October bus

Haven't seen an October bus yet so I figured I'd start one as AF showed up today for me.

TTC 1
Cycle 3
Age 31
AF due around 5 October

7 October is my birthday so would not be opposed to a bit of a present in the form of a BFP 😄

Not sure yet if I'll do anything special this cycle other than taking follic acid and DTD, contemplating buying Clear Blue OPKs though I'm hoping to stay as relaxed as possible (completely failed at that last cycle and obsessed about everything so hopefully I got that out of my system...)

Congratulations to those with BFPs. It's too early for me to test too. I'm 5DPO and I'm trying to endure the wait. 😂

Is this positive or evap line?

Difficult to tell the difference between an evap and BFP. Have you got any more tests?

Yeah but it think it's probably better to do them in the morning??? Or is that an old wives tale?

Depends how many DPO you are and how well hydrated. If you don't drink for 4 hours before you should get the same result.

Congrats to all the BFPs. I'm 2dpo and already impatient. I really hope this is our month. It's the first time I have confirmed ovulation with an OPK..nothing showed previously although I may have missed it! Anyone else around the same dpo?

@SMiles14 Thank you this month I had sharp stabbing pains in my abdomen around 6-7dpo which i'd not had before.
I was really tired, felt dizzy and my boobs hurt.

Its so hard isnt it though as these are also PMS symptoms, the thing which gave me hope was the stabbing pains.

I did a test at 8 & 9dpo and I could see a vvvvvvvf shadow.
which made me go out and buy FRER, I could see a vvvvfl at 10dpo and the pic above was 11dpo.

Bit of advice please! I ovulated on Sunday according to clearblue and today I have cramps in my lower abdomen, like a constant pressure as if AF due but it’s not until 21st. It’s not painful I’m just very aware of it and not had it before, could it be a very early positive sign?

@LisaxMarie I didn't have any discharge at all but from reading other storied sticky or watery discharge can be a good sign before a BFP.

@Rosabuddy I didn't have cramps as such, I had very sharp stabbing pains around 6-7dpo.
I think 2dpo is too early to have any implantation symptoms as it usually happens between 6-12dpo (9 on average).

But did you have a positive OPK on Sunday? because you can ovulate 2 days after a positive OPK so the pains you are having could be ovulation cramps? I get them very badly every time I ovulate.
I'd DTD today and tomorrow if you can just to be sure.

I had flashing face for 3 days and then a static face on Sunday, was just curious as Iv never has this feeling before

I'm 3dpo. I ov'd from my left I'm almost certain. I'm now cramping on the right and (as per) worried 🤷🏻‍♀️ any experience?

Thanks @HayleyD84 I’ve got my fingers crossed for this month. Had an ectopic with right tube removal back in July and been putting way too much pressure on myself and DH since then. Been much more relaxed this month so hope it’s paid off x

@Hannah1925 I'm 3dpo. Last month had the craziest stuff happen, the day before my period was due had a really sharp pain in my side the started spotting! Really thought it was implantation ffs! This month I'm seriously trying to just let it run its course. How long have you been trying? X

Officially trying second month but got my coil out in april, these past two months tracked fertility though xx
