Haven't seen an October bus yet so I figured I'd start one as AF showed up today for me.

TTC 1
Cycle 3
Age 31
AF due around 5 October

7 October is my birthday so would not be opposed to a bit of a present in the form of a BFP 😄

Not sure yet if I'll do anything special this cycle other than taking follic acid and DTD, contemplating buying Clear Blue OPKs though I'm hoping to stay as relaxed as possible (completely failed at that last cycle and obsessed about everything so hopefully I got that out of my system...)

Another day with no AF and only negative FRER tests! Still have bad cramps and breast pain. Have 'hangover' type feeling in the afternoons and last couple of days been peeing loads. Also feeling sick but wonder if that's from stressing about this. Worried that if I'm not pregnant that something is wrong! 3 days late now, do you think i could be pregnant and just not producing enough hcg levels?

Did after holding wee for 4 hours, pretty crampy, af due either tomorrow evening or the next day, looks like they were 2 evap lines :(

@mrsleb how disappointing is this!! I didn't know they were so common! I feel the same too :( if she's not arrived by Saturday I'll test again but there's no way I don't think, zero symptoms now, even (tmi I know ) creamy cm has dried up :(

@Bstansfield weirdly enough yesterday evening I had sore pulling pains, intermittent lower back ache and was very flatulent (tmi lol😂). Today I have almost af type fullness/aching/heaviness in my uterus but not accompanied by the pulling down cramps of when af is starting (yet). I've also got the sniffles. My boobs also feel more sensitive today. Praying last night could have been late implantation and it's too early to show on a test yet 🤞🏼

@WooMaWang thank you, that's what I've ordered! Do you start them on day 11? seems reasonable price and likely will last me 2 cycles. I've tried the internet cheapies my first cycle but got nothing and was a bit fed up with them

It seems to suggest starting testing on CD8-10 I think. I started on what I guesstimated at CD11 (based on a bit of bleeding that might have been a post-mirena removal period). That's just because it was the morning after the tests arrived in the post. This is what my app calendar looks like for September.

I'm doing the TWW now. I'm not a fan of waiting and not knowing. DP is even less patient than me I think. He keeps asking me to explain the process and why we need to wait etc.

The yellow striped circles are apparently 'missed tests'. But that's retrospective, based on my AF guesstimate.

Hi guys. Looking for some support if that's ok. I'm ttc #2 and we have been trying for a few months now. Ov day due Friday, DTD last night. Thinking every night til Saturday? Sunday off then one last time Monday?

Can't talk to anyone irl about it. AF due 19th Oct. xxx

@embaby our dates are very similar. AF due 17th for me. Going to (if I get my way) DTD every day until Sunday.
I am using clear blue ov test and currently scoring "high" expecting my peak on sat/sun.
Good luck! Hope we both get a BFP by the 19th!!!

@emzyemz85 I think I can! but I don't trust these tests now as I think I got 2 evep lines on the last ones I did! Unless I am actually up the duff in which case very good tests 😂

So far just this month, we were very lucky with ds as he was conceived first cycle, wasn't sure how much a previous c section was going to affect fertility, we will see anyway, af not arrived YET so not technically out, though I just ate a load of brie so I guess I don't in my heart of hearts feel that there's a chance this cycle!

Okay, so I don't know what's going on with my bbt...

I was "supposed" to ovulate two days ago, I had all the signs the day before and the day of, like cramps and cm, but my bbt barely rose and so, for what is probably the second time ever in the year and a half that I've been using NaturalCycles, the app showed the symbol for "Waiting to confirm" rather than "Confirmed ovulation" (and last time, it got confirmed the next day when temperature 'shot' up some more) It's still waiting to confirm, again this morning bbt stayed where it was yesterday which is barely above the cover line.

Is this my body's sick sense of humor? When I finally want to ovulate because I'm trying to get pregnant rather than prevent it - it's decided it's not going to release an egg at all? Or what else could it be?? Anyone have any ideas?

It's not like I was expecting to conceive in my first cycle of trying, but I wanted to at least give it a real try - can I even say we've started trying if I haven't even ovulated? Hmm
So disappointed Sad

AF has arrived but on the positive I have another go at October at the end so fingers crossed the next cycle will be the one!

@idath Oh that sounds super frustrating! How much of an increase did you get? You could be having a slow rise - I sometimes take a couple of days to get to my full 'high' temperature and for a couple of days directly after O it looks like its not going to happen.
Fertility Friend's chart gallery have lots of charts you can look at including slow risers - maybe take a look?

@Bstansfield I had a CSection too and am worrying if there's a problem because I've got a fluid sack built up behind my scar Sad
