hmm..

@Elmlee welcome to the madness!! The best advice I can give you is read and understand what your body goes through and roughly when you ovulate, other than that try to not let it consume you. It's going to be hard and it's going to drive you nuts but we are all understanding now that it just isn't worth the stress (plus that probably is affecting your ability to get pregnant too)

@MrsC89 are you out of your pjs yet? Lol

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 18:15

@mellymoo86 last month was cycle day 18 and it says this month is cycle day 16 for ovulation 🤷🏽‍♀️

mellymoo86 · 24/11/2019 18:20

@nt1992 have you tracked it yourself through tested? (Minus app)

mellymoo86 · 24/11/2019 18:20

Tests* @nt1992

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 18:23

@mellymoo86 no I've been using the strips and Flo & Ovia app. Which last month the strips were at their strongest on said ovulation days. I'll download this minus app x

nt1992 · 24/11/2019 18:26

@mellymoo86 can't seem to see that app
