I have been really bad with my pill tbh for a while .. and been missing loads 😅🙈

We e just come back off a rather nice holiday and managed to get loads of alone time!

Got home though and my nipples have been awful.. constantly erect and sore.. thought it might of been the cold 🥶
But then I've gone to the loo this evening and noticed like a brown like looks maybe like clots or something... (god sorry it's TMI) not sure what it is?

Iv been a bit quite over the last week, I think I'm just appreciating a settled hormone level, I feel like Iv been through a whirlwind the last 4 weeks since stopping the pill but I feel more human now.

I should ovulate this coming weekend and it's OHs weekend off work so he's already booked himself in for a 3 shift stint in the bedroom 😂

@nt1992 what worked for me to figure out my ovulation days is to use the cheap ovulation sticks, from normally day 10 - day 16 (my cycles is 26-28), I did this for 3 months and got the same days every time 14-16. Apps are good but try the sticks as well as FRER to confirm. My example attached

@nt1992 the apps are good but what worked well for me is to use the cheap sticks. All three months I have ovulated from day 14-16. See attached. I also used clear blue ovulation sticks and it was the same as the cheap ones.

@nt1992 I'm not actually sure 🤷🏻‍♀️ I haven't had a period for like 13 years. Apart from odd spotting here and there if I've missed loads of pills (I'm so bad).
Got a mild stomach ache so I'm assuming it might be a rejection bleed after the pill or something.

@MrsC89 haha well done you for getting out of pjs lol. Yeah sometimes a relaxed weekend is just what you need. I didn't have any options, it's for OH! I'm having Nutella, crisps and ice cream instead lol

@mellymoo86 yep I'm due AF on Tuesday. Had pink CM on and off today. No cramping though. Bought myself some more sanitary towels when I did my weekly shop earlier. Sad times!! I really hate my period!! Its so heavy!

I'm glad that you ladies were here to support me during my little wobble.

I've had a lovely weekend in the end. Ready to look forward to xmas and a fresh start in the new year.

Welcome to the ttc madhouse to all the newbies. It actually makes you feel more sane being here, gives you the opportunity to brain dump/off load & realise your not the only person that reads far too much into everything & saves us looking mad in front of OH don’t want to scare them off as they’ve got what we need😂. Let’s hope we all have our BFPs by Christmas/new year. It’s also really interesting reading about others cycles & symptoms etc

We've decided to spend the weekend in London in between Christmas and new year. Wasn't feeling Cotsworld or up north on this occasion. I just booked to watch Phantom of the opera, heard great things but never seen it.

I caved and took an FRER this morning, 8dpo and BFN but guess that was expected...Will probably try again tomorrow, once I start I can't seem to stop xx

Congratulations to those who have got their BFPs! And for those who haven’t yet... hang on in there!

So I came off the pill 5 or so weeks ago. My period should have been here about 10 days ago - although I appreciate that my body may just be confused from coming off the pill.

For the past week or so, I’ve found myself getting period type cramps - something I only ever get once AF is in full flow. I’ve also found my temperature peaking all the time... one minute I’m fine and the next I’m sweating! I’m only 25 so think that’s a bit early for the menopause

I have an exam next Tuesday, so as much as I want to take a test.... my head is telling me to get my exam out of the way first. I just wanted to know if these symptoms are familiar to anyone?

Any advice welcome. Would love you be on this journey with you girls x

Hi @zeeeex I stopped the pill 6 weeks ago and didn't have a withdrawl bleed just a period after 5 weeks. I did experience cramping within 4/5 days of stopping and then again around week 3 for a few days. I had sore nipples and boobs for 2 weeks before AF.
I think it's normal to assume anything could happen.

Sorry been quiet all weekend, my plans to the Xmas markets were cancelled cause I got the worst cold ever. Spent most of it in PJs with baileys hot chocolate though 😍

@ceebee21 theres still time! Did you see the earlier post on the probability of a BFP depending in how many DPO you were? The chances of an early reading are pretty low!
I'm just starting again, CD5 but I'm off to Amsterdam at the weekend and ovulation is predicted for Sunday (the day I'm back) so it'll be hit and miss trying...

Sorry to jump in, I've been reading in the background. If you don't mind me asking @mellymoo86 what day did you get a positive on Clearblue digital with those tests? I've had really dark strip tests but still negative Clearblue.
